Well it was a fine. Modern world setting with a fantasy theme and strict rules. It was rough in various parts the storyline seemed way too ridiculous and dumb but I guess that's how it goes. Art style seemed like it came out of a shoujo manga but with a shounen direction, there was a lot of character development rather than action but it felt like it was going to be a romance. The author might still be an amateur and growing so I guess it's a good thing they got their work adapted. Here's hoping to a fantastic development.

This anime is the definition of average. Animation, story, characters, pacing — everything sits firmly in the middle with nothing that truly stands out. You can almost always find a better mix of humor, plot, and visual style elsewhere, because here there’s simply nothing memorable. The core idea isn’t terrible; combining “two worlds” isn’t new, but it can still work when executed well. Unfortunately, the premise is the only thing with potential — the actual execution is disappointingly flat. And since I personally judge anime by how much they entertain me — whether I laugh, get invested, or feel anything at all — this one ends up as flat as a board. It’s not the worst anime out there, not by a long shot, but it’s a very generic title that already feels past its expiration date.

I honestly think the average score of 5.8 doesn’t represent this anime fairly. Mob kara Hajimaru Tansaku Eiyuutan is much better than that. The story isn’t groundbreaking, but it’s executed really well. It follows a familiar setup for fantasy adventure shows, yet it feels refreshing thanks to the pacing and how the main character grows throughout the journey. The art style fits the story nicely simple but expressive, with good animation in the key moments. The characters are likeable and have both strengths and weaknesses that make them feel real. They don’t act overly smart or dumb, and their reactions make sense in the context of what’s happening around them. Overall, it’s an enjoyable anime that flows at a great pace. If you like fantasy adventure anime with decent character developme…

I don't think the current rating is fair. This anime isn't any worse than the other existing generic isekai/fantasy out there. What I'm saying is there's no reason why it's rated lower at 5.x out of 10, when the average score is 6 to 7.x out of 10. That said, i agree that it's pretty generic, but I kinda like it anyway. I love that there was a huge friend group (7 to 10) and all of them were mostly involved in the story and the adventure's progression. I also luke that the mc isn't the most overpowered by himself. There was a lot of teamwork and some strategy involved. There's a little romance, and even a little drama. To be honest, I'm a little annoyed at the "dense op" trope where everybody knows the love interest likes him except him himself. But I like that he seems to like h…

Another anime of those that appears when you have nothing to watch, and maybe it would be better to have nothing to watch... But I gave it a chance, because just like in any season, I need to watch at least 1 isekai anime or something like that (in this case it's RPG elements). Honestly, as I expected, it was an anime more or less, with very cool action moments (which surprised me in the first episodes, I didn't expect this kind of quality in an anime like this lol), but it always ends up falling into the same thing as always in animes of this genre. Even though it was extremely predictable from the moment I hit my eye, I had fun, and I think that's the most important thing in a story! I've always liked exploration and level system in games and RPG's, so seeing this in an anime cheers me u…

There was a lot of potential here, and it lived up to little of it. The animation swung from okay to bad. There was one point where there was obviously supposed to be an ad break, but the animation actually jumped back a few frames to about 1/2 a second before, and then that 1/2 a seconds worth of action NEVER HAPPENED. It was a ret-con in real time. I'd say someone had a dream with this and it died in production hell. All the right elements are there to make a decent fun story, but it feels like it was either budget, time, or talent starved. It's not a "I want my time back" show, but it was something I'd have trouble recommending. That being said I am probably angrier at it because it COULD have been so much more.

“A Nobody's Way Up to an Exploration Hero” aka “Mobkara” is what happens when a cliche idea is butchered by amateurish writing. This show is a rare gem. Indeed, rarely do I see something so badly written, devoid of charm and utterly boring. 99% of what we see is plot with little to no reverence to the story. Before we start I would like to explain something. I will be talking about “plot” and “story”. Many people use those terms interchangeably. I’m not one of those people, so to make sure everyone is on the same page… I use the definitions for “plot” and “story” as Lisa Cron describes them: “What happens in the story is the PLOT, the surface events.” “STORY is about how the things that happen affect someone in pursuit of a difficult goal, and how that person changes internally as a re…

I can't understand why this series is rated so low! The main character is incredibly cool, striving relentlessly toward their dreams and training with unyielding dedication. The design of the servants and other characters is stunningly beautiful, even downright cute at times. Plus, the romantic relationships add an extra layer of charm to this already amazing series. How could such a fantastic anime end up with such a low score? It’s truly baffling. Is it really just because of some minor animation flaws or the fact that some fight scenes were toned down? This is why I never trust the scores on myanimelist. Numbers and ratings don’t mean anything! A great series may gain attention, but not everyone will appreciate its genre—and then it unfairly gets rated poorly by so many people for rea…

You dont have to reinvent the wheel every time. Mob kara Hajimaru Tansaku Eiyuutan is an incredibly charming anime that exceeded my expectations. I want to first introduce myself as a connoisseur of the fantasy adventure, and I pride myself on my taste in such. now with that cringey intro out of the way, this show truly is a fantasy gem that only comes everyone once in a blue moon. I swear to god every season has at least a small handful of fantasy/isekai shows that have something similar to this shows premise. The main character, Kaito, is basic, but not really meant to be projected onto, with enough depth to be interesting. The supporting cast is quite entertaining, especially Kaitos guy friends, they were usually a good laugh or two. The story also isn't anything special, he has a c…

From an adult point of view this was a very average anime. It feels like it was made for children rather than a more mature audience (no gore, low stakes, no strong language). For older viewers this is a very mediocore experience. There was nothing particularly unique or interesting about the permise and the characters felt pretty generic. Even a "bad" anime usually has that one memorable character, because they were funny, weird or unique. This anime dosent even have one memorable character, they are all extremely generic. There was also no deep plot beyond, a mysterious dungeon appears and the main character wants to explore it.

the series is set in a the modern world where fantasy dungeon opened sometime ago similar to Solo leveling and i think that why many have have mixed feeling about the series as it so similar to solo leveling it compared to it and come out the worse for it the MC Takagi has been a dungeon explorer for two year and still stuck on the first floor hunting slimes until he kill a special slime that drops a servant card allow the holder to summon a monster or in the case of our MC a loli Valkyrie and he begins to get stronger with her at his side. Side note unlike Solo leveling it seem magic items and skills only work within a limited range of the dungeon entrance and the worldbuilding is a little lacking the voice acting is ok No dubs have been made at time of review the art style not too…

ts is so buns bru give me my time back like bro how do studios pay to get ts animated this should've stayed as a novel or whatever. 😭😭 I'm truly disappointed by the way this was presented; it felt like a waste of time. The storyline did not live up to the expectations, and the character development seemed lacking. However, I must admit that the use of vibrant colors and the thrilling explosions did add some excitement to an otherwise dull experience. It's disappointing to see potentially engaging content fall short, leaving viewers like me feeling unsatisfied. Overall, I'd say I'd rather watch paint dry, but even then, there's something about it that keeps me hanging on, hoping for more depth and meaningful storytelling.

This is a dungeon exploration series, and has themes of harem, it's quite average so I wouldn't really recommend it, but the art and animation is actually pretty ok. I would highly recommend the manga if you want a better version of this series. Story: 4/10 Generic dungeon exploration, MC gets very lucky quite a few times, a few girls like him, and even though he's not OP, he's pretty up there. Some may find some resemblance to Fate series because of the Servants, but no this is far from it. Anyways, the anime's storyline is quite shallow, generic and clichéd. Characters: 4/10 Not much to say, bland and generic. Anime actually skipped a lot of character development, thus there's not much difference between the personalities of most characters, except for Luciella, who is a standard Tsund…

Another anime that relies on slimes. The cuter they are and the more intelligent, the better the rewards. So of course the intrepid hero will unalive as many as possible, acquire loli servants/slaves, and be as insipidly annoying while doing so. You'll have zero attachment to any of the characters in the anime, but it's still a way to pass the time. Rimuru is still having meetings about meetings and when to have more meetings, so I need something with a little action. I almost wish Rimuru would show up here and do some demon lord damage. But what we have is so-so animation (honestly sometimes it's terrible), decent voice acting, unoriginal plot, and something you really won't care if there's a 2nd season or not.

A Nobody's Way Up to an Exploration Hero - Does the inspiration to go dungeon exploring make for a "zero to hero" experience? Many a times, yes...but in this show, sadly not. Life's daily heroes and their antics giveth and maketh the dreamers of the young to have aspirations doing huge, notable things for themselves, being the aft influencers to be given inspiration and to do things for the better. That is a good thing, and for the eponymous novelist Kaitou, that's exactly his plan with penning such a story with Mob kara Hajimaru Tansaku Eiyūtan a.k.a A Nobody's Way Up to an Exploration Hero, to showcase a decent fantasy merging both the literal human world with fantasy elements, where humans can access dungeons through a portal designated by its own building to give the fantasy experienc…
