Assassination Classroom Second Season

Assassination Classroom Second Season

Introduction

Returning from their summer vacation, the students of Class 3-E at the prestigious Kunugigaoka Middle School find themselves up against unbeatable odds. Faced with the possibility of world annihilation, the students must come up with increasingly elaborate and creative ways to kill their teacher, the cunning yet optimistic and helpful Koro-sensei. However, eliminating Koro-sensei is not the only objective the students need to worry about. Gakuhou Asano, the academy's merciless and cruel principal, seeks to prevent Class 3-E's success by brainwashing his other hard-working pupils into ruthlessly competitive studying machines. Hostility begins to linger in the air as traitors and killers alike attempt to claim the bounty on Koro-sensei's head for themselves. Nagisa Shiota, one of Class 3-E's most skilled assassins, finds himself in the middle of the conflict. While he works to maintain his academic standing and prevent the end of the world, domestic affairs jeopardize his place in Class 3-E. Together with his dedicated classmates, he must now face the threats head-on. [Written by MAL Rewrite]

I tread a fine line between saying that AssClass disappointed me for not delivering everything it could, or that it is a great anime with a gigantic heart. Trying to be as fair as possible to the work, the first season really impressed me. It hooks you, leaves you intrigued by the characters, and builds an excellent pace. At the beginning, the anime works almost as a modern retelling of Great Teacher Onizuka (GTO) — which also works on deconstructing the barrier between teacher and student. It is the pure relationship of mentor and apprentice. Koro-sensei is, without a doubt, one of the most charismatic and captivating characters in anime. Behind the absurd powers, Mach 20 travels, and jokes, his goal was never to train those kids to just be productive cogs in the system or the labor mark…

Assassination Classroom Season Two focuses on the final countdown towards graduation where the class have to kill Koro-sensei before the world is destroyed. Throughout this season, we explore Koro-sensei’s backstory, as well as a civil war amongst the class on whether they should truly go through with it. One of the things I immediately liked this season is the approach to delve deeper into Koro’s backstory. While I liked his character in the first season, his story and motivations were pretty muddled as that season took a more slice of life approach. While it still does that here, it takes time to show Koro’s story and how he got to the way he is. I also think the progression with the class was also great. The development of a lot of the characters was done pretty well. This leads me t…

I had already watched this show a couple of years ago, and I wanted to watch it again. What a great decision. I feel that the creator truly gave soul to this project, and for me, this is what creates the difference between a simple project and genuine art. Assassination Classroom is not about the murder of Koro-sensei; it is deeper than that. It is about how a person who loves what they do can change the lives of the people entrusted to them. All the quotes from Koro-sensei help the class improve themselves and get through the obstacles along the way. Koro-sensei, like the author, gives soul to the students, and until the very last moment, he never stops teaching. I recommend watching it if you are going through anything difficult in your life or if you want to immerse yourself in this mas…

This review will consider season 1 and season 2 as one show, as that is the best way to experience the story. Assassination Classroom, a show that starts out with one of the most anime premises out there. Assassinate the teacher before the end of the year...oh by the way he's an alien. Yep...pretty far out there. However, despite the outrageous premise, Assassination Classroom quickly shows its true colors and takes the viewer on a journey...one with joy, sadness, laughter, and above all else, teaching us valuable lessons we have forgotten. The series starts out very strong, with us getting to know Koro-Sensei from the perspective of Nagisa, our main protagonist of the series. It is a quirky series, one that has a lot of gags and silly moments, but they all work. It encapsulates that mag…

I didn’t expect this season to hit me as hard as it did. Season 1 was decent, but Season 2 really stepped things up—not just in terms of pacing, but emotionally too. It felt like everything that was slowly building before finally came together here. The story flow was smoother, more polished. It didn’t feel like it was just repeating the same structure. The stakes were higher, and the character arcs felt way more meaningful this time around. Some moments genuinely caught me off guard—not because of plot twists, but because of how much I ended up caring about the class and Koro-sensei. I didn’t expect to feel that invested, but here we are. Animation-wise, I actually noticed a bit of improvement too. It’s not flashy or groundbreaking, but it definitely felt cleaner and more consistent tha…

😁 Killer Class: That one teacher who changed everything °9° °Warm & Fuzzy° some minor spoilers Here's a story (that could only be pharmaceutically inspired), about a class that has been charged to assassinate their teacher, but when the school day is done, they'll pummel the chalk out of the erasers for him. If they don't "off" him, he'll destroy the world before the school year is out. But in the meantime, he's an /excellent/ teacher. Simply world-class. In fact, they bring in a gorgeous female assassin as an English teacher, but when she keeps calling study hall instead of actually teaching them, the kids revolt and try to kick her out. Old tentacles never stops teaching. He can turn a poisoning attempt into a class on the effectiveness and importance of communication. "With assassin…

The show picks up strongly from where it left off, and the characters are explored even more deeply. They took everything from the first season and amplified it. The show does not shy away from giving the spotlight to other characters while still remaining focused on the ultimate saga. One of my best watches as I am a sucker for the short ones and despite this being slightly longer for my taste, I couldn't complain a bit. Towards the ending the show becomes is truly a tear jerker, it amazingly depicts that without being overly melodramatic depths can be reached if the narrative is well built and intriguing. Despite not much being said the premise sets the scene so well. An absolute must-watch for any anime lover, it checks all the boxes and remains so unique all at the same time.

This serves as a review for the show as a whole and i gotta say, what an amazing show it was. Seriously, i would recommend this show to anyone, because i think it has something for everyone. Funny episodes, sad episodes, serious episodes, weird episodes - Assassination Classroom has it all, and it's all written almost to perfection. Each character unique and interesting in their own way, anyone that watches this will find that they relate heavily to at least one of the students. The shenenigans that happen throughout the show were amazing, and you get to see these troubled kids grow into adults and get through tough times with the help of the life lessons given by Koro-sensei, lessons that many of you could very well apply to your real life (within reason, dont go around trying to actuall…

The second season has no errors. It provided the right continuity for the first season and managed to close the series with a flourish. The series reminds me a lot of my childhood, mainly because I dream about it almost every day and it brings a very good feeling of nostalgia and longing. So if you worry about any loss in quality because it is a continuation, you can rest assured that if there were no separation, no one would know that the seasons are different. I highly recommend watching. Even more so if You liked the first part You won't regret it if You continue.

AC is one of the few anime/manga series that has attracted a large amount of love and support from the fan community despite only being active for a short period of time - 3 years. By the time the final episode was released, AC had sold 20 million pounds, received many nominations and was in the top of many rankings. So what are the highlights that help AC achieve such achievements? Here are some of the writer's thoughts. ------------------------ One of the bright spots of Assassination Classroom is the author's creative and unique story idea. The theme of school, education and teacher-student relationships is a familiar topic in the anime and manga world. Historically, there have been a number of MA series that are considered monuments on this topic. To create a new work that stands out a…

If you thought the first season of Assassination Classroom was perfect, I can guarantee you that you will love the second season. The continuation of the story is excellent, there is more to know about the characters, and the ending is something you will never forget. After Nagisa defeated Akira Takaoka, Class 3-E continued their summer vacation which they earned from scoring higher exam grades over the A Class students. However, they are still tasked with assassinating their supernatural teacher Korosensei, which they were unable to since each time they come up with a brilliant plan, he just has another trick up his sleeve. Plus, there is still more to the academic year, so that means there are more exams to come. Time is running out, and there is a vicious assassin who is called the Rea…

I am going first to Quote something that I saw from this series... A professor teaches for his failures... Or for his victories. Certainly Ansatsu Kyoshitsu is not your conventional Shonen manga and decides to throw away trying to be the next BEST ACTION SERIES...or try to make the BEST ARCS IN SHONEN HISTORY to be more of an educational story...a story of a professor that wants to give a lesson to his students that they will not forget and it's pretty interesting since I see it gives a lot of critics on how the education system works...the different problems that teenagers have and it is very down to earth at times. And at the same time this series can also be an action packed, romance, comedy, slice of life, drama, and a bunch of things and it's super well balanced... It Even reminds m…

The first season of Assassination Classroom was some of the most fun I've had watching anime in a while and season 2 seems to be even better! Without going into the same details as my first review, all the strengths of this series are still here, better than ever - great humour, fantastically lovable characters, great chemistry between said characters, lots of tension and drama, etc. The comedy seems to land even better this time and the action scenes are more dynamic and impactful too. I loved in the first season how various exams and tests were visualized like monsters the students have to fight, this is a great way of making an exam arc interesting to watch. In this season, this visualization is even better and more varied. Probably the most important aspect of this season though are…

The premise of the series has to do with a class of losers being forced to kill their tentacle hentai teacher within a year. If they succeed, they will be rich. If they fail, the whole world will be destroyed. It’s silly, it makes no sense, and it’s just an excuse for fantasy empowerment. “Hey low-esteem student watching Assclass. Are you constantly being victimized by your society? Is everybody treating you like you are the scum of the earth, who will never succeed in anything in his life? Well, here’s a show to escape the harsh reality. You get to be an assassin who gets back on his bullies, kills his own teachers, gets lots of money for it, saves the world, and has lots of fun doing repetitive school activities! Thug life!” And yes, I know it’s a comedy and it doesn’t need to make sens…

I absolutely loved the second season of Assassination Classroom! I really enjoyed the shift to more "assassination" focused episodes and activities as well as the progression of the story with the introduction of a new antagonist about midway through I think. The final 2 or 3 episodes starting from when they see Koro-sensei again (you know the one) had me crying! I don't often cry at shows/movies/etc.. but when they're as impactful as this, I can't but help it. It was a beautiful ending to the show. So far one of the best overall anime I've seen and a great continuation from the first season. This is my first review of anything really so maybe one day I'll comeback after rewatching it and write a more in-depth review

"Assassination Classroom" is a well-crafted anime that can surprise viewers with its unique approach to such a adverse theme. The plot revolves around a class of students who must assassinate their teacher, Koro-sensei, before he destroys the Earth. Despite seeming like a dark premise, the anime perfectly balances comedy, drama, and action, creating an engaging and emotional story. One of the great qualities of the anime is how the characters are developed. Each student has their own motivations and personal problems, which makes them extremely realistic and easy to identify with. The viewer will find themselves moved on several occasions and may see themselves reflected in some of the characters. The soundtrack is another strong point of the anime. The openings and endings are catchy, a…

The second season of Assassination Classroom is a bit more random than the first season but is better because of increased character development and backstories. The story in the second season continues right where the first season left off. The goal and premise of the anime, assassinating Koro-sensei, remains the same and the story maintains similar pacing. It's just the methods used for assassination and such become more outlandish leading to a few weird scenes that end up fitting in quite well because of their function in the story. Contrary to the first season there's also parts where things from the past are discussed. The story also ends in this season with a good and proper ending. The core cast of characters remains the same but there's a few new assassins. There's also lots of…

Part 1 English Part 2 Bahasa Indonesia -------------------------------------- Well, well, well, what do we have here? It's the second season of Ansatsu Kyoushitsu, And let me tell you, this anime is like a cross between Mission Impossible and a science class. The yellow octopus alien is back, teaching his students the art of assassination with his signature blend of charm and tentacles. The stakes are higher, the action is crazier, and the life lessons are even more valuable. It's like the perfect mix of education and entertainment. But let's be real here, the plot is still about as plausible as a car that runs on cheese. The science behind the yellow octopus alien's abilities is about as realistic as a talking duck. But hey, who needs realism when you've got explosions and tentacles?…

I was about to add this anime to my favourites but after this season I changed my mind. The writers way of thinking is understandable, but it made me sad and now I think that this season has an unnecessarily high score. There was a lot of fillers, and I find the story in this season mediocre at best. Besides some hype moments, it was boring. I enjoyed the first season much more than this, it showed a much more simpler, logical and clear image for a classroom setup and I admired the ideas and life advices behind it. Yes it's not the common opinion as you can see, but since I go this far, I will crop some of my initial score for this season as well. ******** A very small bit of -kinda- spoiler ahead ********* Everything will come to an end someday. Like humans, like…

Assassination Classroom is one of the few anime i would say that gives the full experience of their story and left before they overstay and turn into one of Shounen Jumps cashcows. It's a genuine and authentic story with a refreshing plot that was executed perfectly i would say. The animation is visually stunning and remains consistent through out 2 whole seasons , the OPenings are fantastic and all 4 are unique , the voice acting is phenomenal and the VA's really delivers their outstand performance when a scene calls for it . The character development in this anime is its strongest point ; looking back in the early episodes of s1 you can tell the growth the cast went through. Characters like Nagisa,Karma,KoroSensei most prominently undergo their own story arcs through out the story Ov…
