Something happened, but I honestly have no idea how it happened. It felt as if there was no proper script at all. Some episodes were extremely dark in terms of storytelling, showing how ugly people can become when they’re given power and opportunity.
However, because the episodes felt disconnected from one another and from the overall plot, it just didn’t come together. The core concept itself is actually somewhat cliché, but if it had been handled properly, it could have been much better.
The anime ended as if it were going to continue, yet no sequel ever came — and if the story was going to be told in this fragmented way, that was probably the right decision.

I recommend this anime, however, the "ecchi" genre is not very accepted by the community, due to the excessive fanservice in the works, and the "true fans" of these works strongly defend it and cite coherence, tolerance and necessity in them, but what can you do!
Well, where do I start... Well, first, let's talk about the beginning. In the beginning, honestly, the anime gave me a lot of expectations, because it showed an interesting plot based on futuristic science fiction, a coherent story and characters with non-robotic personalities. But after the twist, it simply became a scoundrel, one dirty trick after another, this anime is practically a hentai, and I almost dropped it because of that. But as the story went on, I became more attracted to the development of the anime, because the bul…

If you look at most of the negative reviews, they essentially read as "I came to watch a hentai and the trash character refused to have sex" If you want to purely see animated breasts go watch a hentai, this isn't that. Mind you, there's nudity in every episode as well as fan service, however there is definitely a story to be told here.
The story: A few males with rare diseases are frozen so cures can be found for them, a virus dessimates the male population, a few males who were frozen are brought back later on to try and repopulate civilization. Now, that's a great premise for all the sex you could possibly want to see but why in the world would you watch anything with a storyline, just go watch a hentai. Instead we actually get a story where, yes, we see the world trying to get the men…

Oh god why is this the first anime i review......
The story has a bit of a star-crossed lovers element to it, which is a trope i am weak for, and it does manage a nice balance in world building, intrigue and character development. It is by no means a killer 10/10 anime, but i came into it looking for some ecchi smut. While it certainly achieves that goals (easily), there are some interesting turns, some very likeable character and some absolutely stupid anime/hentai plot moments that'll make you laugh for sure. Small warning(and kinda spoiler i guess): these 11 episodes end at a point where the story is far from complete, and does leave you on a cliffhanger of sorts.
I came into this anime looking for some ecchi smut, and i did get alot of that. Nobody will disagree, though some people wi…

I'm writing this review to let everyone know - THERE IS AN ACTUAL STORY HERE! It is NOT just sex and nudity! Hell, the sexual interactions are actually even an IMPORTANT PART of the plot! I'm utterly shocked at how low this is rated. My only guess is people were too blinded and/or annoyed by the sex scenes to give it a proper score.
The story follows 3 men in a world where only women are left. Each character's story is interesting in its own way (although one of them gets somewhat overshadowed). What you would originally think of as a paradise for men slowly begins to unravel for the horror that it actually is. You get to see their thoughts, struggles, and development throughout the whole thing. But the best part about this anime is that the character development and their relationship to…

This anime is definitely underrated, but the end can be a bit disappoiting (as many animes unfortunately)
This anime is quite psychological. Of course, it's a "dirty" ecchi where you mainly follow the adventures of 2 guys (I skip the 3rd one who is useless), but given the situation they're in, it's not a simple "Enjoy and have sex with who you want". There's moral choice where you can ask yourself "What would I do, in their situation, if I was them ?"
It's not the best anime available, the plot is clearly underdevelopped (while the potential is just huge) but still, it's enjoyable and as I said not so simple. In that sense, I tend to recommend it

World’s End Harem is an anime about a sci-if post apocalyptic world that revolves around the death of half of the world’s population, all of which are men, from was is known as the MK virus, or Man-killer virus. The purpose of the new world government known as United Women, or UW as shortened in the anime, is to repopulate the world with men that immune to the MK virus. To do so, they have done tests on men in cryosleep to find those that have an immunity to the virus. Our story tells the tale from the view point of 5 mean that do have this immunity. In the 11 episodes, we follow Number 2, Mizuhara, Reito, mainly, and Number 3, Doi, Shouta, as sort of a second side of the world. Without giving too many spoilers to the story, Number 2 refuses to partake in the repopulation of the world and i…

“World's End Harem” is what happens when an intern is given two different scripts, told to take them to the director, drops them then mixes them together while picking them up in an attempt to cover up the fact that he has a drinking problem.
There is a polish movie from 1984 called “Sexmission”. Watching this anime reminded me of it. The premises have a lot in common. That said “Sexmission” is a classic, well written and a bit cheesy movie and “World’s End Harem” is something You’ll forget a few minutes after the last episode wraps up.
We experience the world from the perspective of 2 equally boring and bland protagonists:
Number 2 aka Reito Mizuhara - former med student that after awakening to the new world decides he doesn’t want to play ball with the powers that be and starts his…

* A burger with moldy buns but decent meat *
Bad beginning, decent middle and terrible ending. That pretty much sums up this anime as a whole.
Came in with some expectation of what a harem anime would've given but instead the word 'harem' in the title did no contribution to the plot but only exists as a filler. If you came here thinking there'll be a bittersweet rivalry between girls to get main character's attention... Boy don't even try this anime.
In this review a few key categories will be revised with explanation which consists of character builds, story flow and overall evaluation. Note that the categories that weren't discussed are due to there being nothing significant coming from those topics.
In terms of the character builds in this story we first need to know there are 2 sig…

As a connoisseur in harem (and ecchi) animes, I had to watch this one to see what it is all about. Such a low score here, but I read the premise and it seemed promising. So how did it turn out....?
PRETTY DAMN GOOD.
I'm actually kind of sad it's an ecchi tagged anime, because the plot is actually really freaking good. It's what kept me watching. Don't get me wrong, the boobs and concept of having multiple sex partners is great, but what really sets the show apart is how good the story is. Seriously. Whoever the manga author REALLY knows how to world build, as well as develop characters. I kid you not when I say this anime does a better job at both than animes such as Jujutsu Kaisen, Shield Hero, or even Spy X Family. And it had fewer episodes too! So let's talk story and characters.

Much better than expected, I want a new season for now!
My expectation when starting to see this anime was basically none, I expected to see something like a base story as an excuse to have ecchi and fanservice in the anime, luckily I was wrong. The main plot is a very promising premise, that's what captivated me to start watching the anime, and the anime conveyed everything I wanted to pass on to the viewer, when I watch an anime I don't stick to technical questions to evaluate if it's good or if it's bad, in this case I think that if the technical production was better crafted and the budget was a little bigger, it would be one of the best anime of the genre, without any exaggeration. Do you know what makes an anime good or not? If you feel embraced by the work. The characters aren't sup…

I must confess that I didn't have a huge expectation for this title. But I must admit that the story is really good.
During the development of the episodes, the story becomes more intriguing. You will never be bored watching this anime.
The only mistakes were two episodes that were a waste of time developing Doi's character. His personality was evident, and if you only have 11 episodes, I consider that it would be better to continue to develop the story instead of water time talking about one character.
I loved the fan service in this anime. It gives the correct spicy and helps enter the story's atmosphere about how the protagonists are manipulated.
I want to watch a second season. This kind of anime helps the ecchi genre: good history and good characters. Sadly, the heaters will alway…

Ok, so my review may have been a month late.....but, let's just cut the crap....
So, Shuumatsu no Harem, wtf was studio , "Studio Gokumi and AXsiZ" thinking when they decided to make an anime of such very pathetic manga adaptation, honestly, the manga itself was bad and this being adapted to an anime was just as worse as the manga itself and not to mention as worse as the one who created it an individual maned "LINK", so let's get down to brass tax:
Story-Pathetic 1: Ok, so the plot was set in some sort of dystopian future where at first two protagonist where diagnosed with some kind of rear disease (leave it to them Japs to come out with some kind of mysterious sickness), one is a super genius college undergrad Mizuhara, Reito and a wussy Highschooler " Doi, Shouta" were made to undergo…

I started this anime when it first came out, because "haha funny booba harem". (hey, don't judge me like that, we've all done it.) but ended up dropping it 4-5 eps in
I picked it up today and ended up binging the whole series, and finally understood the point of the show wasn't "haha funny booba harem"
I think the author wanted to show how a fantasy every person has had at some point isn't as good as we think.
let's start with the "number one"s character. I'd imagine most people would act like him if this thing happened to them. he doesn't really try to change stuff, he lets himself be moved around and just goes with the flow while having great amounts of lust. i feel like his character was just made to set expectations for the other characters. showing how different the others act.
now,…

I expected a more graphic anime, that is, with many more erotic scenes, but there are not as many as I would like. Also what happens with this anime is that the plot is not how the protagonists reproduce, but the mystery behind the virus, what happened? that's the anime scoop truth. Where we follow our virgin protagonist, to see how he solves the world's problems, or how he tries to solve it. The good and the bad thing about anime is that it takes itself very seriously, I actually saw it because I wanted to see a porn with more plot like the anime where the protagonist rapes everyone who treated him badly, great anime. The animation is very good, the design of female characters is very good, the soundtrack is not outstanding, there is a bit of character development but very little. I recom…

This might be the smartest written harem anime I have ever seen. I actually liked it so much, I started reading the manga. While a bunch of reviews just dismiss this show as a shameless male fantasy (It has "Harem" in the name dude, why did you even watch it then?) Honestly this show plays out more like a horror story if anything.
Admittedly it does initially start with too much emphasis on the harem aspect. Instead of getting the audience invested, I think the first scene actually hurts the audience's first impression by misconstruing the tone of the series. There's a lot to appreciate past that.
The story follows 2 main characters. Both are 1 of 5 remaining men on the planet capable of surviving the airborne virus which wiped out all men on Earth. As such, they are the only ones capabl…

Should you watch this? If you're coming in thinking it's just a harem anime. You'd be wrong. It actually also has a decently good story to it, but yes there's still alot of sex that goes on it in, so if you don't like it for that it might not be for you, but I'd say the story is really really good, so watch it if you don't mind sex.
Thoughts: I came into this anime thinking it's just another harem anime. And with the first few episodes the plot was good but became weak along the way but the few episodes near the end started focusing on the plot again. The plot became so interesting that the sex scenes were in the way. I mean they're nice, but I need answer!
Story: You got this boy name Reito. Went in a deep sleep for 5 years to cure a disease. Wakes up in a world of only women with only…

this anime is pathetic...let me tell you why...
the story of this anime starts off promising, a disease kills all men except for those cryonically frozen and reanimated after the disease has run its course...the idea is there, that the men can now begin a fantasy of having any woman anytime they'd like...
the problem is the art and animation are of absolutely abominable quality. The main characters attitude is completely unrealistic, the producers take ZERO chances in the follow through, the antagonists motives make zero sense, there is no relatability, and even the harem aspect feels cheap
essentially the anime turns on its heels at the very beginning and what should have been a crazy and risky af harem anime turns into something completely different...its almost like the studio consid…

First important thing I have to say: If you have start watching this anime... You know what you are getting into... Do don't fucking complain about it's too much fanservice, to many boobies, etc. Because that's what it is, the manga is actually better on that regard and the plot buuuuuuuuut, we all know animes has to make some cuts here and there to get to 12 episodes ¯\_(ツ)_/¯.
With this out of the way... A virus has killed all men, I think that some rad fems have wet with only that premice, but the women population are having tons of troubles with food and science and a lot of other stuff, and there are 5 men alive, which means on cryostasis, and they are bringing them back to "have fun" with the girls in Japan... The rest of the world is unknown untill probably the last episodes. The m…
