purest virgin waifu for the win - if u watch nge and rebuild u isn't live man u isn't live. this was one of the greatest victories in all of Uganda - if japan was in world war 3 this ad would essentially be the bomb thing that took out japan from ww2 i forgot wat its called big lady or something
the best thing about this ad is that it does not make sense when u refer it with rei from Eva and most of rebuild because i doubt she would care about putting lipstick on however that's the beauty of randomness because it inherits the end of evangelion message to not give a flying pig. Its much better then a German one eye boomer so this ad is 10/ 1000000 / 01

Wow, this one is actually good. Like, unironically. Well, for a commercial standard, but duh, it is a commercial.
Very short with 12 seconds for the original and 20 for the extended version. Yet in these few seconds the approach is very aesthetical and stylish. No obnoxious product overpraising. Just Ayanami, few words and artsy imagery. From a customer’s point of view it’s nice to look at, and from the brand’s point of view it’s memorable, a win-win for everyone.
I got an urge to buy the lipstick even as it would be left unused for I’m a guy. It’s definitely among the better anime commercials on MAL.

Step aside Episode 24 and End of Evangelion, because the much beloved franchise now has a new entry, so epic, so majestic, that everything that came before it simply pales in comparison with this masterpiece.
The 12 second epic saga depicts Eva's resident "best girl" Ayanami Rei (version unknown, ask Gendo) as she shamlessly sells out her soul and becomes a TV commercial star. Guess piloting enormous mechs just doesn't pay so well these days. And we, the unexpecting audience, get to witness the glory that is the First Child's side job.
Now I won't spoil the experience for you, but the dialogue here is just top notch. Each sentence uttered by our heroine manages to melt your heart, and touch the very essence of your being, as expected from an emotional, loving person such as Rei. The ani…

Never once in my life did I think I needed the "Kate" Red/Nude rouge lipstick, until I was swayed by this masterpiece of modern animation.
Not only did they bring best man Ayanami Rei from the cult classic show "Evangelion" to showcase this product, but they also gave her 3 written lines to work with, which is like twice the amount of shit she says in the show itself.
Let's go over these lines, and depict what Ayanami Rei from Evangelion is trying to tell us, more or less giving us a brief explanation of the story itself.
