Art: I really liked the art. Animation is nothing special, but still pretty good.

Introduction was okay. It was taunting yet confusing at first. Thankfully there is a more detailed, easy to understand introduction that follows. In other words, intro started in what one could say to be a teaser or trailer. Giving the audience an idea of what to expect. Downside being rather sudden plot key points are shown.
In terms of stories concepts or philosophies i say they are a tad perplexing. For instant their choices of words, 'witch hunt' and character abilities. One character abilities is to render a person unconscious. Only problem being is how it is preformed. One could say all people encountering her should be unconscious yet that isn't the case.
