The story is a cute reincarnation slide show anime.
Honestly, it's like pillow boys for those who watched it. not much plot just girly doing things each ep.
It's not the worst but it definitely isn't a masterpiece I would say, go into it with expectations low would do you well.
The pacing is a bit over the place but to be honest, if you're just looking for something to fill in as background noise its good. 7/10
The art style isn't refined but isn't scritch scratch. 6/10
music is generic. 6/10
and obviously animation again is like a slide show or webtoon animation. enough movement to say they're moving not enough though to call it an actual animation. 4/10

Too many problems to count.
Too short. If you take off intro, midro, outro and recaps (which are in every episode and are full overlapping scenes, no summary) (also why even have midro or recaps for 2' worth of episodes, they barely register as new information), there's hardly enough time to register that you're watching a new episode (about 2' or less per ep). It could have been condensed into a 30min short all in all and would have saved you the time to change episodes.
I don't much care for the quality of art/animation. It's ok as low cost as it is, seeing as it's a short one.
But the story should have been better, more consistent and with much better pacing. I'm writing this review, while watching ep8 of second season just to complete it and move on. The premise was very promising a…

As I put this on I had only 2 hopes:
1 - An OP female lead kicking behinds as she has "a headstart at birth"
2 - Something cutesy and wholesome
OVERALL
Those expectations were not met, there is no kicking behinds and it started out cute untill the author decided a literal child needs to have a relationship with someone 15 years older. Look at that child, now back to me, eww. For that reason I will keep the review short.
ANIMATION
- Cute character design
- Moving PNGs - No backgrounds
STORY
- Barely any (3 min episodes)
- Weird relationship
- Lots of talking and random scenes
- How boring is the original work if even when you concentrate "the good stuff" in 3 minutes it's still somehow a snoozefest?
- Looks more at the political side of the world because girls can't have power fantasies…

Mixed feelings for this one... The animation style is unlike any of the anime we usually watch, which isn't bad or poor, just unique. We have had a few animes in the past with similar animation, like Gokushufudou (Way of the Househusband), and that just means that the anime's plot has to be good to make up for the lack of animation.
The main issue is that they mostly tell us the useless parts of the story. The plot itself isn't bad, but instead of showing meaningful scenes of the MC's childhood, we are stuck with useless scenes of her chatting with her mother for more than 2 entire episodes. Lilia is a wonderful character that is training hard to be good at magic, but there are no scenes about her training. Then, she somehow manages to get 2 spirits to be her familiars, but we have NO SCE…

Sadly, most short anime series tend to be rated low, even though some are genuinely worth watching, even if you’re not a completionist. You might wonder why this short anime, in particular, is rated so poorly.
-The animation quality is extremely poor; to give you an idea, it’s like a slideshow of moving PNGs, almost like a PowerPoint presentation.
-The pacing depends on personal preference, but it’s quite slow, so I’ll stay neutral on that point.
-The one redeeming feature is that each episode is only 3 minutes long instead of 24.
If you’re a completionist who likes to see every title through, you might still give it a try—just keep your expectations low.
