What I am about to tell you I do not consider a spoiler, I consider it a fair warning about what this anime has: bait. It is not actually about incest despite the premise (supposedly) being about a little sister who is deeply romantically in love and sexually interested in her biological older brother. It's all just bait.
Akiko is never actually treated like a real love interest in the harem, every single episode depicts her as the comedic relief. They establish early on that Akito DOES also have a sister complex back, but they just as quickly brush that off whenever it's time for another girl to shine, which is very often.

The Story was pretty good, I sometimes find myself skipping dialog for the real stuff, the T i t t y . The story is plain and simple brother, sister, and lovey-dovey stuff. So i have to give the story a 8/10.
The Art is a really good, I really enjoyed the MEAT of the anime, the b o o b s are really good animated and like everything is very good animated. So i'll give the Art a 9 out of 10.
The Sound is really good, the music is super good, the opening "Self Producer", french kiss, Picasso. When it gets serious, real good music comes in. So i have to give Sound a score of 9.

Sadly i would like to put something in-depth about this anime, but it lacked the depth to make that possible.
It's your typical school harem, with all the people interested really his only circle of friends, all who know he has no interest but keep trying. We have a sister who wants to marry her brother as what the story builds around, and she tells everyone. Instead of this scaring people off, it attracts more people in out of the bewildering idea of what's so special about him. It tries to balance off against a brother who unbeknownst to his housemates writes incest brother/sister love manga/light novels.

The story starts off pretty well where 16 year old brother and sister move in together after not seeing each other for 6 years. The first episode is funny with her trying to spend romantic time with him even tho she can barely handle him hugging her and him refusing every single one of her advances.

This is a cozy anime with a nice change of pace from siscon to brocon. At 1st it felt a little empty and dull but midway it started to feel like home. A little bit of mild ecchi in both visual and convo. Its a very light anime with pints of comedy and fan service. I like how simple the story was and how akito interact with his harem. I have not much to say about this anime but if youre looking for something simple, light, with some comedy and romance then this is for you. Just enjoy the show, no need to be too critical. After watching OniAi, i felt refreshed, it was full of fun and love.

Welcome to this would have been a masterpiece of a hentai but its sadly an anime. Gets the job done guving quality ecchi scenes. You know what you are getting into and recieve something of the expected quality. Ecchi harem anime with a generic plot. Characters are somewhat interesting you know for like wanting to pipe the main character. At least they had their somewhat generic quirks. We got the loli, kudere, older woman, sister, childhood friend, and pervy senpai. The gang is all here. Animation sometimes takes a vacation, there are times when characters are speaking and their mouths arent moving. Music nothing to write home about. If you can read the title, then you know that there is a bro-con character (sister that's romantically interested in her brother); so obviously, if you don't like that, avoid this like the plague. The above statement is what you get from reading the synopsis and for that reason I have come up with my own.
A girl with a 'brother complex' (note the quotation mark) finally meets her brother after 6 years. Despite his kind nature he does not seem to reciprocate her feelings. However she is not only the person who is involve with him- in fact the whole student council is. Things are even more complicated when his editor (as he is an incest {yep, incest writer} begins to wonder if he has a sister complex.
Ok, now that I have mentioned what this is about, I will now go on to review the various aspects of this series.

I first saw this show shortly after it was released, and just now rewatched it.
The show at its heart is an ecchi harem comedy with a brocon focus. And, personally, I think it is fairly good at these things. In particular, shows with a consistent, high-quality, romantically dedicated brocon imouto are rather rare, so if you are looking for a show with that, then you are at the right place.
Technically, it is good: the art and animation are high quality. Since it is ecchi, of course, there were certain moments when I would have liked some... increased... visual fidelity, but my complaints are few and far between. In terms of music, I love the OP (as well as the accompanying, uh, plot) and the ED was fine.

I don't care about incest, harems, fan service, lolis, or any other crap: what I want is a funny show that entertains me to the point I forget how shit IRL is. Anything else is a pleasant bonus surprise. Oniichan makes two critical mistakes that prevent it from being interesting:
1) It's not lewd enough
2) The entire point of the series gets boring about halfway through
As for the first point, even watching the uncensored version there weren't enough lewd moments to keep my interest, and because of the second point I actually began to nod off during the last couple episodes. I really don't know why I kept on with it, except maybe avoiding work or the fact I was generally starving for harems.

Hi! Another Robert's Too Late Review coming to assault your eyes! This time we're going to be looking over Oniichan dakedo Ai sae Areba Kankeinai yo ne. The first point of note is good lord could they not come up with a shorter name??? Guess not. In all honesty I came across the title as being something similar to Kissxsis, and not believing anything *not* hentai could be like that title, I started the first episode with a somewhat cynical eye. OniAi is a well-made ecchi harem comedy. OniAi tells the story of Himenokouji Akito, a regular and responsible young man, hoping to live a regular and responsible life, whose younger sister, Himenokouji Akiko (the two having names that are a single letter apart can create confusion but it's a minor complain) is highly incestuous, demanding that Akito does some romantic thing with her at any given time.
