My first episode impressions of this were really good, it showed huge potential and had me convinced that this was going to be Yuru Camp but in isekai but where the cooking is the main focus, I was so excited for this, this is what Campfire Cooking In Another World should have been... And the Rin drove her campervan off a cliff.
I should not have got my hopes up, because rather than going down the road to greatness, it chose the road to mediocrity. It repeated the same mistakes as Campfire Cooking, it decided to be the most generic isekai with a cooking focus.
Now I can't believe I'm going to praise S1 of Campfire Cooking, but it's overall plot / structure is is the least worst option of the two here, Campfire Cooking is still generic isekai plotline that is uninspiring, but Forsaken Sain…

Love cooking anime, and I thought this could follow the path of the previous ones but It's too boring!
The main character is too useless, she is not able to cure a heartbreak, she knows how to cook but anything besides that is not allow.
Romance is forbidden so the use of magic on the MC. I think the name should be another one, maybe "the group's name journey!" or something like that.
I had to impose myself to watch until the end to find something worth of it to remember, but there's nothing to save. If you're a child, you might find joy and a reason to eat veggies but, if you are a grown person, it will demand a lot from you to get to the end without dropping for meaningless, boring and not pleasant at all.
That's all!
Carpe Diem!
