I'll preface this by saying I haven't read the original works, I don't watch 90% of hentai for story and I am a key-animation lover/appreciator. I love clean and fluid animation, something seldom seen in most hentai to the extent at which it is presented here. I have no idea what the story is here, seems like a typical BDSM dungeon but does that matter? To me? Not in the slightest. Character design is varied and enjoyable, music wasn't memorable but fit the situations they were used in if my memory serves me properly. That's the long and short of it, watch it.

Story: The two Taimanin, Yukikaze and Rinko, get assigned to work undercover as slave prostitutes so they can find out about Yukikaze's mother, Shiranui, whereabouts. Art: The art looks very good in the close-up shots, but a bit weird when characters are a little far. Animation was kind of weird sometimes, but not in a bad way though. Both girls looked very hot, but all the men were either too old or disgustingly fat.
Sound: Very good voices, sound effects were okay. Soundtrack was a darkish ambient music and it fitted well. The opening/credits song is AWESOME. Yukikaze was a bit too…

At least there was Justice with Asagi, and she still stood tall and didn't became a slave to her desires (or so far I know)...
But yukikaze, rinko and yukikaze's mom? They easily broke down on the first few days! Rinko on her very first episode, even before she was set on the machine, was already tamed and broken down! yukikaze was the last but she just submit at the end and then began mocking her love interest!
For kami's sake! they are super powerful ninjas that could just kill them all and now they are just whores. Yukikaze's mother was supposed to be strong and now she is just a pet!
But what pisses me the most is that there was no justice....

Taimanin Yukikaze had a lot to live up to, Taimanin Asagi was one of the most accomplished hits in the ero world in years and it oozed quality. With no direct sequel (at the time anyway) a new Taimanin anime based on the Yukikaze spin-off game was announced. Would it be able to match the previous anime and be a worthy addition to the Taimanin name or flounder with little that made it special?
Rinko and her subordinate Yukikaze go undercover as Slave Prostitutes in order to find information on Yukikazes mother Shiranui, another Taimanin who had disappeared without trace. This undercover mission is wrought with danger though as some figures from their past come back to haunt them.
This had the beginnings of an interesting story and seemed to be pushed more in episode one as it sort of fell…

Taimanin Yukikaze is the hentai closest to being a sequel to Taimanin Asagi without actually being a sequel. Now, Asagi was a tough act to follow, sure, but were the creators even trying with Yukikaze? Forget story and characters, the H-Scenes are almost all lackluster and largely fall flat in any attempt at being arousing. Oh, and Yukikaze also has some of that fetish we all love: NTR, with a large dosage of mind-break. Whenever I watch NTR, it always leaves me in a pit of despair lasting 7 days and 7 nights, muttering incoherent insults and slurs under my breath in the presence of anybody willing to lend me an ear, but I don't know, Yukikaze just didn't do it for me.
