Introduction
Iwaki Tomonori is an average 15-year-old boy who likes older women. He happens to have a crush on his teacher, but soon thereafter, learns she has become engaged. He heads home brokenhearted, only to find a 12-year-old girl named Rizel at his home, who he learns the Japanese government has married him to against his will. Furthermore, he learns Rizel is no ordinary girl; she is a biochemically engineered human, and her creators (her "papa"s, as they are often referred to) promise to waive multiple bills of Iwaki's parents in exchange to be allowed to stay at their house, and thus Iwaki's life with Rizel begins.

This anime is the combined perfection of 2000s loli, ecchi, and comedy BS. It's totally ridiculous, stupid, and disgusting, (to the average person...) and filled with super cute moe girl ero. It's mostly comedy oriented, and does a good job at exceeding expectations when at first the joke seems obvious/self explanatory. The episodes are very short and fast paced, the intro and outros are amazing and will get stuck in your head all day. Each character has their own interesting personality/quirks that are fun to watch as the series goes on. The character development between the MCs was really great, especially in the last few episodes, and was worth the patience (tsundere guy warming up to a deredere girl). Needless to say, this series covers taboo themes, mainly lolicon/age-gap romance (not…

Do you like immature boys that abuse little girls and act like selfish scum and only get turned on by old hags? This anime is about that kind of boy.
Not sure what kind of person it takes to create a main character bordering on sociopath with no redeeming features and have him constantly abuse a poor girl until she cries but someone thought that would make a great anime. I think it's sickening. The entire story is complete trash, nothing can justify this horrid shit.
The only passable elements would be "everything except the story and the main guy", I did laugh at a few jokes so there's that.

So i'll keep my review short as I can cause if your like me you might have a short attention span. Rizelmine holds a special part of me mainly cause it introduce some of my favorite voice actors. Specifically Rie Kugimiya and Yamaguchi Kappei. If you don't recognize these names Kappei is know for voicing Ussop from One Piece and Rie pretty much holds the title of tsundere queen for her roles as Louise from Zero No Tsukaima, Taiga From Toradora, Aria From Hidan No Aria you get my point. Now the story is pretty unique even for today's standards but even so its not something that everyone might enjoy. The characters are fairly enjoyable to watch, especially Rizel cause of how cute she is and how hard she works for her husband. Tomonori can be an annoying prick and kind of a scum bag but he's…

I'm mainly writing this review to balance out against the other review. I watched this all the way through and rather enjoyed it.
Story: While stereotypical, it was an amusing romp. The individual episodes go fairly quickly and keep it at a decent pace. Some of the stuff comes from left field, which makes it a bit fun. There is comedy, romance, and good hearted fun.
Art/Sound: It's drawn in a "modern" style, not 90's or large eyes. The Ecchi is fairly tame, and its not all little girl.
Character: The interaction between the characters was pretty amusing. Standouts include the main girl herself, and her Pappa/Mamma guardians slash researchers.
Why I would recommend watching it: You can finsh this off easily on a weekday, there aren't that many boring spots as it goes fairly quickly. It'…

When my friend recommended this to me I thought to myself "well, she's usually pretty good when it comes to anime, maybe I'll give Rizelmine a little shot." I'm not going to trust my friend so easily again.
Story: What story? Each episode is only 14 minutes long which came as a shock, but the entire series is 26 episodes long. Now if you convert that to 24 minute episodes it's only about 18. The story is really....annoying, and they only really try to build on it during the second half of the anime. The story seems forced and contrived, and doesn't seem to have any point at all except to show that the writers ran out of ways for Tomonori to throw Rizel at a wall/post/house.
Art: I wasn't impressed by the art, mind you I might have just have had low quality videos. The art doesn't detract…
