This was very good, surprisingly good.
Almost nothing in common with other anime in the same genre or with similar score.
The MC is smart, cunning, morally grey, and the show itself actually takes itself seriously.
I thought it was going to be another generic fantasy but I was very wrong.
The title of this show is very misleading, it really sounds like generic trash fantasy that you get by the 100s each year but it's not.
Is the MC OP? I wouldn't say so. He is strong but he is by no means OP, almost every fight in the show has stakes.
I really must stress how much I like the fact that this show takes itself seriously. There is no comedy / funny bits here, and this serves it well. There is also no romance aspect at all. Looking at the poster's bigboobed chick with white hair may mislead y…

An Edgelord's Fantasy Power Trip
The anime has somewhat of an interesting premise, but the execution feels overly edgy and repetitive.
The story constantly bends itself to make Noel look "intimidating" and "cool", especially with the forced glowing-eye scenes that often feel completely out of place. MC's "manipulative" personality quickly becomes exhausting - nearly every scenario conveniently supports MC's perspective, making the supposed "master strategist" aspect feel artificial rather than earned. Instead of smart storytelling, the series often relies on everyone else acting incompetent so the protagonist can look superior. The supporting cast is also underdeveloped, often existing only to praise or follow Noel.
The guildmaster knows how manipulative and dirty Noel plays, yet keeps…

I don’t know why it’s not popular and there’s no 2 season. The narrative is much better than in many stupid anime. It somewhat reminds of code geass. Characters and approach are quite unique. I recommend it. But it feels unfinished. The guy seems brainwashey though.
The strong point is that guy gets all kinds of insults about his looks, being weak, fragile, lower etc. But he doesn’t budge and he chews his opponents asking himself for a duel. He defies traditional wisdom. He grinds and it feels deserved and difficult. Guys who’re much stronger than him give up, quit. This aspect reminds of The rising of a shield hero. You can check this out if you liked the genre

Very good! Focuses on the writing and characters, making you care about their journey. Avoids common tropes like being a total harem, which means it stays rooted in being an actual Fantasy story first. Each episode progresses through the steps of constructing a team. The morally questionable choices make it even better, because they parallel real-life business choices.
Doing things "for the right reasons" can only go so far, especially if your goal is to be the very best. If this interests you, absolutely watch the first episodes to get hooked in. Note the first episode is by far the weakest, but is only because the additional setup is not necessary.
If you get tired of characters skipping important moments off-screen between episodes, then this is the show for you. It walks you through…

The main problem with brainless, Grim-Dark-ish, power fantasies is that rather than giving us an account of the dark side of human nature and what it means to give oneself to it; is you end up with a pointless…

>>> The Review has some Ideas that are not really Spoilers but could be if you're Smart enough (XD) <<<
The show may sound like any typical recycled themes of Isekai/Fantasy where the MC has the "weak" title or the "support class" but then becomes the most OP for absolutely no reason except for plot armor, but this show is waaay different from a long shot. It actually tries to be logical with its theming and plot points, and gives life to a nontypical MC who is charismatic and well loved.
- The Voice acting in the series is BLOODY 11/10... The voices of the characters really gives life to their personalities, emotions, and even the situation at hand.
- Animation isn't really Jujutsu level or Kimetsu but its not trash at all... Its actually captivating although I could say that it could…

even with 12 episodes the show failed to make me like a single character. before watching, I was intrigued how this show could make a "non-combat class" a strong leader, but then I remembered that I exist in a time where every single "weak class" anime doesn't even entertain the possibility of having an actually physically weak MC.
Noel Stollen, the lead character, lives and breathes the notorious tag he is given. it's actually incredible for a show having the word "talker" in the title to have one of the most annoying, uncharismatic, and abrasive pricks I have seen in the recent years in fiction. and you are supposed to side with him.
no one in the cast, and I really do mean, NO ONE in the whole show challenges him in his views. he is always in the right, and the people he pesters ALWA…

The MC is described as having a silver tongue and being a good leader. None of that is true.
He is narcissistic and cruel, a pure villain, he will ruin the lives of innocent people for his own gain, while hypocritically being angry and acting self righteous when others do the exact same thing. He has no qualities of a leader, he never inspires people or gets them to follow with his charisma, but by pure manipulation, threats and logic of a 12 year old edgelord, that the characters around him are somehow stupid or crazy enough to accept. Logic that I might ad is totally hypocritical and straight out stupidly wrong.
The biggest problem I have with the MC is that he obviously isn't supposed to be a villain, there are attempts to humanize him, and to make it look like the things he does are…

All I am going to say is they either make some Main Characters too edgy or too bland or too boring or too soft or too perverted etc but this one takes the cake they are trying way too hard to make the MC look too edgy and I like a bit of edginess in my characters myself I wont deny that but Noel here was trying way too hard especially since his childhood is far from a tragedy to justify his edginess, having drive and motivation is good but they are doing it wrongly here its making the MC unappealing in fact I only stayed watching to see if someone would humble the MC but sadly no one ever showed up to humiliate him, the side characters as well are just meh not very rememberable heck I cant even remember their names without looking at the character list on wiki, animation was okay not brill…

First of all, I'll assume you have already seen the anime. There are no spoilers in this "review", but this is less of a review, more of an impression. Now, despite putting it in "Mixed Feelings" category, I was pleasantly surprised by this series. It is not perfect by any means, you can spot some of those typical mid tier anime flaws, but it does get a few things right.
In the "evil protagonist" subgenre - where this anime belong - it is rare to see a protagnist who remains evil in the long run. Usually these stories tend to forget about the premise pretty quickly and start redeem the protagonist as soon as possible. Not here though, or the very least not that much. Noel [the protag] remains cunning, determined, and ruthless throughout the story. Granted, he does go overboard occasionall…

This anime has everything I was looking for these past few seasons: RPG-style 'skill'-based combat, a leader for a team/clan as the protagonist, and a protagonist who does great things using 'bad' methods. Bonus points for not having sexual-tension or harem, as that vibe is far too overplayed in the genre.
The main character is always willing to get his hands dirty to achieve his goals by any means necessary, without being an 'overpowered badass' but rather through wit and manipulation. Even with this behavior, he still maintains a very rigid and strict belief of his own: That he WILL be the strongest adventurer/Seeker and that he'll make it happen on his terms, and that he will NEVER let anyone look down on him.
If I were to dock any points or make any critique: There are too few episod…

Saikyou no Shienshoku "Wajutsushi" de Aru Ore wa Sekai Saikyou Clan wo Shitagaeru
When I was first (unwillingly) introduced to this series, I was half expecting it to be yet another clan building anime with the different types of party development shenanigans. It has therefore come to me as a pleasant surprise in how the direction of the anime has gone in the development of the protagonist.
The highlight of the anime must go to the protagonist Noel, who is portrayed as cunning, ruthless and unforgiving. This is coupled with the execution of the anime whereby the protagonist is trying to form the "strongest" clan. The stories were mostly elaborated while also added flavour to the ruthlessness of the protagonist, while also executed with satisfactory animation and music.
On the other hand…

The anime is by far one of the best animes I've watched lately, i got shocked it was rated 7, it's really unfair since most of the other similar animes are just trash, this anime has a really nice well developed main char and doesn't rely on bullshit like harem/ isekai etc. the story is good, i loved the main, he's clever and audacious, I'm in my late 20s, i suppose most of the ratings here are made by teenagers, thats the only way it was rated 7, MAL is by far a bad source if we intend to rely on those ratings to decide whether we should watch an anime.

This is better than the standard RPG-ish anime (bonus: it's not an isekai). Interesting characters and good plotting/pacing make this show worth your time.
Good:
- The combination of action, "magic-system," and scheming are done well and keep the episodes moving quickly. Most end on a cliffhanger that leaves you wanting more.
- Our MC, Noel, is a ruthless little manipulator who actually puts in the hard work and homework into his plots to make them a success. He's "edgy" without being "edgelord," because he doesn't sulk and mope his way through the world. No, he's having a ball screwing over people who get in his way. He doesn't have a heart of gold, but he doesn't exactly punch down, either. It's implied that his "victims'" downfalls make the world a little better off.
- Few characters…

I didn't expect anything from the story and that's exactly what it gave me... Nothing.
The strongest element of the story is the protagonist and his cruel and ruthless attitude. The story depended on this aspect of the protagonist being carried out in a good way to catch the viewer. The bad thing is that this attitude was seen in the first two chapters, then it disappeared and returned for the last 3 episodes. With such irregular behavior, only confusion is generated that can scare the consumer. The animation doesn't help much either, since it has nothing special. The fights are short and are defined in an attack or are interrupted halfway, so the action is not a section that shines in this anime.
At the time of writing this review I can't remember anything extremely memorable to highlig…

The Most Notorious “Talker” Runs the World’s Greatest Clan is a rare gem for fans of dark fantasy, offering a morally gray protagonist who is refreshingly different from the typical hero found in most anime. In a genre dominated by characters who are moral paragons of goodness (Shiro Emiya, Luffy, Asta.. ect.), it’s incredibly satisfying to watch someone like Noel Stollen. Particularly he is unafraid to use underhanded methods and break the rules to achieve his goals. Noel’s willingness to do whatever it takes to reach the top, regardless of who gets hurt in the process, sets this anime apart from the sea of more conventional protagonists.
What truly elevates the show is Noel himself. Much like many fantasy protagonists, Noel’s ultimate goal is to climb to the top and become a famous seek…

The Most Notorious "Talker" Runs the World's Greatest Clan... is super cool! It’s not like other stories where the main guy just punches everyone and wins. Noel, the main guy, doesn’t get a strong job, he gets “Talker,” and everyone says it’s weak. But he doesn’t care! He’s really smart and says, “Fine, I’ll just make the best team ever and be the boss.”
Noel is kind of mean sometimes, but not in a bad way—he just wants to win so bad. He’s really good at making plans, and all these really strong people start to follow him because he’s awesome. It’s so fun to see how he tricks people and wins even when no one thinks he can.
The best part is that it’s not about fighting, it’s about using your brain and being a leader. Noel makes every win feel like a big deal, and his team is so cool! If…

The Most Notorious "Talker" Runs the World's Greatest Clan — When edge and speech combined together become the ONLY significance to determine enjoyability...has the edge factor been finally done right?
Fantasy comes in all sorts of flavours if you so wish: the good and the bad, the sweet and the sour...or in the case of novelist Jaki's lone work of Saikyou no Shienshoku "Wajutsushi" de Aru Ore wa Sekai Saikyou Clan wo Shitagaeru a.k.a The Most Notorious "Talker" Runs the World's Greatest Clan, the Snake and the Serpent. So then begs the one demanding question: how does one become an edgelord "so bad it's good" that, as much as you hate him/her, he/she has a reason and motivation to live being surrounded by strong people that it's the only thing that matters? Let's "Talk" our way into this…

This anime is by far the best I've seen all this entire year. It is far greater than Bleach TYBW and any other that comes before it.
For starters, let's look at my boy Noel Stollen.
He is by far the best cunning, manipulative, sly MC we have seen since Aizen, but he is even more cruel in his plays with these filthy mongrels. HE IS THE GOAT OF THIS YEAR.
Not just that but each and every character in this anime is so unique that is even a surprise. 10/10 anime. I see this having a S2 in the very near future
Also best girl in this show is ofc Alma like c'mon who doesn't want a Yandere character that's SUPER cute but also will kill any other competition if she doesn't get enough love from you!!!
