this show just isn't good, it has decent enough animation and sound but thats all busted because the lead dude is just really insufferable to witness.
the first 4 maybe 5 episodes are decent yet they trick you because after that the main guy loses all personality, he sorta just becomes a human shaped skill gobbling blob, dude just see's something then pretty much instantly learns it, even masters it better than the masters.
The guy is apparently extremely smart but also dense as a stone, comes off as extremely stuck up and high on himself.
add in it doesnt end well at all and I just consider it bad, its probably decent enough to leave on while doing something else but its a dumb dumb show overall.

Honestly, one of the most pointless anime I've ever watched.
The premise itself isn't bad, it's the way they went about executing it. The old saying, "Hard work beats talent when talent doesn't work hard" is a theme that we've seen in many anime, and initially, I thought that was the direction this show was trying to take. It makes sense that in a world with game-like skills, some skills would be able to be replicated by just performing the action the skill normally does for you. For example, the "basic swordsmanship" skill that essentially amounts to swinging a sword around, or the "shield bash" skill, which is just bashing a shield into someone. Even some of the advanced movement skills, like "dash step" wouldn't be too far-fetched assuming you possessed the required agility and techniq…

It's truly a tragedy! The anime actually started off really well. It had everything I expect from a story. a strong main character who is aware of his strength and has achieved it through hard work. a story that features many antagonists who deserve a lesson due to their arrogance and even a touch of romance.
After all, the protagonist isn't averse to women and doesn't get pre-pubescent flinches just because he sees a pair of breasts. The comedic moments also made me chuckle from time to time. Basically, the protagonist makes a satisfying impression and the anime delivers what I expect from lighthearted entertainment —until episode 5!
Then it just becomes ridiculous and childish. I find it incomprehensible how anyone can tell a story aimed at teenagers, who are perfectly capable of unde…

Now, Mushohu no Eiyuu is the type of anime that you know beforehand is going to be bad. It is your run-of-the-mill generic fantasy-adventure, OP MC slop. If you know you're one of those sick people like me who likes to torture themselves with these types of anime and actually enjoy it, then sure, give it a watch. If you're not, then don’t bother. We've all seen this type of anime many times before, so yes, this is exactly what you think it is.
Firstly, story. It follows the premise of “born without skills in a magical world but manages to become the strongest being ever through hard work.” The pacing is nonexistent, as the show progresses at breakneck speed. In fact, this one season is basically two seasons, as the story “splits” in the middle, and every character, skill, relationship, an…

TL;DR: It’s bad, very bad.
An anime with an interesting premise that gets thrown in the trash in favor of telling the story as fast and as sloppily as possible.
Characters:
None of them stand out. The protagonist is one of the worst I’ve seen in years. No personality, no charisma, no emotions. He’s just an overpowered guy who goes around learning skills. He shows no emotion when he learns abilities or when he interacts with other characters, not even as comic relief.
Out of all the side characters that appear (and there are quite a few), only Raina, Lilia, and the pet demon show any kind of charisma. But this is wasted because after the first arc Lilia never appears again, Raina only shows up in the occasional random cameo, and the pet demon appears only in the last episodes.
I won’t e…

Just another in the long line of anime about an overpowered MC who is seen as weak for some clerical reason but is actually strong, and in fact, the strongest. Generally, I'm pretty mid about these kinds of shows, but this one missed the mark on two fronts, prompting the "not recommended":
1. The premise of the show is that the MC, Arel, is born without natural talents but instead works hard. Yet, except for the first episode, he never seems to work hard and relies on his undisclosed natural talent to learn any skill. It's weird, throughout the series, he says he is "skilless," but he uses tons of skills. The show constantly contradicts itself to the point where it could be a drinking game.
2. The reason you watch the overpowered MC show is to get the thrill of the spectacle of watching…

This anime works well as a metaphor for how innate abilities can narrow one’s perspective and ultimately limit what a person can achieve. Beyond that philosophical angle, it is a fairly generic power-fantasy anime with average art, animation, and story. What makes it entertaining, however, is the fast plot progression—new developments happen constantly, which keeps the series engaging.
The main character is also fairly well balanced (even if a bit too mature for his age) and avoids fully falling into overused tropes and clichés. Many similar anime would have stretched the same material over two seasons, padding it with boring fan service and recycled clichés, often featuring a protagonist who feels like a cheap Kirito clone. While this MC is clearly somewhat inspired by Kirito, he still f…

The Hero without class?
Let me introduce you to the classless show. Straight-forward, no nonsense plot, getting the job done without the slightest bit of finesse or intricacy. Yeah! I’m here for It.
This show is an adventure built for short binge sessions. I completed it in 4 sessions and I definitely recommend it to fantasy enthusiasts. It’s slightly nostalgic with it’s lack of regard for the modern sensibilities, which I couldn’t help but crack a smile. Oh and when I heard you heard some of the backing music they chose for the fights, I was overflowing with goosebumps. I thought I had something open in the background, it sounded straight out GBA/DS Era Pokemon games. As for the OP/ED they sound familiar but they’re a blast all the same. The soundtrack by Kent Asahina who also did "No…

This show has all the hallmarks of a terrible power fantasy. MC that's made out to be incredibly weak but ends up being OP. Every character he meets thinks he's a loser and then is massively surprised by how strong he is over and over again. Just based on that I should no recommend this show.
HOWEVER
It has a weirdly cozy vibe and got more than one belly laugh out of me. It genuinely subverted my expectations a handful of times. And the pacing was so incredibly fast that I never found myself getting bored. I found the side characters mostly charming/funny even though they all fawn over the MC.
I'm putting this show into the category of 'so bad that it becomes good.'
10/10 cozy slop show. Don't watch if you want an actual story or character development though.

My normal rating for this would be around a 3, but on a trash-anime scale I’d give it a 6.
This one is basically comfort food for trash-anime enjoyers. It’s actually pretty entertaining if you have nothing better to do, but it’s also as generic as it gets.
The show follows the classic formula where the same situations repeat themselves within a single season, often in the same places with the same characters. At least the animation isn’t completely terrible like in some other trash fantasy anime, it’s serviceable, nothing impressive, but also not painful to watch.
The whole “MC is missing something everyone else has, gets mocked for it, and then absolutely destroys everyone” setup is always kind of funny at first. But let’s be honest, you get at least three shows like this every single…

Generic Hero Slop is a good name for it, but it has combined the good features of the genre/style and made it into something unique to the others. A really fast pace tied to it with a few more timeskips than usual.
Its really dense predictable which doesn't need to be a bad thing and has this slapstick humor. basically all of this is tied to the style so its not really new information but the anime is just one of the best in that regard. the imporovements all lie within the problem that you cant put the idea of the story into 12 episodes without sacrifices. Which is also a problem of the genre but here its just a bit more problematic.

From beginning to end, this show can be summed up in a single word: mediocre. It seems to be an obvious cash grab from the studio with your generic premise of an overpowered main character, but does nothing unique about it. Of course, only the mindless viewers would deeply enjoy something like this, but it does show off glimpses of a good story once in a blue moon. It’s shocking when this occurs, drawing you back into the show, only to deliver another uninteresting plot that will bore you to death.
Character development is pretty much very basic or nonexistent, animation is fine, and visuals are okay at best. There aren’t any creative parts of the show that make you think it’s unique; it’s just another forgettable overpowered main character slop. The structuring of the story is also very…

The show starts off with a cool concept and will have you thinking ''Oh, I wonder where this will go''.
Well it doesn't go anywhere, and there's nothing to spoil since nothing happens. It's the seasonal isekai with a decently interesting concept, but there is just no story. In addition to that, the characters are just weird, like the mc is smart enough to figure out all those abilities and spells or whatever, but he doesn't even realize he's strong? If nothingburger was a show, this would be it, there is no substance, no story, nor will anything interesting happen in it. The plot literally just doesn't go anywhere. It's predictable and boring after the first few episodes, in addition, the animation just gets slowly worse and worse (even worse than opm s3), or maybe it was always bad and…

This anime didn't even try to be average - it started bad and ended horrible.
PLOT:
The plot is the very cliché: our main character is born as "classless" in a world where everyone receives a class and skills to match it. There's no further explanation, no context about the world and how the system works. Don't expect this anime to explain >anything< to you.
Even tough he's classless, our main character is able to learn every skill if he "tries hard" (or simply looks at them once or twice, really). And his goal is to become the strongest swordsman. And he achieves it! Now, his goal is to be strongest mage. And he achieves it! And the anime ends. That's it?? Yep, that's it.
CHARACTERS:
Our main issue is definitely the main character - it's like he was made by a 8yo kid for a school assign…

This is your generic OP MC fantasy. Do not expect anything really, it's moreso a fun filler anime to watch on the side for the sake of it. It plays the story out pretty decently and logically, and thankfully it doesn't heavy rely on a lot of trope-y plot armor. Do not watch this anime if you are looking for a well-developed, lore rich, serious anime. You have been warned.
The anime was definitely a fun watch, especially if you have a guilty pleasure of watching all the random fantasy and isekai anime nowadays. Something about this one really struct a chord for me for some reason, maybe because I am a sucker of these fantasy stories. The premise is great and honestly the story started at its highest point, but as the story went on you can tell the plot isn't really taking itself very serio…

Put someone in a brain MRI while they watch this anime. Then put them in the same MRI while they watch an ad for their local paint store for 23 minutes.
Identical scans.
This anime is devoid of imagination or interest. It's another tale of a god-potato with the standard eye-rolling lack of any weakness or flaw, but in this case that's coupled with a baffling lack of any likeability, or even any particular unlikeability. Anything at all, really. Rather than just the usual mostly-stoic protagonist, Arel is portrayed more as a completely emotionless psychopath — yet somehow still an immensely boring one.
The show ended with "write character" still on the staff's to-do list. This is despite having a variety of settings and timeframes to play in and explore his character more.
The other cha…

"Generic slop"
These kind of anime airs every season time to time , regardless of knowing people gonna consume it without any complain. Its more like a trend nowadays because of decrease in quality content.
There isn't much to talk about show still stating some points .
Decent story , characters, animation , ost etc . Horrible facial expressions of characters and mc is too much autistic. Even the studio knows it's a slop only made for 1 season so, they patched up ending in a rough way and tried to compress story as much as possible.
The plus points that I really liked are name of skills and a proper explanation of power system in the world .I liked how there are separate institutions of magic and sword . Mc is a chad too he knows that how much he is capable of doing or not . Straight forw…

Oh, yeah. Lets gooooo!
This anime is sht. Sht story, sht visuals, sht character development.
Surprisingly, at first I thought it was gonna be decent. Yes same tropes, yes meh visuals, but the MC seemed a bit different, a bit better. Then the weird family is on and I thought "oh, I was wrong". And then the MC starts showing that he's OP, and the duel was interesting, and I thought "oh, maybe it will be decent". But then, for the last time, I went "nope, it is bad". And then it got worse :))))
So, the review. Visuals. Bad. The artstyle, the colour palette, the cinematography, the animation, the fight choreography. All bad. Ok, fine. Some (recycled) establishing shots have decent graphics and colours. You happy now?
Audio. Meh audio design, it sounded ok-ish, nothing special. Decent enough O…

The story is nothing special, the characters design borders on generic, and the animation fairly average. Pretty much a filler show in a season with plenty of good new and returning shows. It does have its brisk pacing going for it.
I still watched it. It gives me plenty of story in twelve episodes, and the release is consistently weekly. I guess, the production staff saw the writing on the wall and decided this was one season show and crammed as much of story in it knowing they will never get that second season.
The main character is your standard overpowered protagonist. He may be "classless" and trained to achieve all those skills, but the fights and his victories don't seem earned. He basically speed run his character arc and hero's journey in 12 episodes.
However, if you look at th…

Hero Without a Class: Who Even Needs Skills?! - Yeah...I mean, the title says it all.
I feel like with every single iteration of generic mid Isekai reincarnation/fantasy story, it's like going into an arcade centre and heading straight for the "Whack-A-Mole" game to deduce what the show featured is all about...especially if it's the same doodad/plethora of titles that you can obviously tell from its rather simplistic nature of visuals and premise. This award, however, and particularly, goes to one publisher by the name of Earth Star Entertainment, where despite their long history, the realm of titles they license are interesting at best (though I'll leave you to look at their MAL biography to see what the company is like).
For the Fall 2025 season, of the 2 titles that come from the comp…
