Introduction
So is this what it means to have roommates now?! Office worker Rinko, 24, lives alone and is secretly an otaku. One day, her apartment gets connected to the two neighboring rooms through a "hole" in the wall.
In the room on the left is a fresh-faced yet mysterious guy who is overly-sweet to Rinko.
The room on the right is occupied by a guy with violent tendencies who is similarly mysterious... But wait! "I... I think I know him!" Rinko's only source of solitude, her apartment, has been turned upside down. Now, every day is full of heart-pounding surprises!

I really like this series a lot, enough to rewatch it and collect the recently published translated 1st volume. It’s easily a rewatchable comfort series for me even though it doesn’t seem to be too popular. The soundtrack is quite nice, op/ed is fun, and I love the colors in the show!
I love Rinko, she’s a very cute and relatable otaku adult who loves her favorite series with all her heart. There’s a bit of background story to her which I hope can be explored a little more in either a second season or in the manga.
I think Satsuki is super sweet to Rinko and he’s rlly handsome. I love that he’s gentlemanly, respects her boundaries, and is overall just a good and intelligent guy. I think it’s good that he isn’t completely perfect in the sense that he gets kinda “chilly” or teases her a…

Not just neighbors, but not really a love story either. Instead it's a secret 3rd option: 12 anticlimactic episodes of the creator lightly edging the concept of polyamory... except there's a clear choice the MC wants to make the ENTIRE time. It's not going to be your favorite, but it was a decent watch.
Characters - 5/10
The MC was depicted as naive / airheaded like a child, felt strange when this is supposed to be a story about adults. One of the guys is just straight up a narcissist who constantly crosses boundaries too.
Story - 7/10
It's overall a wholesome story, better made than most reverse harems at least.
Art / Animation 6/10
It's well made but there were noticeable parts when the animation / art style felt a bit awkward
Romance Factor 5/10
I can't say much without spoiling…

I rarely watch a reverse harem anime. Let alone this type: Adulthood.
I mostly read Indonesian Webtoons, like Eggnoid, Wonderwall, or Her Weird Hobby. You get the point.
This anime surprised me. I actually enjoy watching this. It has the same vibe as some of the titles that I mentioned.
How did I find this?
MAL seasonal anime list.
Appealing (Why did I get into the anime?) Rinko!
I couldn't put words into it, but to sum up all my thoughts, she is the perfect MC for this anime. At least, based on the cover art.
Platform
Unfortunately, only available on Crunchyroll.

Plot/Story
An otaku woman in her 24s, named Rinko Nakama, just moved into her new apartment. She is your average businesswoman with a thing for cutesy anime/manga. One day, she wanted to change the show she was…

This anime was another anticipated series I popped onto my list for the new season. Why? The fact that she ends up with two roommates (who are guys) thanks to a certain character making a hole in the walls, made me think this was an interesting concept or perhaps slightly refreshingly weird??
*Minor spoilers ahead!*
The overall view was chill, relaxed yet at times made me ask questions that lingered on my mind such as the privacy this main heroine currently has (because putting up a scroll is not going to cover the entire hole...as well as potential peeping) and what will the "romance" be like (since it seemed to be steering towards a reverse harem dynamic or perhaps a subtle love triangle?)
The narrative occasionally felt downright childish-I won't sugarcoat it-but I would say the chara…

More than a love triangle... this is polyamory.
The story is simple. A girl ends up interacting with her neighbors because one of them made a hole in the wall. We could say that's the most normal part of the story. The anime doesn't aim to be a simple romantic comedy where a decision has to be made at the end. On the contrary, it seeks to integrate all its characters into a complex relationship. A relationship that strengthens as misunderstandings multiply. The male protagonists, while in love with her, don't mind the idea of maintaining the status quo. Even so, they try to keep winning her over. Which opens the door to chaos. The story fully embraces the chaos inherent in a love triangle: faking relationships, introducing themselves to family, and messages that are misinterpreted betwe…

WOW... what an awesome anime!
The animation and visual comedy are state of the art on par with something like bocchi the rock!
The comedy is so wholesome and cozy that you just smile during the whole episode.
The sound (especially the opening and ending themes) are sooo catchy and energetic which just hypes you up even more to watch this awesome show (Im normally somebody who skips OP and ED but never in this anime)
The direction is very awesome too, it never gets boring cuts and pacing are very fast.
I honestly cant find something I dont like about this anime if I view it as a comedy anime (which I do)
If you're looking for an anime with a deep romance theme or monumental story, I dont think this anime is what youre searching for.
if youre looking for a beautiful, wholesome and funny e…

Solid 9/10 for me, this was just too adorable! sometimes anime just hits you right into the feels~ If you are looking for fun, cozy, cute, funny, romance, silliness, look no further!
It didn't feel stale, and with all the villainess shows being pumped out that felt too "14 year old audience" sometimes, this one was was simply refreshing for myself (a adult who likes clean cozy rom coms the most). The art was cute (even that white hazey stuff) but it worked, it was decent and cute, the music was cute, the op was cute, the characters were likeable and I was giggling and kicking my feet. 💕
