Rate a 5 English Dubbed Warning:depending how strict of a parent you may be i suggest reading my blurb on enjoyment for the rating might change in your eyes. Story Ahem... Do your kids listen to you? Do they seem to be causing more harm then good? Is help lost and replaced by fun in their eyes? In this anime your child or children will hopefully realize that one's natural responses of early childhood are best eliminated or limited. A kind message that should help future growth. Not only that but the characters are cute and friendly for the most part. Art/sound -Given the age of the film it comes as no surprises there would be some skips here and there like a record player.
