Love Live! School Idol Project 2

Love Live! School Idol Project 2

Introduction

Otonokizaka High School has been saved! Despite having to withdraw from the Love Live!, the efforts of μ's were able to garner enough interest in their school to prevent it from being shut down. What more, following the conclusion of the first, a second Love Live! is announced, this time on an even larger stage than before. Given a chance for redemption, the nine girls come together once more to sing their hearts out and claim victory. However, with the end of the school year approaching, the graduation of the third years draws near. As they attempt to reach the top of the Love Live!, they must also consider their future and choose what path the group will take. Though the question of whether to continue without the third years or disband weighs heavily on the minds of its members, μ's must quickly come to an answer with graduation right around the corner. Love Live! School Idol Project 2nd Season continues the story of the girls as they laugh, cry, sing, and dance in their journey to determine the future of their group and conquer the Love Live! in their last chance to win with all nine girls together. Snow halation Umi (//ω//) Snow halation Umi (❤ω❤) This season expands more on the girls, their relationships, and more importantly why they decided to join μ's. Each episode more or less is dedicated to a girl, which I found quite enjoyable. In season one, it mainly followed Honoka and the group getting together versus each individual member. Before continuing at the end credits of most episodes a different girl is featured, so make sure to check it!! The girls are cute, the slice is life, and the music has never been better. Well, considering the ominous "Love Live" tournament has arrived, I sure hope the music is good! Episodes feature way more MV's, some even being cantered around a different girl other than Honoka. The only real problem I had was the whole student council president…

After sucessfully saved their school last season, this season of Love Live SIP will focus on their journey to win the Love Live tournament. Not only that, but we will also see how they manage their group considering the 3rd year will eventually graduate. We can expect a lot of sad and emotional moment, so get your heart ready for this one. For me personally, the middle part from this season is somewhat boring. Because it is literally the same episode with the same formula being repeated for like 3-4 episode. They found a problem, everyone trying to solve the problem but fail, and near the end of the episode they all found the answer naturally. I mean it have an impact on the story and characters growth, but not that much. Luckily I never dropped an anime so I still watch till the end and…

2nd season of love live... I keep in mind the first season of love live I nearly drop it after observing the last three episodes but at that point I realize that there are might be chance that the girls will have a huge improvement or changes to themselves and after watching the entire 2nd season I was exceptionally upbeat to see their advancements as the story advances and it's pretty pitiful that they always finished at 2nd season and a movie and it was actually my 2nd time observing an school idol anime I didn't know that it's getting to end like that there are some times in this anime that's somewhat flinch but as I progress through the anime I already overlooked about those moments as I see them developed.

The second part of Love Live explores the developments µ's as they continue to grow and mature after the aftermath of the first Love Live competition and their rebounding. After quickly getting hooked on by their songs and the hilarious antics that goes on within µ's, I was delighted to find the second season one-upping its prequel and going above and beyond with µ's performances in the second Love Live tournament. Story Compared to last season, the story is way better, although its the same premise, the group entered in smarter and wiser. Something this season did do differently from its prequel was focus more on the songs, but more on that later. As the story progresses, the team starts to deal with the inevitable truth that their group can only last so long, and through this, the sto…

Love Live! School Idol Project is a slice of life musical anime, about nine high school girls joining together in a hit new craze, becoming school idols! Eventually they will compete with many other schools nationwide in Love Live, to see which idol group is the best of them all. It's not all for fun though, for the main goal of competing in Love Live for out girls is to become popular enough to get more registered students for the school or have the school be closed down next year. Love Live! School Idol Project's nine girls are all lovable in their own way, and of course by the end of your time watching it, you might have a "best girl" of your choice. The girls when on stage are well animated with great songs and dance choreography to really shine on stage. Off the stage each girl conti…

As far as anime goes, this one in terms of plot isn't anything special. You will probably see the same plot and scenarios in a myriad of other shows but if you overlook this show because of that you're missing out quite the fun experience. If it could be put in words it be like romantic love vs maternal love, shows that really stand out are like falling in love, they make your heart race, they bring out new feelings in you and they always make you smile. This one is like maternal love, it's comforting, and if you don't have and never experiences it you missed out big time. The show has its laugh and the characters are always entertaining. While one episode may have you laughing, another may really move you to tears. All in all it's worth the watch and can actually appeal to people not into…

This review will cover the second season of LLSIP. I'll probably make some comparisons here and there to the first season but if you're interested in what I've had to say for the first season, please see the review I wrote for it beforehand. Love Live, for me, is one of those series that, before watching, I thought I wouldn't like a bit, but after actually heading into it, I ended up loving it. Also, I honestly can't believe I've missed it all this time. Having said a lot in my review of the first season already, I feel like there isn't much to add here. The second season of Love Live tops the first one, which had a rather rocky start, in all aspects. If you didn't enjoy the first season as much but still like the show enough to make you want to see more from it, I can be certain when I…

STORY - 9 ART - 9 SOUND - 10 CHARACTER - 9 ENJOYMENT - 9 Honestly, it's not easy to concisely describe just how vivid the second season of School Idol Project is. A beautiful outburst of the soul. A melodic magic that lifts the heart. A lyrical expression full of emotions. These words are close enough to express how I feel but really, it's better if you listen to µ's ("Muse") once more. Because as the saying goes: "Where words fail, music speaks." Every journey will always have a start and an end; and within it, there will always be a story. The story of µ's began as a school-saving solution, and through the passing of time, their journey is reshaped into a sincerity that speaks of passionate wonders, of incredible friendship, and of valued memories. The second season is a continuation…

Finished the first season of the series, now Love Live! 2 continues the members of μ's journey to stardom. Story: Otonikizaka High School is saved thanks to the heroic efforts of μ's although they weren't able to win the first Love Live! competition because Honoka Kousaka, their leader, suffers a game-breaking injury because she got sick after performing "No Brand Girls". However, the fight for the competition is not yet over because there is another Love Live! competition to participate and it is more challenging than ever. Now, the all nine members are reunited once again to sing their hearts out and win the competition. There is a big challenge however, the three third years are about to graduate and they must decide to continue performing without the third years or disband for good an…

Ambition – the driving force of a goal. There’s no doubt that season 1 of Love Live is a truly weak series. There was a lack of detail to characterization; the flow of the plot was all over the place: Shoving cute girls and memes down your throat and then ending on some of the worst melodrama present in anime at the end. It would be easy to pass off the second season as equally irresponsible as the first; but oddly enough the second season of Love Live works wonders. This improvement in quality it ascends Love Live from being a trashy meme-fest into something of true emotion even if contrived at many points. Go for glory; the goal set in mind for the group. After saving their school and realising the little time they have left as a group with the third year students graduating; the nine…

I finally decided to start writing reviews so here goes my first. I watched Love Live Season 1 and gave it an eight. Like others have mentioned, it was a bit rocky at first but turned out beautiful. But this is about Season 2. I gave this a 9/10 mostly because I rarely give out a 10. It's as close to pushing me to a 10 as it can be without actually making a 10. However there are a few 10s in certain categories such as art, sound and characters. Story: ASCII killed it. They absolutely killed it. The studio took a winning idea and made it better. The show has a great way of doing what they did in season 1 but doing it more completely. They avoid overdoing the tropes and the factors that made season 1 great. There is a healthy addition of certain character back stories including Nozomi…

Story: A major step up from the first season. Everything feels better and the pacing is better! Is a little more play in my opinion but that makes the show more relaxing. I also cried at the end so there's that Art: Character seems a little more detail this time! But for me the big change is the color scheme. It's more colorful and the CGI improved alot Sound: Yet again, Is a 10/10 Character: This is what I think improved majorly, most of the character got an actual background and episode. Made me just that bit more care for them Enjoyment: Overall still super amazing to watch, I still rate this as the best Idol anime and I think alot of people agree with me. Never thought a show can make me cry huh

Well when I finished the season 1 of this I thought there will be no season 2 tbh the anime(Love Live 2) is great it started with a great story and it ended very well. I had no regrets watching this anime, I didnt even jump any scenes from watching. In the art, I really like the art you wont be disappointed by it and the characters, yes the characters, the characters are relatable in real life because there are some people who else had the same attitude on the characters aswell. Conclusion, anime is great, the story was a masterpiece, I love the characters, and finally it has a great ending.

The only times I ever binge-watch anime is when I'm either extremely bored or the series is extremely entertaining. Although the 2nd season of Love Live! School Idol Project is far from being a masterpiece or one of my all-time favorite shows, it's oddly addicting and, most importantly, far better than the first season. Despite being turned off by the many problems the first season had, the positive reviews and the amazing art made me want to continue watching this show. Luckily, I was not disappointed. Although the music is still a bit too generic and immature for my personal taste, there are lots of fun new songs and dance sequences. The dance sequences seem to have definitely improved as the CG is either used less or in a more subtle way (or maybe I've just become used to it). As suc…

"You can't cry now!...We were all just laughing so hard" -Rin Hoshizora You're right Rin...How in God's name did I go from laughing my ass off to shedding a tear because of goddamn onions that are scattered around the latter half of the show? I just want to say that the 2nd Season of Love Live! is a big improvement compared to the First Season which surprised me quite a bit. (SPOILERS if you haven't seen the first season...duh!) [Story] The girls did not make it into the Love Live but they did save Otonokizaka High. Now, the second Love Live contest is happening right around the corner and µ's has been granted another chance to participate in the contest to try and win Love Live!. However, this is the girls' last chance to participate in the contest. The second season of Love Live! r…

After watching the first season of Love Live (reluctantly at that too), I was rather disappointed by the anime and did not have high expectations coming into the second season. To my utter surprise, the second season seriously impressed me and even 'transformed' me into a Love Live fan. This was definitely a pleasure to watch, as the developers had drastically improved the anime from its first season to create this work of art. Listening to the criticisms of the public in this case definitely worked out for the producers, and they were able to amend most of the glaring flaws present in the anime's first season. Going on to specifics: Story: Well, this season was mainly about the development of the idol unit as a whole -- the producers evidently decided to ditch individual character develo…

Review contains some spoilers: Let me start out by saying that this will be a review of both seasons of Love Live: School Idol Project. There is almost no reason to separate the two seeing as Season 2 is a direct continuation. After being recommended this anime by a plethora of friends and already being a fan of slice of life shows such as K-On I decided to give Love Live a shot. It far exceeded my expectations in every way possible. While I enjoyed the most of the first season more than the second season, it still had a huge impact on me by the ending. So, without further ado lets break this down shall we? Story/Character: When it comes to Love Live you might immediately think to yourself that the music has to be the strongest point of this show. I mean, it's an Idol show right and not…

Success stories have always had a spirit that the Academy and many others have deemed inextinguishable. The soul and passion of the fight to victory has always had an undeniable effect on us humans, who have always had the hidden spirit of desire; the very desire to go the extra mile and make it to the top. And it is in these stories where we see this undeniable burning human passion. We see it in Daniel's eyes in his final match in the Karate Kid. We see it in Rocky, prepared to fight Apollo Creed with everything he has. We see it in Drumline, as the monolithic stage overshadows our heroes. We see it in Alan Turing in his struggle to break Enigma in the Imitation Game. We see it in μ's, in their fight to the Love Live Championships. Love Live Season Two is an anime that has been describ…

Wow. What a privilege it has been to watch this series. I loved season 1 but season 2 was (somehow) even better. I rated this anime based on a few things that I think are important values for anime including - Character and development Plot Excitement And in this case, music and sound Love live season 2 scores high in all of them, with its gripping plot and loveable characters. Throughout this we can see characters developing and changing either quickly or gradually as they try achieve their dream. Watching these characters made me beyond happy as I love the aura they give. The plot is never predictable and has so many moments worth remembering. Towards the end it gets more emotional, as expected, and I could stop watching. Best of all, this series makes me feel happy, excited and needing…

Ok,so I have done watching LL S2 and I have two words: truly amazing. In terms of school idol, if anyone want's a recommendation, I'm totally recommend Love Live. Amazing, satisfying, the feels, and many more are there in LL. The anime continue from the first season which is after they save their school from closing. After they know that Love Live tournament will begin, they set their new goal which is to enter and win the tournament since they withdraw from previous LL. I would say, LL S2 really make an impact in terms of story. The balance between story and other character backstory is impaccable and that's one of the reason I really like about LL. They know how to focus each character backstory and combine it with main plot. For animation, I can see some improvement in their choreograp…
