Introduction
Since the early death of his parents, Takami Akitoshi has lived alone with his beautiful elder sister, Hitomi, while concealing his dirty desires for her.
One day, a mysterious girl named Mina enters his room. She introduces herself as Death and explains that she came to take his soul because he had reached the end of his lifespan. Hearing his screams, Hitomi runs in and, after the situation is explained to her, asks Mina to spare him.
Mina, moved by her earnestness, tells them that if Takami fathers a child within a week, she will let him live another 10 years.

Warning, just like any Hentai review I have done, there will be some rather mature aspects to it. If you thought anything different, then try your hand at one of my other non-hentai related reviews.
Where do I start with this one? Now people who read my reviews would know I do occasionally watch and read Hentai. I’m not scared to admit it, its something a lot of us do weather its hentai or live action porn. The problem is, for some reason, people seem to want me to review these things. I don’t know why they want me to, maybe to see my cringe or maybe they want my honest opinion… The bottom line is most of them suck when it comes to actually reviewing them. I gave this anime 10 for everything except sound. not that it was bad but i was disappointed it wasn't English dubbed. maybe in future i hope. this anime in short is a older sister looking out for her brother when death comes for him. Even if it means fucking her own brother leading to a baby. will a baby be created in time? will his life be spared?
one of the things that disappointed me without ruining it for you newbies is the final outcomes are left unanswered. i suppose it beats knowing an outcome you would hate happen.

This anime is a good, easy introduction to the Hentai genre of anime. It may not have the best artwork (esp. when compared to classics such as Bible Black), but it is above-average and, I would expect, more accessible to a wider audience.
The focus is on the story and their particular dilemmas, which are made a bit worse by the quirks of the characters involved (I don't want to get into details, as it would spoil the plot).
At only four episodes, there isn't much time to develop the plot or characters, but nonetheless, they all do change somewhat over the course of the series.
