Introduction
A girl finds herself mesmerized by a young woman with pink hair. After repeated encounters with the woman, the girl realizes the person is one of her aloof classmates—who identifies as a boy in school.
With her world in vibrant colors and her heart continuously fluttering, the girl follows the individual in hopes of learning more about them. However, as she tries to get closer, the distance between them only increases.

Watching this when I first arrived at college was a life changing experience. I kept getting drawn back to it every day, watching it 1 or a few times a day. It just evoked an emotion I had never felt before, an emotion I kept wanting to explore but was unfamiliar with. The animation style and the story are beautiful, and something about it even resonated within me. It was because of this music video that I realized I am transgender, which was the complicated emotion I kept chasing trying to recapture. It took a lot of introspection, but this music video assisted me in this journey with realizing this.

NO, NOTHING! It's c) FIREWORKS, SCHOOL SETTING & CHARACTERS WITH JAWLINE SHARPER THAN A KATANA!
Hey I'm not s*itng on anime for that okay? That's one of the reasons why we all love anime! What i'm tryna say is that this short has a art style which you can call ANIME! And, it's GORGEOUS!

Now one of the convoluted things in the short! Shortly this short tries to show too much! The crossdressing and hidden idol life part was kinda cute! But, how like.. Tanks? Blast? Giant Butterfly? How? Where? WHY?
I'd have liked it better if it had chosen only one thing or at least if they made the duration a bit…

Sometimes, a single look and a chance encounter are all that it takes to form an intense fascination. For a girl with black hair (who I’ll call Kuro since she doesn’t actually have a name), she sees a girl with pink hair (who I’ll call Pinku, because again they have no name in-text and their pink hair is one of their defining physical features) out by the train station. For a fleeting moment before the train goes by, they make eye contact. That expression that Kuro saw matches that of the boy who just recently joined their class. A thought occurs to her as she lies on her bed and turns over – “Is this the same person?”
