I watched this because of a 1min YT short. I was almost discouraged by its lower than average rating but after watching it I felt the low rating was undeserved. "Typical isekai slop" never stopped me from watching a show or give it a low score, if you are watching an isekai you expect it to begin with and rate in comparison to the median in its field, not in comparison to pulitzer-winning novels.
This actually went surprisingly well for an isekai power fantasy. I loved episode 1 fast-forwarding the most boring and cookie-cutter part of every isekai start in place of its opening credits - either truck-kun or in this case overworked man collapsing. It even threw in a funny curve ball into it with him surviving and not getting isekaied and going to live a slow life in the coutry side of our…

ass dont bother.
Every episode is just a random woman coming up and throwing themselves at the MC for whatever reason and they always end up sleeping in the same bed for some reason. For god's sake just watch the first minute and you'll realize how ass this show is. ITS A FUCKING SLIDESHOW.
There is nothing to discuss about this show. Its so average in every possible category that it actually becomes ass. Even for it's intended audience, gooners, its trash. I mean at that point you might as well just watch hentai and you WILL have a better experience, not even for gooning.
God bless any poor soul who actually watched through this, deadass coma inducing.

Well, after watching all 13 episodes, my analysis thus: I LOVED IT!
Such an interesting concept. I would love to see more isekai of that sub genre! Getting to flex our worlds creations to a fantasy world and seeing their reactions. Reminds me of "Restaurant to Another World". and yes, "Campfire Cooking", which I also enjoyed. But this anime takes it to the max level! Watching an elf eat ice cream for the 1st time is interesting... but watching the common folk freak out over clothespins is pure cinema.
Maybe i'm just a simple creature, but I loved this isekai helping. I'm definitely the target audience. The creators weren't trying to win awards. I believe they were just trying to bring some enjoyment into our lives. well, SUCCESS!
They also leave room for a 2nd season. Well, in the word…

I’ll start with the main trigger warning so you can skip the full review: loli harem stuff. If that’s an absolute no for you, move on.
I expected a slice of life Isekai; something cute, simple, funny and without much plot. Yes you get that but you also get a lot more than you bargained for. It’s an easy binge watch - something enjoyable and not too serious but it does have some moments that would make people feel very uncomfortable.
It begins with the prologue, the character immediately knows how the world works? Weird but it seems to just be a means to skip the learning phase and push the plot forward quickly. Indeed this pace maintains throughout the anime. It’s rushed but that’s also ok because it’s not made for its plot.
I can also safely say that with S1 despite the intro his car…

I can't believe I didn't review this at the time, but, I suppose now is better than never.
Now, I've said in a couple of my recent reviews that with the sheer amount of slop getting pumped-out year-on-year, and the amount of said slop I have personally consumed, it is nigh-on impossible to not compare the new with the old.
"Middle-Aged Online Shopper" is essentially "Campfire Cooking", mixed with "Farming Life in a New World", and then sprinkled with a touch of "Sasaki and Peeps".
Why do I mention those 3 shows in particular? Well, Campfire Cooking is obvious, as the MC's skill in this show is basically the exact same as Mukoda's, except it's not limited to just groceries, but is more like an Amazon/Taobao kind of deal. IIRC, it's even called something similar, just in case you weren't…

For me this anime was a nice refreshing change. It was awesome to finally have a male MC who isn't a prude weakling when it comes to women and sex and actually does sleep with the women who show interest and ask him. He also takes responsibility and does his best with Amazon backing him up.
It's a good series to just kill some time, relax and watch a decent male MC which is rare in a sea of prudish weak MC's who die of heart attack the moment a woman shows them interest. I like it but I know there will be those who don't hence why i chose Mixed Feelings, so just keep your expectations tempered.

This one would have been great if the bimbos were not included. The story is funny and borderline ridiculous, which makes it funnier, but I can't deal with the bimbos left and right munching off from the MC and not bringing any value to the situation other than playing a part in the imagination of a sexually frustrated author. Anyway, if it wasn't for the bimbos, the story would have been pretty interesting. I did like the kid and the pet, but not the ridiculous trollops. I did enjoy the online buying and the "summoning" of tools. The rest of the side characters were also ok. Really, if the harlots were removed, I would have enjoyed this one as much as I enjoy Campfire Cooking in Another World, which is more of an adult-targeted anime without all the author's sexual frustrations. To clarif…

In “ChiefGamer” we trust. I saw his oh so valiant warning of a review, but foolishly, I ignored it.
What a trainwreck!
To preface my review, I will inform you that I have not read the source and have very limited knowledge of how well this fares as an adaptation. I’m grading merely what I’ve seen in the animation.
Sometimes it’s important to watch shows like this despite the warnings because it allows you to understand why their predecessors were so great. It allows you to separate the wheat from the chaff. It hammers home the fact that not everyone can do the job, and also informs of the troubles in the day-to-day workings of anime production. This is yet another “Tonsuki” disciple hoping to make their mark. To their chagrin, they fail so abominably in this adaptation that I shudder to…

Dang this anime really got treated in the worst way ever, this is the third time I watched quality story but the adaptation got my neck hanged.
100% this series needs more better adaptation because definitely has good potential especially the ecchi part ( Iam so disappointed and really excited at the same time whenever thinking about this) because it's contain something we don't get in the averages Isekai story nowadays.
Can't imagine how spectacular it gonna be if this series get same treatment like Highschool DxD or others ecchi anime.
How they using great angles to show the boobs, the ass, the miss V, the feet, the neck, etc etc.
How they drawing a detail's of every inch of the body.
Absolutely it's gonna so excited like what I expected.
The fanservice of this series definitely a…

It wasn't great from the beginning but it was passable until the last episode which was appalling.
It is like junk food for 12eps. The heavy oily kind. Like turning your mind off and watching it to pass time.
The animation is bad. I don't think any effort was out into it. Sometimes it feels like manga panels slideshow. The background score is either generic or absent.
The story moves very fast which can be a pro or con depending on what you value. If you value deep characters then there is no time for that. But if you are watching this then you just want to pass the time so this is a pro since you don't feel objectively bored 🥱.
Anyways the last episode completely downgraded this from a 6 to a 1. You might think it's extreme but imagine eating junk food and finding a dead cockroach…

To be honest, in the beginning I seriously thought this would be your average cringe isekai, as always. MC gets isekai’d straight from his bed into another world. Nothing new.
I had zero expectations from this show, but somehow I reached episode five without getting bored, which honestly surprised me.
The main reason I clicked on Daily Life of a Middle-Aged was harem and romance. Did I get what I came for?
Absolutely yes.
The show has harem moments, it has romance moments, and it clearly pushes adult jokes and situations in a comedy way. The only thing missing is that the studio didn’t go all the way. These MFs should have given us uncensored scenes too.
There is also a loli character who is overly bold and obsessed with the MC. Since it’s Japan, I wasn’t surprised at all. I knew somet…

Story
If one were to summarize this show in a single sentence, it would be "a very shallow isekai harem that is generally family-friendly but occasionally teases adult content". The narrative moves too quickly, which prevents us from getting any deeper background or satisfying development for the threads that are introduced. It follows the classic formula of the genre: the protagonist starts as a nobody in Episode 1 and becomes the biggest fish in the world by the end of the season.
Art Style
Most of the visuals are average, but there are a few scenes that are noticeably lacking finishing touches. Overall, I would rate the animation and art style as very slightly below average.
Conclusion
There are much better anime available in this genre that use a similar scenario. If you have already…

The secret to Mallow Trading Company's big profits is: ¨Business is conducted for someone's happiness¨. Whether if that happiness includes the viewers', I am not entirely sure.
Around 40 Otoko no Isekai is the story of Kenichi, a middle aged reincarnated corporate worker that wishes for nothing but a slow, easy life in this new world. However, in spite of his wishes and due to his singular ability to spawn things off Amazon, the world always has something brewing to prevent it from happening.
If you are able to look past the Powerpoint slideshow animation style, you will likely find an enjoyable isekai for the first half of the show, in which Kenichi prioritizes survival strategy and adaptation. Unfortunately, this aspect later on falls off as the main character gets dragged into more tr…

Dam, Middle Age Men Get All The Pussycat
the daily life of a middle-aged online shopper in another world, Is a story about a man teleported to another world, and nu getting all the ladies attention with his charm and money.
it's a good old junk food anime, the characters are not deep, the plot is not Deep but relaxing, women are after the main character so hard that it becomes funny.
The gimmick for the show is, the main character can take an fantasy item, sell it on the Shangri-La and buy an item from our world, An constantly showing stats of what everything is worth in yen.
The women of the show are actually pretty strong will, and doesn't feel like dancers in distress, It's kind of nice, They want the main character a bit too much so it feels depressing, but they feel strong noneth…

"around 40 otoko no isekai tsuuhan", when i watch this anime, i can't help but think ; isn't this just a rip off from campfire cooking? i mean, can you even judge me? both protagonist has basically the same plot ; both are middle aged, both are teleported to isekai with online shopping skill, both can exchange isekai money to yen currency, and both can simply buy items from modern world and sell it to the isekai with absurd price. this anime is basically the same as the campfire cooking except some slight difference :
1. in this anime, the mc just randomly teleported into isekai. not like campfire cooking whose the mc was summoned alongside other heroes.
2. in campfire cooking, the mc is a loser but in this anime, the mc is like text-in-the-book of womanizer. he literally having relationsh…

Great anime. Unfortunately, poorly reviewed due to people’s misconception of what a 40-year-old dude should be doing in a anime, which apparently means be a good boy and never get laid. If campfire cooking was up your alley then this will probably be too a little less action/more ecchi. For some reason, I really enjoyed the trade aspect of the anime. I kinda like animes were building businesses or cities like Moonlight fantasy or noble on the brink of ruin it’s almost an easy way to provide depth to the world that the main character is in. The main character is like super levelheaded. I love this anime.

Insane premise, insane writer, insanely low budget, TOP SHELF KINO
In Arafo Otoko, Kenichi Hamada fulfills the dream shared by all Japanese middle school boys and black-company corporate wage slaves alike; which is of course to get isekai'd into a classic medieval fantasy world, but you still get to keep your access to Amazon so you don't really have to work that hard or give up any of your video games and stuff.
Following in the footsteps of Charles Manson, Kenichi masterfully woos multiple unsuspecting medieval females between the ages of 13 and 20 by posing as a merchant from a far off land and impressing them with his many Temu items from the future. This convinces them that, despite being a 40 year old loser, he is a superior male worth mating with because he has dollar-store plasti…

** spoiler free, bief summary **
Surprisingly, the story is quite entertaining — mostly because it has a clear sense of progress. The main character actually learns new things, makes useful connections, and steadily builds his life in the new world. It’s not directionless, which makes it feel more engaging than a lot of similar “laid-back” isekai series.
The characters, however, are pretty simple and not very deep. What’s a bit hard to swallow is how quickly and senselessly they start liking the main character — often without much justification. It feels a little forced and makes their relationships less meaningful than they could’ve been.
Still, if you’re looking for an easygoing fantasy series with light humor, food scenes, and a chill vibe — this one does the job well. Just don’t exp…

Ok then, let’s talk about this anime honestly. For me, it’s just another generic isekai. The animator even made a short recap at the beginning of the first episode about the typical "recipe" of a peaceful isekai — so they kinda knew what they were doing.
What I like about this anime? Hmm… it’s simple and easy to watch, that’s why I still follow it.
Something I don’t like? The MC’s personality. That “Sorry, I already have a wife… but if you insist” type of attitude — bruh, seriously? but its a bit funny sometime HAHAHA.
As for the animation, it’s alright. Not amazing, but not bad either — just nice for a generic isekai.
Storytelling? Meh, I don’t really mind it. I’m not watching this for the plot anyway haha.

Surprisingly really good. It could do better, but it's just rare to see some good story development and world building with all the anime that's been coming out. This is a gem in a rough. With all that being said, a solid score of 9 may be given by me considering its potential into being something even more if another season is introduced
The set up of the story may give people mixed feelings, but for people who sees things from multiple perspectives and can separate objective from the fine line in the norms of society- this is something you might want to try out for your self. It's an anime that isn't focused on simply the harem and fan service and really is giving you a reason to keep on watching waiting on what could the next thing be on the list for the story to go to.
Although, t…
