Kemono Friends is an anime that stands out in the children's genre due to its unique storyline. It takes place in a post-apocalyptic world where humans no longer exist and humanoid animals are the dominant species. These animals are fascinated by human creations such as robots, guided cars, and artificial systems.
The anime gained significant popularity due to the story of Grape Kun, a penguin who was intrigued by human creations, particularly the Lulu penguin billboard. Despite being a children's anime, Kemono Friends has a distinctive quality that incorporates elements of Steins Gate, making it an excellent choice for adults.
In summary, Kemono Friends is a genius trap for viewers. It may appear to be a children's genre, but it is actually designed to cater to adults as well.

Well, i finished the rewatchs marathon with the first season of a work that i loved. It is the clear example that with a small budget you can create a successful and unexpected product, so much so that it was an explosive phenomenon of popularity in Japan.
Unfortunately for the franchise, things didn't go so well, but the influence on the industry is undeniable.
In simple terms, it is a funny anime with well-developed characters and a great story that is more than meets the eye.
I highly recommend Kemono Friends

I make it sure, who wants to read through half a book in order to get a review.
Kemono Friends is, in my mind, for sure a series worth watching, at least Season 1.
The animation may be a be rough around the edges but otherwise it is a more than solid anime with fun characters to meet, an interesting story and even some fun information to lean about the different animals shown during the show.
Above that, if this had been longer or they up'ed the animation a bit in Season 1 already, this would be an easy 10/10 for me.
Watch it, enjoy it as you will, Kemono Friends sure left me impressed and happy.

Now, just from looking at the premise, Kemono Friends doesn't really look like anything special: A girl with amnesia wakes up in a zoo-like park full of anthropomorphized animal girls who are all friendly and nice, and she goes on a journey with one of them, a Serval girl, simply named Serval, to find out who she is and where she comes from. Combined with the low budget CGI, the fact that the original mobile game it was based on performed so badly that it was cancelled a month before the anime premiered, the sudden popularity of isekai anime and light novels, and many other factors going against it, everyone thought Kemono Friends was doomed to fail from the very beginning. Even the company that sponsored it, Kadokawa, deemed it a failure and told the producers to do whatever they wanted w…

This is one of my favorite anime's of all time. The cg took a little to get around, but once you accept it, it is actually a beautiful animation to the show. I love this anime because of how cute it is, I personally watch Moe so that I can catch some second hand happy, and Kimono Friends is cg anti-depressants. This show makes me happy, just watching all the friends go about their lives and interact is so entertaining. Also the story creeps up, you don't realize how deep the story is until the last few episodes, but then it all starts to make sense. Kemono Friends is an easy 11 in my book. If you are thinking about watching it, please do, you will not regret it. Its too warm of a show to pass up.

If you don’t want spoilers then don’t read this review but know that if you’re not sure about this show or didn’t like the first few episodes, you have to give it another chance. Kemono Friends is amazingly unique and I love it.

Expectations:
When Kemono Friends first started airing I originally dismissed it completely, a shitty CG show based off a failed mobile game, how could it be any good. And in a season full of lacklustre anime based off mobile games? No thanks. So I didn’t think about it much and just didn’t watch it.
But then it got very, very popular! While it was airing a friend of mine kept telling me about it and I kept seeing Japanese meme videos about it. So I noticed that many people were watching it and loving it. However the only good thing I heard a…

Is 3D better than 2D?
Ah Kemono Friends what the fuck internet..... or that's what i original thought when i first heard of this anime but then i watched it and then i began to understand.
The story really has no real plot as it's really just an excuse to have our two protags go episode to episode meeting new anime friends, each episode is either a new bunch of animal friends each with their own little personality that from what the show tells you is because of what animal they are, all of them are a joy to watch.
This anime is a harmless 3D anime that exists to give you a fun little time its not a legendary anime that will go down in history as a masterpiece its just a good old time if you can get past the 3D animation

Kemono Friends reminds me of one of my most favorite films of all time: Toy Story.
The CG style, the presentation aimed at a younger audience, and the fact that the premises align to an extent (non-human entities become “human”) are the first comparisons that come to mind. The biggest factor, though, is an extremely famous song from the Pixar movie that became an instant Disney classic that’s still hummed and whistled by people today: “You’ve Got A Friend In Me.”
This two-minute track exemplifies the heartfelt feelings behind friendship with its measured, easygoing pace and lines like “There isn’t anything I wouldn’t do for you.” If nothing else, the over 44,000,000 plays on Spotify should indicate well enough th…

Spoiler-free review:
I have to say I was pleasantly surprised by Kemono Friends. The first couple of episodes didn't grip me, but it grew on me the more I watched.
The story is kept fairly simple. Kaban and Serval set off on an adventure to the library to find out what kind of Friend Kaban is. Along the way we learn about Japari Park, its history and secrets, but not much. A lot is left out which will hopefully be covered in the upcoming season. Along the way we are also introduced to a superbly designed cast of characters. Every character somewhat resembles their respective animal while also looking unbearably cute. Their personality is also influenced by how their respective animal acts. However, here lies a problem. Almost none of them go past their initial couple of traits. With so m…

Welcome to Japari Park!
Well, looking back at Kemono Friends, from this CGI anime being the small blimp on LA's radar during Winter 2017 to the underdog juggernaut that utterly exploded in Japan it became today, LA by all means "got" how Kemono Friends got this popular, but is it actually any good?
Kemono Friends is but a simple story of Kaban-chan voiced by Aya Uchida finding out what she is with the help of Serval voiced by Yuka Ozaki a humanoid Serval as they travel Japari Park and find new "Friends" (other humanoid animals like Serval's ilk) along the way. This DOES seem like an extremely simplistic story and it is, it's just what's inside that has all the good details tucked under itself.
From it's simplistic nature of this anime, you'd think this anime would talk down to us but i…

Kemono Friends started off poorly for me. The 3D animation is jarring and unnatural looking, distracting from the rest of the show. By the 2nd or 3rd episode though it is no longer really noticeable. The sounds and music are solid, but it has one of my pet peeves where the character "Boss" makes squeaking noises every time he takes a step.
The story is actually quite good and fulfilling, if predictable. There are some deep or tense moments, but nothing to really tear up over. It really is just about building an interesting world full of interesting animal friends. It's also rather educational about how animals behave and where they live.
Pretty solid anime that apparently was paired with a game no one played.

Kemono friends it´s pretty good, despite the bad animation the story is well driven whit funny character, great figth music, a catching opening and epic moments that reminds me LOTR battles...you know chapter 12 final figth whit the op.song....was just fantastic.
Is not a masterpiece, not a deep story whit a lot of philosophical or hardcore ciberpunk topics or the darkest one, but this anime is simple and great, is the best that the director and staff could do whit the low budget they got, this was going to be the end of the young franchise but it became the beginning of the phenomenon...it reminds me...FINAL FANTASY??

Yare Yare, as that overmuscled 17 year old would say, this is going to be difficult to explain.
Kemono Friends is bad. It has just about the lowest production values (think RWBY season 1, where it was literally one guy doing the whole show on one computer on his free time), it's a kids show through and through, and it lacks any form of quality in any points: music is minimal (three tracks), characters are extremely kid-friendly IE simple and barely ever subtle (with the exception of the protagonist), story is for the bigger part a Pokemon like show where each new episode meets a new Friend and you live a new adventure before the disconnected next episode.
Pitiful as the production values are, when I watched this, I suddenly recalled a certain phrase from the cunt who does Zero Punctuati…

Let me get this straight, Kemono Friends is painfully bad in quality, the storyboard is also painfully simple and predictable because of its "For children" nature.
Why does such a sloppily-made CGI anime it suddenly exploded in Japan, then?
1. Animal Girls (known as Friends).
First off, Japanese really loves turning all sorts of stuff into girls (Gijinka), as just loved watching them as much. Ranging from young, cute girls (such as the Sand Cat, Otter), to teen girls (such as the protagonist Serval, her Manga exclusive friend Caracal, the two foxes), and older, stronger figures (the Grey Wolf, Lion, Moose). Especially dog/cat girls, the Japanese absolutely loved this stuff.
This became a strong basis for Kemono friends to start with - I mean come on, some of us are perverts and are ju…

hello this is my first review:
kemono friends or also called by here "hairy friends" goes to a children's audience does not pretend to be more like "my little pony" does kemono goes to the point to teach children animals etc, the anime is innocent and for the little ones is fine, but if we talk more by the series in the technical section it sucks, but in characters, environment, etc are good not excellent, at the beginning slow starts I assure you in the first chapter we all stop in the middle we follow him until the chapter 3 and it starts to draw attention to one or another form, several friends have what if others are more useless as shorebill that the whole famdom loves for some reason, the series gives laughter not like other moes, I can speak good things of the series and the bad one…

I found the series to be a difficult-to-explain level of enjoyable/fun, Kemono friends makes a strong view for my most favored anime series ever.
The characters and setting were very endearing, but the thing I think is really important to comment on is the CGI, it's one of the most common criticisms out there that Kemono Friends has bad CGI. However, when I watched it, it was really jarring and bad-feeling for about the first episode, hell, the first couple scenes, after that it subsided and I was pretty much just able to enjoy myself.
The art, (Not the CGI) is very good, combined with the also-tops world building makes me curious about a couple of questions that the first season never answered, in a silly way I'd really like to go live there.
The music is incredible, Namely the OP, my…

Kemono Friends is an anime based on a manga based on a Nexon cell phone game. Yaoyorozu is the studio we have to thank for them. If the name doesn't sound familiar, it's not surprising. They're behind this, a two series anime called Tesagure Bukatsumono and its spin off & a ten episode series called Minarai Diva. Of all five of those, this is their best known work. I'd never even heard of them before doing my early research into this. Honestly, I don't know what to expect from it. I'm only aware of this series because I've seen a tonne of cutesy yuri fan art for it. I suppose there are many worse ways to hear about a series.
Story:
We open with our heroine waking in a strange savannah. She's chased by Serval, eventually being pinned and asking her to please not eat her. She will be chan…

Despite the subpar animation, this is definitely one of the most interesting anime I've seen. I would be spoiling if I talked about what the story actually is since it isn't apparent from the beginning, but the whole way it plays out is very well written. It's hard to tell what direction it's going in based on the first episode. The story is clearly the most important part of the series. It's one of those kinds of anime where "as long as you can put up with the animation you'll be able to enjoy a great story". It's a genre that you see a lot of in American film and television and not much in anime, which is part of what makes it so great. It also adds a great bit of spice to the genre that I haven't seen before. It also tries to be cute, which may turn some people off but also lulls you in…

Kemono Friends, Dora the Explorer of Japan is an easy-going show that the viewer can watch without putting a lot of effort into understanding the story. Just sit back, relax and unwind from all the scary stuff you might had watched from earlier shows.
This show doesn't have a story going for it, you can figure what is going on from the synopsis here on MAL and just watching the first 2-3 episodes, and even then the story isn't anything too ground-breaking. As I said before it is a show that is meant to be relaxing and easy-going.
The background art isn't too bad but the animation and sound quality is below average, the VA aren't doing too great either. Production wise this show would get 4-5 points and that is it. If it is terrible production wise then what else is there for it? I had sa…

I really wanted to like Kemono Friends. I really did. After all; a show that manages to create a cult following strong enough to rekindle interest in Zoos must be doing something right. Though I have failed to figure out what that is, unfortunately...
At first glance, Kemono Friends looks like a cheaply made Slice of Life show with cute animal girls and little else to its merit; and although the people who coaxed me into watching this show would argue, it's basically exactly that. Kemono Friends has little to set it apart from the run of the mill "cute girls doing cute things" shows we get at least 2 of every season other then its setting, but this time i would argue that the characters aren't even particularly cute...
Aesthetics:
Put simply... The show looks bad... It's done entirely…
