IDOLISH7 just keeps getting better.
Although this is only the first half of season three, Third Beat does an excellent job in not only introducing ZOOL and the new antagonist, but also increasing the stakes--the drama by tearing down the status quo that was established since season one. I won't spoil the details, but let's just say that the first half of Third Beat is the beginning of the end for certain characters.
This season's strength seems to be in the way it builds up to certain events and how it fleshes out IDOLISH's worldbuilding by elaborating on the social climate of its entertainment industry which in turn influences the events in the story. Each episodes builds on the other and the pacing is just chef's kiss! It's hilarious one minute, but chilling the next! It just makes the…

Excellent! What I love about it:
1) Excellent suspense/plot development - not even ONE episode is a waste - every episode develops on the overall plot (we're not talking about random events like some other anime) but serious events where there is a cause-effect relations.
2) Good-looking characters with character charm. Not even ONE character is mundane (or u find as a duplicate of the others).
3) Awesome music/sound-track. I even replayed the music as background.
4) Jokes/cute stuff all long. Without being too serious, there are lots of cute jokes and character interaction - seriously, it is so cute that Trigger, I7 and Revale hang out tgt.
What else could u ask for?! PS - anyone knowing equally good idol (in fact other anime), please message me!

This is definitely the best music/drama/singing/boy band anime out there, the best idol anime I have ever seen! I have yet to find one that can really surpass this with character development, production design, dialogue, friendship drama, and the music! Months later, and I still listen to the music from the show; it's that pretty!

I genuinely love every single character with my whole heart, and never felt bored for a single plot point. That is SO rare, because naturally, there's always that one "filler" episode or that one lame character we just zone out for in shows, but here, that is not the case! I never wanted to look away. Time FLIES for each episode, too: the fastest 23 minutes of my life. I used to seriously doubt it was a true 23 minutes too because it went by way too fast.

I never expected an idol anime to make me cry so hard. I didn't cry in two previous seasons, so this time it really is something else

This season, IDOLiSH7 will dig deep into that dark side of the entertainment industry, it fills with lies, drama and the powerful one having complete influences and control. As the appearance of new antagonist group, new problems approaching IDOLiSH7 TRIGGER and Re:vale.
The content will be pretty heavy in this season but there still be some quirky, funny scene in the middle to balance your mood ( but better not loosen up cause it can turned back to high intense right away ).

At this point, I'm not even surprised at how good an idol anime can be. Except, yes I am, because this season raised the bar so high. This season barely had any music in it, and it was banger. I'm still not here for the CGI choreography, but what can you do?
Let me tell you something: there are entire, hundreds of episodes long shounens that can't do suspense and tension like IDOLISH7 can. There were way more instances this season than there should have reasonably been for an idol anime where I was absolutely astounded at the intensity and dark themes that bled all over the place. Admittedly, the last third of this season wasn't quite up to the standards I expect from IDOLISH7 at this stage, which is why I've not given it a 10, but the majority of this season was more heat than anything I…

The adventures of everybody's favorite male idol group continue in the latest season of IDOLiSH7. COVID-19 wasn't kind to, well, anyone in particular and the anime was no different, so this particular season of I7 would have to move mountains in order to get out of the hurdle the pandemic had placed its second season 2. So, was season 3 of I7 any good? Well, let's hop on and find out, shall we?
Story
One of the things I've always admired about IDOLiSH7 is that it digs deep into the complications and intricacies of the idol business and this season ramps things up to 11 by introducing a genuinely antagonistic group in the form of ZOOL, which threatens to rip our favorite idol groups apart by using underhanded tactics like spreading lies, rumors and misinformation, which, as some people dee…
