I Don't Like My Big Brother At All!

I Don't Like My Big Brother At All!

Introduction

Second-year middle schooler Nao Takanashi loves her older brother Shuusuke to the point where she has developed a brother complex. Wanting her brother to see her as a woman, Nao makes advances toward him on a daily basis, which often results in Shuusuke succumbing to and encouraging more of her teasing. One day, while throwing away porn magazines from her brother's room, Nao finds an album containing his childhood photos—none of which include her. Having discovered the truth behind her family relationships, Nao becomes ever more affectionate toward Shuusuke. However, it does not take long for her dreams of monopolizing her brother to be put in jeopardy. [Written by MAL Rewrite]

I feel like I'm uniquely qualified to write a review for this type of show, being somewhat of a connoisseur of "little sister shows." This came out at a time when people were likely getting sick of that type of show after the emergence and popularity of OreImo. (Glancing at the negative reviews gives me the feeling that this assumption is correct.) You could look at this as a show that was trying to capitalize on OreImo's popularity, but they're actually very different despite having similar titles. I feel like OreImo had considerably more meat and drama to its story, whereas this show is lighter and more gag-oriented. Its episodes focus on what wacky hijinks this bizarre group of characters will get up to next, and it never takes itself too seriously. I was put off by the art style for m…

Ended up being way more entertaining than i thought it would. Its about incestuous brother and sister (Shuusuke and Nao) who were incestuous even before finding out they were not blood related. The brother already knew they were not blood related, but the sister actually prefers that they were since she's into the forbidden romance. But eventually the childhood friend and the class rep try to make Shuusuke their own. Shuusuke is torn because although he has strong sexual/romantic feelings for his sister he also fantasizes about other girls real and virtual. He is a connoisseur of erotic materials and has a fetish for panties and stockings. The 3 girls are freaks in their own way. The incestuous brocon. The childhood friend who wants to be his play thing. And the yaoi-loving class rep w…

Now if you've been in the anime universe for at least 2 seconds you might have come across terms such as "incest" or/and "gag manga/anime"......If not worry not my knight in slimy armor cause your mate Dion is here to give you some guidance through this vast toxic, cancerous wasteland where the only living organisms for MILES are semen and broken dreams. Gag manga/anime are a type of entertainment that exists in area 51 and is an experiment to see how people will react when introduced to funny situations. Some instances might be.......Don't know...Maybe the MC is in an orgy and someone farts or asks for permission to vomit after drinking a ton shit of Jagermeister or something like that..I bring these hideous-to the normal person that is-examples cause this gag anime is kinda incest, kind…

This is the best show ever! I watched it with my son scoot and she absolutely loved it! It is so friendly for the kiddos out there and it shows them how to behave. If my daughter, scoot, was exactly like the kid from this show then I would be a very happy mother today. The story is amazing, the art is outstanding and the visuals and sounds will blow you away. I enjoyed this show very much and I wish I could experience watching it with my daughter, Scoot, all over again. This is a niche show that I will show all my children and hopefully it teaches my beautiful daughter how to grow up and be an amazing person! Hopefully my daughter treats her brother as nicely as the girl from the show! I am sure they would have a lot of fun with each other when I am not around. I also hope that my daught…

Definitely one of the more obscure ecchi animes out there. I actually hadn't heard of it until I did some wandering around the net. So let's get right to it. The best part about this anime is undoubtedly the characters. Oniichan honestly has one of the best casts' of characters I've ever seen in an ecchi anime. After watching so much To Love-Ru I was desperate to see a perverted MC like Issei again and Oniichan delivers on that. Fapping five times a day, scouring the city on a mission for porn, and using sophisticated techniques to get pantyshots, the depths of Shuusuke's horniness has earned him a place as one of my favorite ecchi MCs. Perhaps the best part about this anime though is that literally all the characters are super perverted. Rather than looking down on Shuusuke's desires, t…

Welcome to Robert's Too Late Reviews! This series is one of those that I really wonder why I subjected myself to the entire thing. It is a rather banal series, failing on pretty much all fronts it attempts to tackle. While it can be mildly amusing at moments, the experience overall falls quite flat. If you need ecchi, there are far better choices out there. If you are looking for comedy, be aware this show never really rises above the tired sex tropes we've all likely heard a million times by now. While not as dreadful as some titles I've seen, it's still probably not worth the time it takes to watch. Let's break down what we've got here. Story: 3 We're treading very well worn ground in this one, as we have a little sister who is obsessively attracted to her older brother. Her obsession…

Oniichan no Koto nanka Zenzen Suki ja Nai n da kara ne!! (2011) A pervert brother who is with his friends obsessed with pornography and want the real thing. He has a sister who is not a real sister that loves him. A childhood friend who is his ideal girl yet he won't act upon her and his desires and we have a BL girl that takes advantage of his perverted love of black pantyhose. You also have another girl who is a cosplayer that is far from sane but doesn't want him as he wants her. The art of the series is not great but it does grow on you a bit. The series is old but also it gives a change of pace from many shows that look the same all the time. Sounds are pretty standard for the shows of the time. OP and ED are fine. Character development is where the show fails the most because…

Incest stuff can be interesting. This one is not. The characters aren't believable in the slightest. There's no storyline to speak of. The art is sub-par. This anime has only 2 selling points: it's occasionally funny and there's a lot of fanservice. So, for each thing it didn't completely fail at, I gave it a point (pretty generous really). That said, I did watch the whole thing, so it's not so bad that I had to drop it immediately. If you're looking for something mindless to stare at, it works well enough. More specifically on the characters, the main character is portrayed as an irredeemable perv who does nothing but look at porn, beg his mom for money, and generally gets dragged around by randos. His sister is, for some reason, totally obsessed with him and constantly tries to make him…

Wouldn't say I watch as much anime as everyone else here but after watching quite a few romance animes I've discovered a pattern. Throwing away the incest theme, it's just an average formula romance anime really. All males are retarded. All girls want one guy and so on. Girls beat up guys if they do anything perverted. And they just happen to do it a lot... Blah blah blah. These aren't even spoilers, it's just the generic stereotypes of a romantic anime. And this series sums it all up, thus making everything much more predictable. This anime doesn't stand out at all out of the general romance anime formula. It's even worse than many other cookie cutter romance series mostly due to it's art and animation direction. Don't know what they were going with this experiment on the weird artstyle b…

This show appears to have a bad reputation on account of its atypical art style. What with the visuals being one of the first things you'll notice about the show it'll be one of the first things i'll address. It's not the first anime i've seen that portrays its characters as slender and lanky in appearance, which in and of itself not a bad thing for a show to attempt, it's just different. You get used to it very easily, very quickly. So if you can allow yourself to get over the minor difference in art style the show itself actually has some fair content to offer, even if that content is largely just fan service. But since that is the point of the show, that shouldn't be an issue since the service elements are actually executed very well. I'm not sure we could really describe what the show…

Every now and then I go out on my way to adventure deep into the most obscure anime I can find deep in this vast sea, not trying to find diamonds but to find the most brilliant of turds to stuff my face in and laugh. Oniichan no Koto nanka Zenzen Suki ja Nai n da kara ne!! certainly meets those criteria as one of the most genuinely shittiest animes ever conceived. And I am going to recommend it because I spent hours laughing watching every episode and I am not going to feel sorry about it. Let's just get a few things over it before I start reviewing this: If you not into harem style rom-com with a dose of sis-con into it, don't watch this and spend your evening ranting because its certainly not made for you. With that understood; Story - There isn't one. If you looking for an anime wit…

Have you ever loved your older brother (or another sibling, if you have one) so much that you just want to do this and that to him? No? Well, if you're Nao Takahashi, your answer would be "yes". I first heard about this anime when I saw the manga version in a catalog from RightStuf, and I became intrigued to watch the anime when I found out it had one. Even if it's poorly received, and even if the characters are unbelievably skinny, this anime could turn out to be quite charming, right? The answer to that question, unfortunately, is "no". Now presenting my review of "Oniichan no Koto Nanka Zenzen Suki Janain Dakara ne!!", or "I Don't Like You At All, Big Brother!" in English. Onisuki, as it will hence be referred to, follows Shuusuke Takahashi, who has a little sister named Nao. Nao has…

Can this be where anime goes too far sometimes? I think yes. I came into this anime with the though of that there will be a slight uncontrollable brother problem in which his sister has to deal with. I had thought this was going to be a about a sister and her struggles to get rid of hr brothers abnormal desires towards her. However, it was not that at all. Complete stupidity and dreadful watching Starting out with the story:- In this situation we have a sex-crazed sister and a sex-crazed brother. And what do they do? fall for each other in different moments. Throughout the entire anime we see them both have some kind of disgusting thought about each other which also gives this anime its childish theme. While the title goes onto say "I don't like my big brother at all" this doesn't appear…

Story: Throughout the show itself, I was able to watch it without thinking "ugh this is dreadful, I don't want to watch another episode." which is pretty easy for me to say since I like to give every anime a chance. The story was pretty decent but had it lows. Its manageable but I would not watch it again, and if I were to have a list of remembered anime Ive watched, this would not be one of them. Each episode had its character and plot revolving around the characters and expanded to other geographical areas, not just home are the school. I thought at times the episodes were boring or monotone but the anime proved me wrong at times. So overall 6. Art:For the most part, I enjoyed it. Given that I did not like the art style, the slight corny-ish scenarios and this genre, I feel that is clea…

Introduction --------------- This anime was assigned to me as I took part in the Nerves of Steel Anime Contest on Reddit. The contest appealed to me as it would contain the worst anime suggested by other entrants, meaning if you would join you would therefore have to watch one of the many (self)claimed as worst anime in existence. As I do like to see what other people actually find bad or completely the worst anime out there, I therefore took part of this contest to see what anime would be given to me. The anime in question was already on my Plan To Watch list so I knew that it was something I'd probably watch eventually, and what better time than to watch it for this contest. At first glance the anime has quite some bad reviews and the fact that it was nominated as a bad anime didn…

"For what shall it profit an Otaku if he should find the worst anime in the whole world, and lose his own sanity?" - Book of Weaboo 8:36 Overview: A few weeks ago, I asked my friend what the worst manga he had ever read was. He answered without hesitation that it was a manga called "I don't like you at all big brother!". I decided to research this title and discovered to my utter terror that this manga actually was popular enough to receive a 13 episode anime adaptation. I watched this anime on my laptop during a 5 hour car trip. I weep that the horrors I beheld can never be unseen. Plot and characters: This is yet another brother/sister incest anime, but what separates Onii-Chan no Koto apart from the others is how UNBELIEVABLY annoying it is and how profoundly unfunny the jokes are.…

A rather interesting anime exploring a very interesting theme: sister being attracted not to her brother because he is omg cute, sexy, cool bla bla but because of how pervy he is. Makes you think how perverted the sister is. Very, very perverted. The whole anime is an exploration of the pervy nature of the brother through the sister's perspective. I like the anime's story. However I dislike the execution. The guy is too weak and gains almost nothing but torment through his pervy nature. His sister endlessly torments him, the girls he comes into contact with torment him and the "black pantyhose" girl just plain humiliates him and gives him almost nothing. Its not my cup of tea anime because of the sheer domination the guy likes. I feel enraged watching him allow himself to be trampled l…

If you like the first episode, go read the manga. Overview: This is an incest comedy wherein common depoctions of little sister characters (and harem characters in general) are satirzed. The story is sympathetic towards the little sister character Nao, and the other harem stereotypes who all turn out to be pretty messed up while admitting that Shuuske, the dude, really doesn't deserve all the attention he gets, and if he is popular with girls it's probably because these girls are certifiably insane often bordering on yandere. Premise: Girl, Nao, is obsessed with her perverted older brother Shuuske. She dreams of getting thrown out of the house and running off alone together with him rejected by society for their forbidden love. Needless to say she's a bit of an ecentric. Other girls on…

Uggh, this... show... is... well, it's everything wrong with audience-pandering, low-budget anime. STORY: Boy meets girl, girl meets boy, they think they're siblings, but they aren't blood-related, and obnoxious hijinks ensure.... yeah. Oh, and let's throw in some porn club while we're at it. Lame! I've seen the earlier subplot done a billion times before, and done better elsewhere than here. 1/10 ART: These characters look like twigs with faces, hair, and clothes. The show starts off looking... okay, but then it goes downhill LIKE A FREIGHT TRAIN! Seriously, the further you go (until that really stupid alien plot for the finale) the worse the animation gets. The characters look less and less "right", and the animation goes from kinda choppy to the choppiest, lowest frame-rate animation…

I have trouble being critical, I'm too modest, but I'm going to have to be honest. This anime is a failure. The story. Oh my goodness what were they thinking? It's repetitive, unsuprising and boring. Sure, the story follows a plot of sorts but the themes in this anime are more dodgy than the synopsis suggests. It's rubbish. The worst thing by a mile though is the ending. It is so bad, I think I could do a better job with finishing a frankly terrible story. It's poor, and it'll be hard to find anyone who'd like this storyline. The voices of the characters. Generic. Annoying. Unsuprising. You won't be impressed. It is simply because the voices don't suit the themes. Why hire people to voice kids but for the purpose of a very explicit series? It's only going to make it worse, which to no supr…
