Introduction
A family and their maid are going about their daily lives when, unexpectedly, a woman bursts into their home shouting, "They're coming!" She then vomits out her organs, turns into a zombie, and attacks the master of the house. The maid saves her employer, but he and his daughter are stunned and have difficulty processing the events. As more and more zombies invade the residence, the maid decides it is her duty to defend the house from unwanted guests—using a chainsaw!

Story
Basic invasion. Has a good ending.
Art
Well done clay art/animation. Would have done slightly better in a darker setting. There was a moment of two of unneeded replays.
Sound audio sound was a bit annoying in level.
Character
Nothing is said on who is who. You had to decuse that for your self. A kind of mad lips task if you will. Where the basics are visible but a couple blanks need filling in like names or occupation.
Enjoyment
No emotions were expressed. Some supernatural fans and clay fans would be the only fans for this in my opinion.

To be fully honest, I’m not exactly regretting the time I spent watching this. It did capture my interest and I was eager to see how the creators played with time here. That in mind, I decided to watch this - after all it was an easy find on youtube. What I was expecting was not in fact what I got. Prior to viewing over this ONA, I had read that it took place in a world where a zombie outbreak has occurred.
By the cover and the description however, I had assumed that this maid would be a fully fledged zombie…

I watched this peculiar short film with no expectations and minute after minute it was impressing me more and more. I don't like the set and character models too much but love the claymation. As a short film not much of a story is needed or expected, but basically there will be a maid slaughtering zombies with a chainsaw and it will be awesome. I don't know about anyone else but I thought this thing was hilarious. I was literally laughing out loud thoughout the films run. But this thing is super gory. I had no idea claymation could be so effectively violent. Overall I found Chainsaw Maid to be really fun to watch and reccomend anyone check it out. Hell, it's only six minutes of your time.

Hmm..... Chainsaw Maid is... well... exactly like it sounds. A maid using a chainsaw to fight off zombies, as the description says. But really, there isn't much more to that. I am not saying I didn't enjoy it, but pointing out that there is quite a lack of plot. I really like the animators art style, I love watching their claymations since they are so interesting looking. This is a very bloody claymation, so I reccomend anyone who is eating or who gets scared by gore should not watch this. I gave the 4 a low rating because there wasn't any dialogue, and I do not know about the audio, because... well.... it kinda scared me so I muted it and played music over it. I know, I am abit of a scaredy cat. The characters... hmmm.... they are nice. The little girl is kinda cute, the zombies were cool…

First off this will be my first review ill make it short and sweet. I freaking love this short film. This is claymation taken to a new level. Its amazing of how detailed it is. If you like gore and lots of blood and zombies this is perfect for you. If you dont like that kind of stuff dont worry its all out clay its perfect for you too. I love this and part 2 on youtube was the cherry on top. I dont know how i found this mal page of Chainsaw maid but im glad i did!

It was 2a.m in my place. I had 3 tests in a few hours that I haven't studied for , I was worried as fuck. and then some-fucking-how! I came to Chainsaw Maid's MAL page. and I read that it was 6mins long, so I thought, what the heck? imma watch this and go study. I watched it. and it scared the fuck out of my life! Damn!
I'll make it short, : 1-3 a.m. Dark and quiet room. be in a bad mood. put your headphones on. and enjoy getting scared watching this shit.
Last thing I wanna say is. do not expect a lot from this!
