The Land of Miracles

Introduction

In the 2501st year of the Glacier Calendar, the asteroid where the demons and the orcs survive flew to and hit the only continent on the phalanx - the fairy continent, known as the cataclysm in history. After the human ancestor Tianxing predicted the cataclysm with the Book of Prophecy, the two great powers, the demons and the spirits, joined all races to refine the seven-sacred artifact to fight against the collision and avoid the destruction of the world. The Fairy Continent was then torn apart and turned into seven seas and six regions. More than 300 years after the cataclysm, the demons gradually awakened and extended their minions to the Seven Seas and Six Regions... By chance, the two human teenagers obtained the Peerless Pearl among the Seven Gods Pearls, giving them the ability to summon each other. And the fate of mankind is about to be rewritten! The plot, the characters, and that beautiful CG? All done so well, done sooo well. The CG in The Land of Miracles was a whole experience. Normally I choose CG animations carefully but this animation... it felt like every frame was made with care, from the landscapes to the intricate fight scenes. The character designs? Chef’s kiss muah. Smooth movements, fluid battle choreography—nothing felt clunky or awkward or looked like sims😭 I was genuinely impressed. This wasn’t just eye candy; it was a full-on buffet. And talking about eye candy, the characters uuuugh, again chef's kiss. Not only do they look good, but THEY ALSO GROW. Lan Ge's…

The Land of Miracles is a very interesting watch. I have finished the 1st season and i must admit, it is out of my expectation on the flow of the story. There are some plot twist involve and it caught me by surprised. Initially, i thought it will be just the same as other Chinese Donghua but after watching halfway, i got my 1st surprised. I am not going to give you all any spoiler, so go watched it yourself. I did not expect the character development to be so well presented in a Donghua based on my previous experience with other Donghua that i have watched so far ( in the number of around 100++ titles up to date ). I am highly recommending this Donghua for everyone who read my review here. You will not regret it. However, i do need to forewarned that the story start slow in the beginning…
