Teasing Master Takagi-san 2

Teasing Master Takagi-san 2

Introduction

Even after spending a considerable amount of time with Takagi, Nishikata is still struggling to find a perfect plan to defeat the expert teaser. A battle of wits, a contest of physical prowess, a test of courage—any strategy he employs to expose her weaknesses is to no avail. On the contrary, Nishikata's pitiful attempts only reveal more of his own flaws, which Takagi takes advantage of to become increasingly daring in her teasing attempts. To make things worse for Nishikata, rumors about him and Takagi may have spread in class due to the frequent interactions between them. However, the optimistic Nishikata believes that wisdom comes with age and that as the days go by, his experience with her constant teasing will eventually bear fruit, leading him to the awaited moment of victory. Thus, Nishikata continues to strive for the seemingly impossible—to outsmart Takagi and make her blush with embarrassment. [Written by MAL Rewrite]

The second season of Teasing Master Takagi-san is a perfect continuation of what was established in the first season. Season two begins right after the events of the previous season as if there was no gap at all. You could smash these two seasons together and be none the wiser. It's really that seamless. The first season was already the best at what it does, and yet the second season refines and improves in every way over the first season. There's still no plot to speak off and the sporadic episodic nature of the storytelling is mostly the same however the writers do a much better job of establishing and forming a loose continuity here in the second season. It's much clearer in this season that events are flowing one after another and in one continual direction. Characters tend to mention…

Wow, the second season of this anime has wrapped up, and what a ride it’s been! If you remember from my last review, this series is such a delightful escape from reality. It’s like the perfect little bubble of joy—no stress, just pure fun! There’s something so therapeutic about those carefree anime shows, isn’t there? In this season, I was really impressed by how much the main characters developed. And let’s not forget the trio of girls who are just as adorable and hilarious as always! I can’t help but feel like I see bits of myself in each of them. Plus, there was definitely more romance this time around! The main focus was clearly on the love story between the two leads, and even though we didn’t get any big confessions or kisses, it was just a sweet and delightful watch! Now, let’s d…

The first season was adorable, but this one takes the cake. Nishikata's antics to try and finally win a game against Takagi-san are hilarious and relatable, while Takagi-san's playful teasing is as charming as ever. What I love most about this season is how it explores the depth of their friendship. We see more of their classmates and teachers, but the focus remains on the sweet, silly dynamic between Nishikata and Takagi-san. The animation is vibrant, the voice acting is superb, and the writing is witty and engaging. Some episodes had me laughing out loud, while others warmed my heart. The way the show balances humor and sincerity is impressive. If you enjoyed the first season or are a fan of lighthearted, feel-good anime, do yourself a favor and watch Season 2 of Teasing Master Takagi-…

The transition from the first to the second season is incredible, the first was a good season but being the first it was slower and there were not as many scenes with the two protagonists alone and with "indirect" things that in the second season there are and plenty and that gives a lot of fun to the series. Takagi-san takes center stage in this anime because he is a 10/10 character, but Nishikata is well-crafted and gets better and better as the seasons come out. All of this makes you hype up and you can't stop watching it. In my opinion it is one of the most calming, fun, entertaining and funny animes that there are in romance and all that together makes it one of my favorites and one of the best romances that I have seen. El paso de la primera a la segunda temporada es increíble, la…

Nishikata has truly matured. He's become more proactive and assertive in driving their relationship forward in the second season. It's important to remember while watching this anime that they're not high school students, but only in middle school. In a sense, they're still just kids. Their understanding of love is incredibly innocent and unrefined. They don't even realize they've fallen for each other, only knowing that they enjoy each other's company immensely. This love is pure, devoid of any ulterior motives. Nishikata, in a way, you've won this contest a long time ago! What you've won is Takagi's heart. I highly recommend this anime series for those just starting out in the world of anime. The character interactions are absolutely adorable and the storyline is light-hearted. I'd als…

Watching middle school kids deal with their developing romantic feelings is adorable. It's obvious from an outsider perspective that these two like each other, but one is too oblivious of even his own feelings to do anything while the other is having too much fun teasing to admit hers. I think the moments where Takagi shows some actual shyness are some of the best, especially when you have hours of her usual smug attitude to compare against. I think where we left off the season is enough of a high point that I would have been fine if that was just where it had ended, but obviously they've got more to tell still so here's hoping they manage to keep it fresh and not just retread a lot of the same ground. I think they did an okay job of keeping the status quo this time around while maintaini…

Good sequels are hard to come across, and often times they don’t often live up to the expectations of the original, whether it’s because it feels too similar, or making it so bad that it heavily tarnishes the image the original had due to thoughtless planning. So in that respect, how does one define a good sequel? A good sequel continues the story but in a new meaningful way, by expanding more than what the original offered. Introducing new characters, settings, and conflicts are generally what sequels tend to do, but a good sequel also adds another layer to their storytelling by introducing new themes and/or expanding on older themes, to give the story a much more nuanced look. Finally, the sequel has to leave a positive impact on the franchise, because that’s what makes a good series wo…

I really love this anime it is really beautiful and realaxing. The tree scene almost made me cry ! I really found that those two became more mature and cute. Also I love how Takagi tries to show her love to nishikita but making it look like she's messing with him. The art is good and cute. The characters really matches and the music is just amazing ! The story is really chill and beautiful cause there's no Drama every body is very nice and funny and that makes me like all the characters. I love and I recommend the anime. I hope there will be a season 3 soon !

tl;dr: A second season that has similar comedy but much better romance. The second season of Karakai Jouzu no Takagi-san is both incredibly similar to the first season but also different where it counts. My problem with the first season was that it was too repetitive, in that it felt like it was essentially just a repetition of the same type of comedy again and again without really anything else to help pace it. Said comedy was centered around a boy doing his best not to get teased by a girl but the girl managing to always win out. This was solid enough but it felt like there was simply too much of it without anything else. This season is similar in that for the most part it’s the same comedy as the first season. However, in addition to that, it actually feels like there’s good romance in…

*Spoiler warning!* Alright, I only rated season 2 cause for some reason on Netflix it ONLY has season 2, not season 1 for some reason. To start off, the "plot" to the show is pretty basic/repetitive, not that it gets boring. This type of Anime is what I would consider a "comfort" anime, something you can always go back and watch to make yourself happier, or just want to watch something but don't know what. The show consists of light-hearted teasing, and some VERY adorable moments. It's not really a "romance", yet there are some "romantic" fluffy moments between Takagi-san and Nishikata. The art style of the anime is alright, nothing too eye-catching. It's pretty similar to something like Tbhk, just with less detail. Fitting of a comfort Anime though. The personalities aren't very unique…

Short Review: If you liked season 1, you will love season 2 even more. This show is pure wholesomeness and cuteness from beginning to end. However, enjoyed this season (2) more than I did the first one, and there's a couple of points I want to make clear. This show is a masterpiece as a slice of life and as a show that is not seeking to be anything but comedy and romance (very light romance). The first season was entertaining and is all about Takagi san teasing Nishikata in different ways while he tries to get back at her. While the formula for season 2 does not change much, it is still different enough to keep things fresh and (IMO) even better than season 1. This time the character development is pretty good and you can see how both of them change as the story progresses. Nishikata t…

I love this anime and the story is very well told. The 2nd season is also better than the first, although it was already very good. The growing love between the two and that they express their feelings more and more is really nice to see. Please, please give us a 3rd season and even a 4th. I really like to follow the two of them as an anime and what will become of them when they are adults. Will they stay together or will they go their separate ways? Tell us in the form of the so lovingly designed Anime <3

This anime makes me sleepy while watching it. In season 2 it displays the same thing as the previous season. The comedy elements that are displayed are sometimes not funny, but there are also some that make me smile to myself. It doesn't matter. This anime also makes me a little annoyed, annoyed because of Takagi's behavior. He teased Nishikata and had his own way, or it could be called a cunning way. And strangely, Nishikata is always shown losing when playing with Takagi, and Takagi always wins, which means Nishikata is always unlucky. There are ways that Takagi used to tease Nishikata. That's what made me a little annoyed with Takagi. Like Tom & Jerry, Jerry always wins against Tom, and Tom always gets bad luck when he faces Jerry. And this anime only shows scenes of Takagi's pranks wi…

So before I start my review on this anime I must mention the topics that I am going to cover about this... and they are story, animation style, animation quality, sound, and most importantly enjoyment....these are the main things that decides how should rate the anime so let's start review l Story 6/10: Nothing worth mentioning here.... The story is average school romance like you all know and I must say this season of Anime is better than the previous one because the previous one was all about takagi-san teasing that boy but in this season we get to see e a lot of development between them yes sort of development and I think that this season excels at that get nothing too extra ordinary and it's quite average story new line Art and animation 7/10: The animation style is quite subjective…

I can’t explain how much you need to watch this show... Firstly the voice acting is just top tier, you legit got Megumin on here. The story even if it’s slow at sometimes, it certainly shines as a romance anime. The op is definitely memorable and fun. Characters are enjoyable and cute throughout the watch even the side characters have unique features that make them stick out. Karakai Jouzu No Takagi-san 2 is a fun watch that has heaps of rewatch value because of the dozens of cute and funny moments. Add this to your watch list now, you won’t regret it !!

This was such a huge step up from the 1st season, now don't get me wrong the first season was good too, like a 6. One problem i had with the 1st season was even though it was subtle, the teasing which was actually her Tagaki flirting, it was pretty boring to be real with you. The second season however blows the first one out of the water and really starts to lay down the spice. Never have i actually seen a Rom-com slice of life show go through such a good change of pace. So in this case this season was very good. I loved that it still kept Takagi's subtle way of flirting through teasing without making it boring, it was also better in terms of plot which had the festival episode obviously. Everything else stayed the same and finally they didn't cut off the story like they did back in season…

While technically this show is a sequel to the 2018 show of the same name, these 12 episodes repeat the same formula of the previous season. This is a positive in that the show is very easy to digest but at the same time, it also makes this season inferior to the previous season’s episodes. Especially by the middle of the show (episodes 5-8), the recurring formula of Nishikata challenging Takagi to contests in which he inevitably loses begin to feel like a gag, his bone-headed nature in refusing to admit to his feelings for Takagi starts to grate on the viewer and some skits are weak. On the positive side, it is Takagi who is the star of the show and how she plays Nishikata like a fiddle all the while trying to be as clear as she can be about how she feels (through playful banter and teasi…

Teasing Master Takagi-San Season 2 is the continuation of the slice of life romcom, the second season expands on season 1 and takes what made it good and it becomes a good sequal in doing so. It has a lot more venues and characters like Houjo-San and the other guy that drinks coffee, speaking of venues we get the camping trip, and the summer festival along with the manga shop, pretty sure we already have the candy shop in S1 so I can't count that. The bits are funnier , plus Houjo and the guy are much better than Sanae and the other two, they're still annoying, and the other characters such as Yukimura actually do something now. This season felt more enjoyable, at its core its still them teasing each other, but with a slight twist this time, Takagi is now using Nishikata's insecurities, ha…

Season Two of Two Children with large foreheads teasing each other Starting with the obvious Takagi-san season 2 this the second season to Takagi-san being the sequel to Takagi-san season 1 released a year and a bit prior while also being a continuation of the story from season 1 with the story originating from the manga ‘Teasing Master Takagi-san’. While that is obvious this worth noting as season 2 starts off straight away right into the heart of the action (teasing) making episode one feel more like the next episode in season one or an OVA than the start of a new season. Much like season 1 the story is a series of short skits rather than one solid piece mainly due to the manga also telling its story in short sections. Overall I think it really makes the story and setting stand out mo…

Story: so in terms of story there really isn't one from what the 1st season was really it's just Takagi trying to tease Nishikata and succedes in doing it or Nisgikata tries to do it before she does but Takagi ends up foiling his plan to get back at her thats really the story in a good sense. Art: for the most part the art is really good cant really remember the art form last season but the art is good. Sound: the Op is pretty good for as for the ED cant really say i could judge on it sense they did change a good bit of times in terms of the voices actress and actors they were both pretty good (in terms of the leads) and also the side characters were god aswell (i watched the dub by the way) Characters: Nishikata is the only male lead in the anime and is the bunt of when it comes to tak…
