FMA:B (Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood) is one of my favorite works. I didn’t watch this right after finishing the anime, but one day while checking out extra content for previously watched animes, I came across it. Story: It takes some events from FMA:B and presents them in a short and funny way. Episodes are between 2-4 minutes, and I think you should watch it—you won’t lose anything. Rating Story: 10/7 (It doesn’t add anything to the main series, but the episodes are nice and funny) Animation/Art: 10/6 (Simple, not much effort put into the animation and drawing) Sound: 10/7.5 (Not very good or bad, but can be called nice) Overall enjoyment: 10/7 If you love FMA:B, definitely watch it. If you don’t like FMA:B or don’t enjoy comedy, I wouldn’t recommend it. Happy watching...

Some of it is funny, but honestly the recurring sexual assault gag played for laughs was really too much for me. I have literally no idea why it was there and why it needed to be there, and the ending result(s) were also needlessly graphic? I get these are silly skits but they don’t match the tone of the humor from the original series at all? There were no blatant references to sexual assault in the original series, and that is not the type of humor that was shown at all, so forgive me for being shocked about it but I found it vastly inappropriate. And why was it the same character? I’m trying to wrap my head around the justification for why the scenes might exist and why they were done the way they were done.

little 2-3 minute parodies of scenes in the series - this is probably most fun to watch when the memory of the original scenes is still fresh, but I can also imagine it to be fun to come back to every now and then randomly. for what it is, it's very entertaining and worthwile~ I really enjoyed watching one or two episodes inbetween my chores. Not all jokes hit for me, but almost every episode had at least one hilarious moment. Definitely helped me "getting over" having finished Brotherhood again a bit because I had somewhat of a void to fill, which often happens after (re)watching an anime near and dear to me. all in all: bite-sized fma fun!

Very funny, makes you feel better after the sadness "Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood" left some of us with (because of the deaths and all). "Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood - 4-Koma Theater", for those who read the manga, is basically the animated version of the omakes (the funny extras at the end). They are also very short and don't take a long time to watch. I recommend this to anyone who watched FMA:B or have read the manga, but not to those who haven't yet because they contain a lot of spoilers and things people won't understand without the context. So if you haven't watched/read it yet, go and see/read it first, then check those silly shorts. I have watched all the 16 episodes. I give it a 10/10, I really enjoyed watching it.

Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood sets itself apart from the acclaimed "original" Fullmetal Alchemist series back in 2003 by staying loyal to the manga. An important part of the manga was the 4-Panel Comic section at the end of every volume. These humorous comics were comedic parodies of significant events that transpired in the current volume. Their ability to take a serious event that elicited major emotions from the readers and turn them into something funny and laughable was something that the 16 episode, 2 minute "Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood - 4-Koma Theater" OVA series brought back with the DVD/BD releases of the show. If you can recall the type of animation that Brotherhood had during comedic parts of the show, apply that style and ONLY that style to the 4-Koma Theaters and y…

Amusing little clips that parody parts of the anime... if you miss the characters after finishing Brotherhood, this is a nice way to bring em back. The best one by far was Roy Mustang's rap! And I wish there was more Ling Yao in them. =) But sure, it'd take maybe 40 min of your time, just watch em! It's stupid sometimes, funny sometimes, but overall it's just nice to see the characters again.
