Go Nagai and Kazuo Koike's Hanappe Bazooka is a parody of Urusei Yatsura, if Rumiko Takahashi's classic series starred a radically sexualized version of Sirene (from Devilman), who was the heroine instead of Lum! The series is what would happen if Kekkō Kamen and an innocuous alien/space adventure anime, like TO LOVEる, did a fusion dance! A bizarre and vulgar action-packed series, that has a strangely cathartic ending that is as equally as surrealistic as Cat Soup, a.k.a. Nekojiru-sō.
⚠️ Beware! Go Nagai's Hanappe Bazooka is a short OVA entry, so there are going to be spoilers! ⚠️

Story
From introduction down to ending there are tons of things to like. This anime more than a comedy but a great drama adventure. i don't think any attribute described was fiction base. Too many anime moments in life focus on unrealistic actions but not here. Also, this is an anime about after life. A crucial point in life that many are uncertain on. Thus is great for those who like to think. Artist/writer raises a lot of crucial elements about life and afterwords to make the viewer question everything. With all the thought and hidden elements of focus embedded into this makes it hard for a person to turn it down after one watch.
Ending was disappointing but thought provoking at the same time. One w…

2nd anime review I can remember lol. "Ahem"
"Be careful what you wish for, it might come true!"
Some things that make some religious believers unsettled are portrayed in this short OVA. WHo am I kidding. A lot of things will if you dont have an open mind. Or if you somehow choose THIS as the first anime to ever watch. But if you should, then I applaud you!
"We are demons; when you came, we come!"
This was said to a high schooler who 'beat it' in just such a way as to summon two demons who claim to only appear every 1000 years on Friday the 13th. The two demons promise our main horn dog anything in the world! Anything but what he truly wants. He soon realizes wises are easier said than lived with. Yet at the heart of this tale lies a sinister conspiracy!
Though very much an ecchi come…

Odd little anime. I could only find this in subtitled dvd, but bought it anyway because it has such an unusual story. I found this one on accident and I'm glad I did. Comedy is dirty at times and reminded me of G.T.O, but a little raunchier. Animation is older style and not the best, but story made me say "What the F%$@". Rare to find on dvd, but worth a watch. Memorable anime to say the least. Lots of sexual humor, lesbianism, and goofiness. Dub version would have been better, but I don't think it exists.
