This show is soo wholesome and there's lots of great song as well especially jaxx/jaxx' songs! you should watch this if you long for friendships! by the way i want to highlight the way they deal with the 'drama' is well done and not too shabby either. All of the characters react to situations in a realistic way. they have their ups and downs. One of them is the drummer from JAXX/JAXX. the way he deals his own problem with the help from the pther is such a sweet moment.
If you like anime with idol as a genre such as ensemble stars or love live, i think youre gonna like this one!

Out of the about half a dozen male idol anime that I’ve watched, this has turned out to be one of the best ones. Apart from maybe 2 episodes whose plots brought the overall score down, this was written intelligently with a good and diverse cast of characters and plenty of heart in its songs. Whereas a lot of these idol anime focus on flooding the screen with characters and can’t really develop them properly, this one takes the time to get to know our three idol groups. With Season 2 imminent, I’m hoping for a step up in quality to bring this anime up to the standard we know it can be at.

Hindsight is 20/20. At first, I was left disappointed at the ending. The first half of this anime brought my hopes up, you see. I thought this would turn out to be a serious story, not unlike the likes of its predecessor "Idolish7" or even "A3". Instead of diving deep into a single Idol group's story, then tying that up with a neat bow and moving on to the next, we ended up jumping from group to group, in a rushed attempt to develop all characters at the expense of the continuity of our original group's story. "Wasted potential."... was the only way I could sum it up.
But something didn't feel quite right to me, even after the season. The songs were too good, to be some hastily patched up song written to fill airtime. That said, I couldn't find a game th…

This show really is charming! The characters definitely make this show magical and entertaining with how different their personalities are, and the different styles of their groups. (Jaxx/Jaxx being a band and LEGIT having a more hype K-pop style sound, then Protostar being similar to a softer sort of J-pop maybe, charming and smooth yet upbeat if that makes sense. While it's not quite the same as Idolish7, I actually think this is more enjoyable when you aren't wanting to watch a show that's overly serious in certain aspects *Ahem* (Riku's illness and then other idol groups' competitive drama, etc.)
This show doesn't have as much competition between idols, since they are all in the same agency, though I think that's what makes this show really charming. It has so much character interact…
