SUMMARY
This anime seems to succeed in ways that many other hentai anime cannot, it is able to deliver a fairly concise and detailed story-line with very little dialogue and non-hentai scenes. Despite this it still feels quite lacking in many aspects and maybe has a low ceiling despite its high floor.
STORY
It describes the story of a house-wife whose husband had become impotent due to work stress, as he feels guilty he is unable to satisfy her he recruits his junior colleague to fill in for him to which his wife quickly grows fond of, upon seeing his wife in these positions through hidden cameras he has placed in his house (I most note this is not a voyeur heavy anime) he finds his mojo comes back and he is able to join his colleague in a three way with his wife.

I really liked the first 3/4 of this one, where the subordinate seduces the wife (apparently with the impotent husband's blessing). Though hesitant at first, the wife starts enjoying their sessions more and more until she lets him start doing her without protection.
However, the last 1/4 was totally unrealistic. People tend to take pornography a bit too personally, I find. Subjects such as netorare and cuckolding result in a fair few angry comments, and, to be honest, I've had some difficulties understanding it. Characters who exist solely for sexual excitement, often only for one or two short episodes, are not ones that are particularly easy to develop any sort of empathy for. But it seems that viewpoint belongs to the minority. And so, then, for the majority, a hentai like Aisai Nikki would be a very difficult sell.
But for those who are a bit more tolerant towards things outside their comfort zone, or who already possess a taste beyond typical vanilla/harem fare, there is quite a lot to enjoy here, even if it hardly exists as more than a "one and done" sort of deal.

OK for many of you who are wondering Aisai Nikki is not, i repeat NOT NTR. It may be listed as NTR (Netorare: Stolen Girlfriend/Wife) its not like any NTR you will ever see, key point being that the main character asks his friend to bone his Wife because he ummm.. whats a good way to put this, can't get it up :(. As of the first episode, Aisai Nikki has been a huge subversion of the netorare (NTR) subgenre of hentai. Netorare, for those who don't know, is a type of story wherein a girl is "stolen" from her lover by a third party. In fact, Aisai Nikki subverts a surprisingly large number of general hentai cliches, and for that I must give it props. Unfortunately, the production quality is a bit on the low side, which makes it not quite as good as it could be.
