This anime was very wholesome & it dealt with a lot of real life trauma/regrets, it was a fun watch, however the romance aspect wasn't all that good. It was nice to see Tada open up & have someone who knows how he feels.
However, it really felt rushed, especially around the ending, it also felt a bit weird? The ending seemed very idealistic, which also goes along with it seeming rushed.
The main characters seemed to have a good amount of emotional depth & were mostly well rounded. The background / side characters didn't really have much to them though. The supporting characters are very flat & 1D like characters.
The anime was very cute, but it didn't have a very good ending to be honest.

An absolutely magnificent 13 episode series.
Tada Never Falls in Love hits every mark when it comes to a romcom. It provides upfront romance and comedy with an excellent side cast to pair alongside its dramatic and quiet moments. Side characters have distinct personalities while remaining likeable and fighting their own battles. The emotional struggles also act as a strong point when it comes to the viewing experience, making it difficult to favour one person's perspective over another.
The main romance doesn't start to ramp up until about the half way mark, but the anime uses this empty space to prop up the dynamics and strengths of the characters themselves. The way different characters go through and deal with unrequited love made me feel strongly sympathetic, something I don't find m…

The most helpful thing I can tell viewers about TNFIL is that the first two episodes deflated interest more than peaked it. Beginning with ep3 it gets more and more endearing as the frames roll by. I'd say: Sick with it until the end of ep3. If you don't enjoy it by that point you should consider spending your time elsewhere.
The cherry blossoms are in bloom. Tada is taking photos in the park, but a cute (and rather unusual) foreign girl keeps cutting into his frame. She asks him to take her picture. Her camera battery has drained… then it's something else, next, it's another thing. She talks oddly. She definitely is a square peg in a round world… and her taste in TV is AWFUL. They run into eachother 3 times that first day. Next they run into eachother at school! Wagner Teresa is the new…

Tada-kun wa Koi wo Shinai tries to be a heartfelt romance, but it often feels like it’s holding itself back. The show sets up some interesting side stories, but none of them really shine. Most of the characters are stuck in the same loop of one-sided love, even the cat suffers the same drama. And instead of challenging that idea, the show seems to suggest that compromise is the only way forward.
Tada himself is kind of a blank slate for most of the series, and his sudden shift in emotions feels more like a plot push than a natural development. His connection with the main girl doesn’t build up well, and their relationship ends up feeling a bit forced. The unforeseen decision at climax she made was uncalled for, and it seemed like Tada also developed feelings only after it which made the r…

This anime has its fair share of flaws, but its positive energy and emotional depth more than make up for them. The story can be loosely divided into two parts: the first focuses on developing the group dynamic, highlighting character interactions and personalities, while the second shifts its attention almost entirely to the emotional and romantic aspects, particularly between the two main characters.
The show presents both a semi-realistic and somewhat idealized take on love. It feels realistic in the sense that not all relationships lead to a happy ending: some stories remain unresolved, and sometimes people hesitate to take the next step for fear of disrupting an already comfortable dynamic. At the same time, it also portrays an overly hopeful and somewhat unrealistic version of roma…

If there's one thing that stood out to me in Tada Never Falls in Love, it was the absolutely stunning visuals. The animation had this magical quality that made even the simplest scenes—like cherry blossoms falling or cityscapes—feel alive and immersive. The story follows Mitsuyoshi Tada, a quiet high schooler who spends most of his time helping at his family’s café and pursuing his love for photography. Tada’s backstory hit me harder than I expected. Losing his parents at a young age and blaming himself for it explains why he’s so emotionally closed off and hesitant about love.
The anime starts with an adorable meet-cute: Tada accidentally photographs Teresa Wagner, a bubbly girl from Luxembourg, under a blooming cherry blossom tree. It felt like a rom-com straight out of a fairy tale. As…

First of lemme just say I was not expecting to fall in love with this show the way that I did but I’m happy I decided to stick with it and finish it because wow it was so cuuuteee (о´∀`о)
It just reminded me of when you realize you’ve fallen for someone but you don’t even know exactly when it started or how but you just know that you like that person..I don’t even know if I’m wording this correctly but yh also if you feel the show might be a little slow on the romance let me just say it picks up ok don’t give up on it just keep going.
Mehnn I really enjoyed the last 4/5 episodes definitely kept me going to the end.
So if you’re a shoujo/romance girly or person I’d say you should definitely check this out

Well dear reader, where to even start.
I will start by saying, that Im probably a little over critical with the series, as Im tired.of half assed cash grab lazily written pilea of nothings marketed as animes, even tough this series is probably not better than my score in a more objective light (this looks to be affirmed by the other, better written reviews).
First, the story. Oh my where to start with that. This is basically a Rosamunde Pilcher or any C category romantic happy ending drama copy. They just made it into anime, but everything is literally the same. I literally saw this same story in one of those films, of course with different characters and not set in Japan, but 90% of the story was the same. The story is just, well, meh, average, kinda bullshit, you get the point. Without…

As some one who haven't watch romance anime before due the over realistic things they show about a realtionship and the characters response the the scenario, which doesn't feel relatable. this show does a great job in it. you can actually relate to characters very much and there response to the situation they are in.(except of one scene in episode 9).even if after reading this you don't feel it's good show just give it a try.
This anime is totally underrated. it really deserve more attention.
the story is simple but intresting enough to hook on to it, you never feel boring through out the story.Even though The MCs feels to be left behind sometimes the side characters are interesting enough to make up for it.
they even handled the personality of each character very well and by the end of…

Tada Never Falls in Love is like a colorful bouquet of plastic flowers. From a distance, you might mistake it for the real thing. But upon closer inspection, you'll find it's merely a lifeless imitation. Factory produced from the most generic mold, identical to its fellow flowers rolling off the conveyor belt alongside it.
Undeniably crafted with talent, Tadakoi offers refined background art and detailed character animation in place of quality writing. While the show had the potential to be good with its solid audiovisuals, they are entirely wasted on generic characters and a poorly written story.
The story follows the titular Mitsuyoshi Tada, an uncharismatic photographer whose tough past has prevented him from ever knowing love. Through a chance encounter, he meets an enthusiastic fore…

Main character Tada is basically wallpaper. Nothing to see here. He's a sad-sack amateur photographer whose parents died when he was young. That's it. That's his story. Is he worthy as the love interest of a literal princess? Teresa, our princess, is cute and likeable although I can't fathom the choice of having the English dub cast use a pseudo "euro" accent for her and buddy/bodyguard Alexandra. From what part of Europe is that accent? France? Germany? Transylvania? Who the hell knows. It doesn't work and it's crap.
The other characters exist to drag the story like a boat anchor across the finish line - either pushing Tada-kun and Teresa to act on their feelings or as a temporary wedge between them. They don't seem to have much going on in their own lives other than being tropes. They'r…

i write this according to the anime, not from the manga/LN because i didnt read any of them.
first of all, everything started from unexpected encounter which make the story goes smooth, and everything went smooth until mid to end of the anime, which turned out from school romcom to anything i cant really explain bc of my poor english. the point is the mid to end of the anime feel is not the same as the start of the anime, u can consider it as "not stonks".
the story is wholesome, the friendship, the family, and any other relationship they have, and most importantly, i gave 10 points for adding Nyanko Big and Kaoru, i can even feel how they treat tada as their best friend which make them the best friend of the main character.
both opening and ending song is good, but the opening from Mas…

A lighthearted, comedy anime that is said to be 'romantic', but this romance drags on with an MC who takes until the end to understand himself. not my view
it's something that was done this way, in a proposed way, after all, it's as if the MC turned out to be true. For those who expect something more developed, a more intimate couple, this is not the right anime. In the end, the anime seems to be more of a comedy than a romantic-comedy or even a romance anime.
In my view, this anime deserved about 16 episodes or more, it was quite evident to me, that the end was really rushed, and ended with a lot of open things. This anime had the potential to be a top of the line, but due to its slurred romance and time application it left a lot to be desired, in a way it was a waste of potential. Until…

A common trope that will get your heart riled up.
While the characters only act within the extent you would always expect them to, they all have a reason behind doing so. Albeit not really being able to become a full 3D characters.
The words within the show some level of depth. No matter how deep or shallow you may think it to be, it carries a message. Nothing too deep but it doesn't have to be.
They did great work on the details, in the dialogue, the weather, the circumstances, the jokes. They build you up with something that seems normal and us it later on, or sometimes just in the immediate future.
Lastly, people are sleeping on the opening and ending music. It's not S tier music but definitely at least a B+.
Overall, A- or A tier anime.

I'll keep it short. I love silly romances like this one.
It is just a simple love story, and every good love story has its bit of drama. This show, in my opinion, gets the drama right where most romantic classics didn't. For example, Kimi ni Todoke is a pillar in romantic shows, but its dramatic points can get annoying (specially on season 2). This one is just right.
Another strength of the show is how real the characters feelings are portrayed. It just makes sense to me that they fell in love on first sight, but didn't notice/understand at first. They both come from different backgrounds that made them shut their feelings, so it makes sense that their love develops slowly (reeeeealy slowly). And it also makes sense that when it "clicks", they suddenly find themselves doing things they no…

Dang this show is garbage. I love it!
Wait, what? Ok hear me out.
The premise isn't very unique or remarkable and the execution is nothing short of what you would expect from such an anime. If you've seen one, you've seen them all.
Comedy-wise, It's alright, there's some funny bits. The visual and sound parts are pretty good, Imo.
But let's get to the plot. This is a slice of life. With a sort-of- overarching plot, relating obviously to the romance.
Here's why I call it garbage: Not only does it use many tropes of cliches (that at this point are auto include in this type of anime) there's also a lot of coincidence. And I *mean* a lot. To the point that you might think it's all a plot device. Well, that's what it is.
Through God's invisible hand, the characters just happen to be at…

I'm new to writing reviews but here we go.
Story: 7
-I really like the story, its quite simple but really well done, I wish they could've gone more deeper on other characters and pairings so that we have a nice conclusion on their Love story, but alas, we didn't and we focused on our Main Protagonist which is fine but this anime definitely had potential but didn't quite reach it so that's why I gave it this score. Art: 7
-the art is generic and its fine as long as it works.
Sound: 7
-I really enjoyed the Opening of this anime and some soundtrack and atmospheric music of it, and yeah, really enjoyed it, i wish they could've just added a little bit more because some soundtrack did get repetitive but yeah, its good.

Wow, I'm not sure why there are so many awful reviews showing up on this page despite the average being ~7.5 as I write this. I thought this anime was pretty well done overall. The story is a variation on the classic Audrey Hepburn movie Roman Holiday, in case you've ever heard of or seen it.
Ultimately, any story is only as good as its characters, and I felt the characters here were believable and likeable. Particularly for the two main characters, there was enough depth to their backgrounds and motivations that you want things to work out for them. And even if the setup is cliched and the ending all but ordained, what makes it enjoyable and worth watching is HOW they manage to overcome the obstacles between them.
I will say that, unlike a lot of anime that leaves you hanging at the end…

Tadakoi left me the feeling that could be much better. As an anime of romance i didn't like that much. The MC romance is developed in the last chapters but i like more the side characters love. The anime tries to developed all the romance stuff in the last five chapters if it were longer maybe it will be much better.
You can enjoy this anime being honest, is not a masterpiece in this genre. Watch it without expecting much but knowing that best parts are in the last chapters.
Story : 6
A princess.. that only matters the last chapter. The thing with photography makes interesting and enjoyable.. i think they could get more out of it and exploit the romance in some way expressing the love in the photograph. The club thing is cliche but the characters makes it passable, not a masterpiece ei…

Ahh finally a good romance anime.
Kinda rare to find an anime where the male MC is not a creep. Tada is really just a dude. Just a guy. He likes photography, he helps at his family’s cafe. Really just a normal dude. Which makes his character feels real, nothing too flashy. His character also has depth, he struggles with being true to himself bc of his parents passing. I like his character, i like how he is just a normal guy.
And Teresa she’s nice, kinda quirky, and likeable. What is there to hate from her? The only unlikeable character is Alex. i know she is just doing her part as Teresa’s bodyguard? But she’s annoying (maybe this is biased bc im not really a fan of tsunderes in general). The way she tried to be overprotective to Teresa is annoying.
Ijyuin is fun character, truly a b…
