I think that the concept of the anime is good, with mc always deliberating and choices made in the anime are actually explained, however a gripe i have is that it starts to get a little mundane and it becomes a repeating pattern of sorts and makes it hard to watch.
Definitely a decent anime if u are not picky about things like this and can give it a watch.
I think the art is pretty decent, its not high up the list but its still above average and personally i enjoyed the art that was used in the anime and didnt really have any negatives to mention about it

This season managed to maintain, and even slightly improve, the quality of the previous one. This anime keeps getting better as the story progresses, which is definitely a plus.
On the other hand, it seems like there won’t be a third season, which is disappointing. However, there’s still a small glimmer of hope—I’ve heard that the adaptation isn’t very faithful to the manga (though I still thought the anime was amazing). Because of that, there’s a chance it could get a remake in the future, which I would absolutely love.
If you enjoyed the anime, I strongly recommend reading the manga, as it’s said to be much better. Or at least, that’s what the so-called "experts" on this anime claim… though there aren’t many of them, to be honest.
Lastly, I think this anime is somewhat underrated, so…

Season 2 wastes no time throwing the group into new missions, and this time, the stakes feel way more intense. The team faces morally gray choices, the Game Master continues to be as cryptic as ever, and we finally start seeing some world-building that hints at a bigger mystery behind the game itself.
One of the best things about this season is that the story actually feels like it’s going somewhere. Season 1 had a lot of setup, but here, we start getting real consequences for the characters’ actions. There’s also more focus on side characters, making the world feel more alive. However, pacing is still an issue—some parts are really engaging, while others slow things down with heavy exposition. It’s better than Season 1 in this regard, but not perfect.
The animation is slightly better th…

This second section is more complicated than the first season, because this arc is very bad... This anime has all to be good, but for me, lack something...
Perhaps I'm being very critic about, or only thinking so much about this, but the protagonist is most useful and it's hated others characters and this let me a bit angry.
The animation is bad too. The same than the first season, but, improved some points as consistency. In general, this is because I scored the anime as 2, and the arc that doesn't pleasant for me.
If you liked of first season, this is for you, but if you are waiting improving from first season to second season, you will waste time.

The concept and the plot is pretty good so is the art and sound but what this anime sucks at is the damn characters they stay hating on the mc even though he is the most useful and everyone is useless there is only 2 likable characters in the whole anime and one is the mc the main cast is horrible I can't even put into words literally the mc carried the whole show and there is a certain event that happens to the mc and he is basically in his feelings about and you know what happens no gives a fuck but the same thing happened to another garbage character and they care all of a sudden they have no reason to hate the mc like this

If you've made it this far, you've probably finished watching the first season of this anime. If that's the case, I would absolutely recommend you watch this second season. However, I must also warn you that if you liked the first season, you will love this second season, but at the same time, you will suffer.
The best part of this anime is undoubtedly the significant character growth. The way the missions directly affect the mindset of all the heroes and the people involved in the conflicts is impressive. This anime masterfully blends the genres of psychology and fantasy, with hints of drama.
But, as I mentioned before, if you liked the first season, this second one will definitely captivate you. However, I'm sorry to inform you that we will probably never see the conclusion of this sto…

Well, if you reach here you have probably watched the 1st season of 100-man no Inochi no Ue ni Ore wa Tatteiru.
After our "big" discovery, the main focus of the story changed. In my humble opinion, the anime continue to be a good call to watch while you don't have nothing better to do.
The characters gets a little more development, but, nothing surprising.
The ending leaves a cliffhanger for another season, that I don't thing is even close to being made.
It's 12 episodes, 4 hours an 48 minutes to watch. If you have time to spare and nothing better to do, give it a shot!

Don’t watch if watching your protagonist do dumb things triggers you. The main characters are stupid at best and fall for obvious traps all the time. There is nothing innovative or interesting about this anime. Pretty trash story and even worse action. Every second watching this makes me wish all of the characters would die to make the main character actually develop some.
Take any situation and you’ll see the characters react the worse way possible. It’s almost like the author is trying to convince you that there is a story by making the characters purposely fail to generate more plot instead of using their abilities.

After watching the first season of this anime I came in to the second season with low expectations since the first one was mediocre, after a couple episodes I started getting intrigued again by the story and it seemed to maybe have the potential for a massive boost in writing quality from the first season and then, just like the previous season, all my hopes for the show and it's potential were shattered by other factors such as the bland characters or bad animation. In the end "100-man no Inochi no Ue ni Ore wa Tatteiru 2nd Season" felt like an attempt to make a continuation to the anime with a really low budget and mid-way through they stopped caring and just did it for the sake of finishing what was started.
Plot: I already talked about the basis of the world building and plot the anim…

For me, it wasnt as enjoyable as the first season. At this point, the main character is irrelevant because of all these new people joining. Animation is watchable but not that good. I don't think adding Glen was necessary, as how she joined the team was pretty ridiculous.
I wouldn't recommend but you can watch it if you want. People who are rating this a 10 masterpiece are sick, cause you can't see the obvious faults of this anime. I'm dropping it on the 2nd season, episode 10 because it's becoming repetitive. Hope they stop animating this, because it will really backfire if they do.

I think this season was definitely less exciting than the first season. The characters all seem fairly shallow. There are moments where the characters do show some depth, but these moments are few and far between. The only character that we as the audience can truly understand is the protagonist, and the rest of the characters are simply plot material it felt like.
I really enjoyed the action scenes, as well as the mystery added to the plot this season. Although I feel that this anime is trying to do too many things at once, and not doing anything exceptionally.
The result is a good season, but there is still far left to improve.

The second season of this show is above average in my opinion. It is not yet a great or even good show, it just got across the message it wanted to, and was a fine show. It falls in that infamous "mid" category. If the theme of the first season was discovering oneself, as he literally repeats "who am I?" in that season, then the theme of this season is rising from failure. I will now give my thoughts on each section of the show as well as a score for each. Please note that if I write spoilers I will put them between *'s. First of all, the story. The story is actually good in my opinion. During this season, we get to learn more about the parallel world and how it relates to their original world. It feels like the world around them is getting more and more important to the story, and it also…

If I can, I will give this how a 0. I only give this anime a 1 because 1 for Kahabell.
You can see that the budget is pretty low by how shitty the music and art are.
Sounds wise, normally, I don't blame the voice actors, but some characters' voice acting is so bad that I just look at the subtitles for what they're saying and skip immediately afterwards. The music is also trash, for most fight scenes, you have no music. In the case where there is music, you have a relaxing music.
The art is even worse.
For most battle scenes, this is what happens:
1. A shot of the MC, a shot of the enemy, both standing still, no animation
2. They run (more like they slide into each other since there is no animation whatsoever) towards each other, the screen blacks for a second
3. Then you have an image o…

After watching the first season of the anime I immediately read the manga since I loved the twist the author did with the isekai genre. It was a fresh take on the RPG game mechanics in an isekai genre where it functions similarly to Log Horizon but without the politics between players (since there are only a few players to start with).
This anime does adapt the manga faithfully with some details being omitted where I assume is to save time to progress the story. It does sacrifice some character development and some world-building but it has little effect on the overall story. However, halfway through the 2nd season of the anime, it adapted a story from the novel adaptation of this series. This was not a bad thing since I did enjoy watching it but there were some minor inconsistencies here…

There might be some spoilers in this review (so go watch the anime ^^)
Overall :7
7 is a good score and I think it deserves a better score than the last season (which I gave a 6), It was much more entertaining and I still don't know why.
Story : 7
The story is like I said in my previous review pretty simple for the Isekai genre and doesn't innove that much but in this second season there are some things that start to appear. There is that psychological side with the fact that they have to complete quests in order to save their lives but also the people of this other world are getting attached to the heros and we can see it very well and very emotionnaly with Kahabell and Yuusuke's romance. Also the fact there is a timeskip between the quests makes the anime better, because they go to t…

Well then I got to hand it to studio "Maho Films" for making a better 2nd season of this anime, too bad same cannot be said on it's prequel, that was merely a generic isekai........
So:
Story:
Pros: It has a story plot with substance when 2 new characters were added, at first I thought adding a new character won't matter given that it's a generic isekai anaywayz. But, as I've watched it studio "Maho Films" redeem this series' story plot from an generic isekai to an action isekai, where the characters themselves now plays as "Heroes" not as a bunch adventurers who needs to figure things out. Also by adding a mysterious antagonist as the "Dragon Bishop" adds to the mystery of this anime as well, given that one would be curious enough to follow through this anime from start to finish.

100-man no Inochi no Ue ni Ore wa Tatteiru 2nd Season was definitely a bit of a step down from the first which is a little disappointing, the pacing felt a little unrefined and the animation frankly wasn't the best. I did really enjoy the characters though and the new ones that were introduced fit in well with the rest of the cast.
The arcs in this season were a little strange I can't lie, it felt like for the most part a lot of stuff was forcibly explained and some strange conclusions were jumped to but I do think they were entertaining nevertheless. Each one did have a pretty cool setting and I liked how there was a link between them as well.
The animation this season really just wasn't that good, there were climactic scenes that were just slideshows and it was quite annoying, but the…

This anime was pretty good, the animation was just " okay ", they didn't do so much rush and the ost was pretty good. but yeah there a big problem, in the last arc they changed everything, rushed everything, they killed the best arc of the manga, they killed the characters itself with a bad story who didn't even exist in the manga, and they can't do anything about this, they destroyed the anime with this. I don't understand why, it was good but they decided to destroy the good work of 16 episodes with the last arc, sadly like a bunch of isekai, this one didn't got a good adaptation.
Read the manga.

Music, about average. Animation, average to above average.
Plot is LITERALLY half canon, half filler.
I highly recommend the first 6 episodes but the last 6 MUST be skipped.
The plot for the first half was very well done, probably around an 8/10, but I give the second half a 1/10. It really goes to show you the difference in writing capabilities between two people even when using the same characters. the first arc gave something for everyone to do and improve upon for themselves, the second arc frequently ignores most of the characters intelligence and on top of that have an AWFUL moral at the end that is simply, the main character shouldn't kill the villain...just let someone else kill them...
I very much still want and hope for a season 3, but as usual, beware of fillers. It really br…

Well for the start I would like to say that this season 2 is a lot better than the previous one though I'm not saying the first one is bad it's just probably the way the story flesh out and how they cramp everything in the 1st season having said that I both enjoyed them in fact it is one of my favorite isekai anime I know not many will agree with me but something about the characters of this anime especially yutsuya yuusuke I can relate by some of his way of thinking and his perspective in life and season 2 made this clear he did mature a bit as the story goes on. now about the animation it is pretty much the same as the 1st and I can understand that due to budget issue or something but still the seiyuus did a good job and the 2nd season story improved a bit for me that made it much more e…
