Your enjoyment 100% depends on if you got a liking for abstract musicvideos or visuals in general.
If the answer is no I should don't waste your time with it, but still my recomendation is to just give it a try. I mean its only 6 minutes long and at worst you have to turn your brain of and look at pretty moving colors for a few minutes (could think of many worse ways to spend my time) and at best you can find new interesst in such artforms.
There aren't any real charakters or story in the classical sense in here, maybe something within the lyrics but I don't speak Japanese so no idea. Nothing to comment about these points really.
Overall a well made abstract / hypnotical musicvideo - reviewer score 8 (kinda biased towards such pieces) definitely not for everyone.

If you don't like conceptual art/animation, don't waste time watching this video or reading this review.
"And And" is a music video with artistic/conceptual animation. No purpose to tell a story or something. Just art by art and a explosion of life and life forms trying to somehow illustrate the music. Interesting, if you like visuals. Animation grows following the music and puff, we have a giant and sweet confusion of forms and colors (like your life!) in the screen.
Visuals: 10/10
It begins slow, but grows in a beautiful form
Story: 3/10 There's no story, but it isn't the purpose of this animation
Characters: 3/10
There's no characters, just somethings like primitive life forms.
Enjoyment: 8/10
I liked :3
Overall: 7/10
A good clip.
