You don't expect anything special from anime, which is based on fetish art for lovers of feet in tights. It's not entirely clear how to adapt this to narrative storytelling at all.
Actually, there is not much narrative in "Miru Tights". Each episode, as expected, is just an excuse to show off tights, but even a mini-plot is often not there. The girls just work in a cafe, just change their shoes after the rain, etc. By the end of the series, the episodes become straightforwardly erotic.
3D animation allowed the studio to make the movements of the legs smoother than they could be in traditional animation ok a similar budget, while the CGI aspect is not very striking. Peak fiction!!!! Can't believe I found an anime to feed my feet fetish addiction. In the 2nd part of the season, this show was more dirty than a cultured anime. Definitely recommend!
How the fuck has this such a good animation?! This has better animation than the new Shaman King and they have better written characters than Boruto.
I cant say much about this without giving many spoilers but was the greatest slice of life show out there. My only regret is that it doesn't have more episodes and that the episodes that are up are very short.
But still, give this a try if you feel horny and you will not regret it.

Miru Tights is a bit of an outlier in both the slice-of-life and ecchi genres. I wasn’t sure what to expect of this series beforehand, but it was definitely worth the watch.
The episodes are very short, clocking in at a 4-minute format. But in return for a short runtime we were blessed with some of the best artwork and animation I have seen in anime in recent years. The visuals are outstanding and a breath of fresh air in terms of visual style. I checked out the original artist, Yomu, after finishing Miru Tights and I can see now how faithful the animation studio was to his artworks and vision.

Miru Tights is the hidden masterpiece of our generation; it is simple and know what it's about: stockings worn by women. If this is something that you are into, then you will enjoy this anime. Each episode is about three minutes, which makes this show a heavenly half hour for pleasure.
Many people will look at this show with ignorant disgust at the premise, but who are they to judge? It is for a niche audience that requires true culture. Sydsnap (a popular anituber I find rather annoying) backs up my claim by calling it a work of art. The animation is better than 90% of what other studios produce everyday, with the shots of the stockings and feet being SSS tier. It is rather remarkable how such a niche series could get such good animation.

Holy shit, I have never seen anything more beautiful and disgusting in my entire life. Miru-Tights is an amazing anime and I dare say may rival “Ganbarre Douki-Chan!” The core aspect and storyline of the anime is utter garbage and whoever wrote the script deserves a special place within the Nine Circles of Hell because of how lacking in creativity the show is. The art is amazing. Excels when it comes to volumes and textures.
Lights and shadows are bit too blurred for my taste but it's a legit resource to enfatize scenes and characters.
Top-level animation; accurate, detailed and intendedly slowed to display a fluid motion.
Nice direction and edit. Camera points of view are finely concatenated and look natural enough for not realizing first sight there's neither a single middle shot nor a pure frontal close-up.
Those are the most common shots and they are here avoided in an arabesquial tour-de-force style so elegantly played that might remain unnoticed.
In summary: An hespiritual anime only to be enjoyed by true connoisseurs that demand artistical feed for their souls.

Even if I'm not in love with tights, it's impossible to not salute the work done on tights, it's truly beautiful ! The details and render of them are really incredible ! (which explains the title, after all)

Ok Miru Tights, it's an average anime, because it's an anime that focuses a lot on Ecchi. I've never really liked animes that focus 100% on ecchi, because there won't be anything else in the anime than ecchi scenes, which is "boring" and tiring, unlike some other animes that manage to reconcile various genres extremely well with Ecchi what gets more interesting. Another point is the characters that are a bit generic, like they don't have a lot of outstanding features, which makes them characters that will be forgotten.

So I know what your thinking, "why did you rate this a 10?". Now let me tell you that the director and the animator knew exactly what they were doing when making this anime and how to appeal to it's audience.
I have a bit a bias towards this because I do like anime thighs but nonetheless I was shocked by the fact that the majority of the scenes were only thighs and feet. While watching I was thinking, "surely you can't fit this many thighs in one frame" and "they really went in detail about the legs".
If you have watched it, you should know about those "certain" scenes that when I say, "stay after class", you immediately know what I'm talking about.

I would give the story a 5 or 6 out of 10 because I am really asking myself if this anime even has a story. Every episode is different from the other and the episodes are only 3 to 4 minutes long.

10 out of 10. The art is actually better than a lot of any other anime like I mean go watch one episode of miru tights and then comapre it to any other anime. You would realise that this anime has a really good artstyle and a very good anymation.

For you men of culture who know what is best. It was a true masterpiece. At first it may seem slow or uninteresting but believe me, it is quite good. The only problem that I had with it is the fact that each episode is 4:11 long but everything else makes up for it. I must say for myself that at first I thought that this was going to be a very stupid four minute ecchi anime that is only about tights and thighs and you know what, it is but I still enjoyed it till the very end. For weeb trash like me this was perfect. I recommend this for those who are cultured and know fine cuisine when they see it.
