Wooser's Hand-to-Mouth Life

Wooser's Hand-to-Mouth Life

Introduction

Lovely, but with a dark heart. The hand-to-mouth life of a strange yellow and black creature named "Wooser". Lovely but with a dark heart, the new hero (?) from the depths of the internet is appearing on TV and Nico Nico Video! "My favorite things are meat and money and girls," he says, but what are his cute, round eyes staring at? (* Probably meat, money, or girls) The strange hand-to-mouth life of this strange creature is now being animated by Sanzigen, famous for their 3D CG animations! Do note that the dot in the middle is supposedly a mouth, not a nose. (Source: Crunchyroll)

This was the best anime I have ever watched. The storyline was so in depth and deep, absolutely stunning, so much was covered throughout the series. The artwork was incredibly detailed and realistic, nothing like the classic 'anime kids cartoon style', I think the realism thoroughly enhanced the seriousness of the show. The soundtrack was amazing, I listen to the ending theme every night, it brings me to tears every time. And the character of 'Wooser' was highly explored and he had the most tragic backstory of all time, his voice actor also perfectly fit the personality and look of his character, definitely my favourite anime character of all time. Overall I highly enjoyed this show, I couldn't stop watching it and finished it in a day. 10/10 best anime ever, I highly recommend it.

Wooser no Sono Higurashi is an anime from Sanzigen, one of the studios that worked on the Black Rock Shooter anime. It's based on a short journal column and aired in 2012. Let's take a look and see what it's all about. Story: There's not much story to the series. It's one of those comedies where events happen for humorous purposes and they never follow a real narrative arc. Basically, each episode consists of several short gag segments. It's like the anime equivalent of a Yonkoma (four panel) gag strip. So, that brings me to the important question, is it funny? It is sometimes. A lot of the jokes are basically Wooser being a bit perverted or random things happening. The pay-off can be funny but, more often than not, it just ends up being kind of stupid. Characters: The characters in…

A series of short clips featuring the enigmatic Wooser. Good for a few laughs, and a nice way to kill time. No plot, just many eccentric situations tossed together. Worth watching as a way to kill time. Plus it's pretty hilarious to hear Mamoru saying all the ridiculous, perverted Wooser stuff

Story: N/A Wooser no Sono Higurashi makes no attempt at any sort of coherent storyline. When you read that, you might suppose that this must therefore be some sort of slice-of-life sketch based show and might be compared to the likes of Danshi Koukousei no Nichijou or Lucky Star. However, the word 'sketch' is too kind for Wooser. The narrative flicks randomly between snippets of Wooser the rabbit-thing's various fantasies of robots and perving on under-age girls. Each clip leaves you wondering if there was something you missed, or if you were even meant to find it funny. I'd estimate that at least a quarter of the series is swallowed by repeated clips of an 8-bit Wooser walking on screen and saying "Yo" to the audience (yes, it's that exciting). Art: 5 Wooser is animated in a CG style.…
