There is no "story" but unlike other hentai who try hard and give us "meaningful" plot this one goes straight to the point, no sugar coating. Main character is a virgin who always liked Yariko, her goal is to have sex with 100 virgins. So it just happens that one day during high school class he bumps into her and asks him if he's a virgin.
