After subjecting myself through Boku no Pico and Pico to Chico, I couldn't wait to watch the finale of this trilogy and finally put this series to bed. Just to summarize, I thought the first two installments were terrible; though I believed Pico to Chico was the better of the two. Without further ado, lets get into the review and end this once and for all. I will also provide my thoughts on the series as a whole.
To get one thing out of the way, I am not a "hentai enthusiast" per say, so I will be making little to no comment on that end. This review is more so focused on the story and characters.

Let me just say that I watched this... thing years ago and it was whatever at that time, I was a really stupid kid and I just... really didn't think about what I was watching, I probably would've given it a 5 then, but these are my thoughts right now as I am remembering what happened on it as an adult. (And let me tell you, I remember it far too well, this is not something you forget easily)
This is not only bad, but wrong.

What the fuck did i watch.
This anime is just very strange and i dont really understand the appeal (if there really is any) but its just full of little boys having sex which i skip thru 97% of. the story has no complexity to it and i thought it was pretty boring and i had to make it in 2x speed to actually finish it. the only thing that is positvie is the opening theme, its kinda cute ngl but other then that i really did not like this anime.

The final Pico anime and I gave it a higher rating than the previous two! Well, I'll explain.
The story of this sequel is that Pico and Chico meet who they think is a girl, but it turns out that CoCo is a boy who happens to like crossdressing (not a big deal and I'm not really surprised). So basically when CoCo starts flirting with both boys and even start having sex with them on separate occasions, this rubs both Pico and Chico the wrong way which throws a metaphorical wrench into their relationship but hey, CoCo is eventually accepted as their third wheel and they just become a threesome.

Boy, the Pico trilogy has been an absolute nightmare of a series to fap to and our last episode in this anthology has been by far the worst of the three. From my Boku no Pico review, I was horrified at the concept of the episode however it had many positive story and character qualities which turned it into a horrifying masterpiece one could not look away from like the flames erupting from a highway accident, embers dancing in the reflection of the pools of blood as the ever present sirens blare in the distance, still a terrible accident but you just can’t look away. Father, please forgive me for watching this unbelievable piece of art. I knew I shouldn't have watched this, but here I am on the third episode. The story was a tad convoluted to my taste. We see a new addition to the Pico gang, and he added a new dynamic to the group. For an anime that came out in 2008, the animation was frankly not that bad. The sounds greatly convey the passion that the characters share in their hobbies.
In conclusion, after having experienced this trinity, I’ll have to see ten more priests before I die.
10/10 would recommend (please stay away).

Definitely an improvement on the original, Pico x CoCo xChico is possibly one of the greatest mainstream trap OVA's I have ever seen (and I have seen quite a few in my time.) Although there is less story, as a hentai, that really isn't important. The art is great, and I can definitely tell that they tried to stick more to the original source manga. The lack of an older male figure is definitely disappointing, but it is well made up in the threesome scene where the title characters have sex. Also, the sound quality is great - in particular the semen sounds are very realistic.
I would absolutely recommend this to anyone who loves shota, and I actually am probably going to try to import a copy from Japan - we need to support studios that make content such as this.

We have gone far and entered many areas of our brains that I'm sure we would all, choose to forget. To this day, it continues to shock me that after two amazing masterpieces rivalling the likes of Cory in the House, that they would drop the ball this hard.
I mean, aliens? Aliens that can become electricity and travel through telephone wires? Are you fucking kidding me? My suspension of disbelief was shattered into a million pieces by this disappointing blemish on the series.
Everything else was perfect. The story sent me on a rollercoaster of laughing and crying, the art inspired me to take up painting again, the sound made my ears flow in a sea of pure bliss. But then they had to go and fuck it up, and I felt crushed and horrified.
Team Pico, for shame.

We watched this for a video on our youtube channel, and honestly found ourselves really...confused and disturbed that we were interested and even invested in some parts of the story. The sex scenes were boring and practically unwatchable, but this this OVA, unlike the others....wasn't the worst thing I've ever watched?

This has the most story ,but it's not well written. The main conflict is the titular "love" triangle and the climax is CoCo running away only for them to make up and ending with the infamous threesome in Tokyo Tower. While it's not as bad as Pico instantly forgiving Tamotsu for treating him like a sex object, it's still jarring. I'm glad this has the most part ,but there's still cringeworthy Shotacon smut.

Honestly this was the first shota i've ever seen in my life and for the first time ever i was so aroused during the whole 3 ova's my perspective of life completely changed in a good way, i would recommend it to anyone that i meet.
The reason why the 3rd one is my favorite is for the simple fact that we get to enjoy 3 lovely boys instead of 1 showing us various ways of enjoying themselves and new ways of exploring their summer and enjoying their youth at it's fullest.

Out of the Pico trilogy, PicoxCoCoxChico is, by far, the best. While its plot and its characters are not quite as good as they were in the prequel Boku no Pico, this one is better at what it was meant to do: being a hentai animè.
