Someone from my friend list gave this a 10/10 and I got curious x'D
Visuals: very poor art style, terrible animation, low variety in body types.
Sound: it's whatever
Story (DON'T READ THIS PARAGRAPH UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SPOILED BUT JUST KNOW, IT SUCKS): this guy has a card that acts like a license to molest and rape anyone he wants. He chooses to use it on the train and he has 3 main targets, who happen to be sisters. Near the end, we discover that this man is actually a ghost and the three sisters (and another girl) end up continuing their sexcapades with each other.
Because it's only 2 episodes of 19 minutes each, it's not like it's the worst thing ever but then again there's plenty of sexier hentais to watch out there, even if chikan stuff is your thing.

It has no moments of story or any dialogue between characters or explaination as to what the Chikan license is, why its there or anything like that.
It is all just 100%, non-stop sex sex sex.
Straight sex, group sex, lesbian sex, that's all it is really.
So if you are looking for something mindless with just a LOT of fucking, then i would reccomend this.
If you want something with even a pinch of story, i wouldn't even mention this.

Yet another train molester story, and this one is just pathetic. The whole plot is that the guy has a license that allows him to molest, and so when women call out for help, which they do, everyone just ignores her because its obviously ok if she is raped since the rapist has a license. There is nothing special about this one at all, no great scenes, no great story, boring and overdone situations. Plus you just feel bad for the women in this one since the main character is just an unlikable jerk. Pass.
