AniWorthSix Gates Faraway Mon Colle Knights
Introduction
Two mad scientists, Professor Hiiragi and Count Collection, simultaneously manage to open a dream hole to an alternate world where myths are real, the Sixgate world. Professor Hiiragi recruits his daughter Rokuna and her friend Mondo to be the Mon Colle Knights and help him in obtaining six magical items before Count Collection does. These items which can alter the barriers of dimensions when combined, allowing them to be used to either peacefully have the magic of the Sixgate world cross over in the human world, take over the minds of all monsters, or worse, reformat reality.
While this entry only has details based on the Japanese version, it also includes the version aired on Jetix.

Bahonkadonkas
Honestly mid, even for a monster/battle of the week style kids show it's still mid.
The main characters are extremely annoying and always arguing, I know it's supposed to be like, slapstick comedy, but the dynamic between the mcs is so incredibly toxic that it's not even entertaining most of the time. There are some interesting concepts scattered about, but there's just too much nothing mixed in. I can't say it does anything truly unique vs other monster collection type shows. I would give it a 4, but the antagonists are fun to watch. Bacchi and Gyuuko bump it up to a "just fine" rating. If you're bored, it's something to have on in the BG and it's fine.
I DO however love how delightfully early 2000's the designs are. If only the plot was as fun as the colorful and cute character desig…

This is one of the worst anime I've ever seen.

What makes this anime so intolerable is that the characters NEVER stop talking and it's like a machine gun of bad jokes! Seriously, it's like the animators who created the English dub were under the impression that in every single scene the characters had to be saying something.
For example, in almost every episode they recycle this animation of the Mon Colle Kinght's jet, The Millennium Eagle, taking off and the animation never changes, but for, some reason, the dialogue changes in each episode and it's always just a new bad joke.
"Hay guys. Have you ever noticed if you say the word blast-off enough times it sounds like a Russian persons name? Blast-off. Blast-off. Blast-off. Blast-off. Blast-off" SHUT UP!!!!
