Loner life in another world except im not a loner and actually im the leader of the class now but only the girls and the guys, but they are irrelevant. This show had to have been written by a 15 year old boy going through puberty. The girl classmates are as stereotypical you could get, and the men are in same fashion.
BUT! As a shitty isekai lover, this is definetly above average compared to other shitty isekais. The humor is a actually decent and not complete shit at times. The abilities he got look like shit but they are actually just your basic isekai set, abilty stealing, appraisal, op stats, op gear. That's pretty disappointing, and the abilities don't make any sense at times. There's a quite a bit fan service with the girl classmates, which is a bit annoying, but that's expected wit…

Honestly, I love generic Isekai's but the characters in this one are horrible. Not only are they generic, but they're extremely annoying. Why on Earth do writers feel like every character needs to obey their class leader when they're in an entirely different world? Why would you suffer through being told what to do, to the point that you have a bed time. In another world. By characters that are so weak they're completely co-dependant on you?
Just once I wish an MC would either tell them to get lost, or stab them in their sleep, because jfc it makes no sense.
You would think it doesn't get worse, but then it does. Because the MC dares to want to do anything himself, the useless side character women decide to ground the MC and take on their first adventure quest without him. I cannot believ…

This anime was honestly disappointing. The animation is weak, the comedy rarely lands, and the overall story feels like a very average (or even bad) isekai. I found myself getting bored most of the time while watching.
I actually started this anime because I saw a reel of the MC with Angelica and thought it would be a fun romance isekai. But the writing is so poor that Angelica only appears near the very end, and then the anime immediately finishes. Her part was the only thing I actually enjoyed, everything else felt like a waste of time.
Overall, weak animation, weak jokes, weak story saved only a little by Angelica.

I watched this when it came out and at the time and after re-watching it over a year later I finally feel like I can take on this mess of a series.
I don't blame people for saying this series is bad, and in a way they are right, but the studio is to blame for that, but underneath a terrible adaptation there is promising potential.
A quick TLDR, on a technical and objective level this is a bad anime, the studio absolutely butchered it, but aside from horrible animation in the first half and pacing issues there are plenty of good moments and good points to be found and the series does improve around the second half.
This is a tale of two anime
The first half of this series is terrible, the studio did an atrocious job of handling the adaptation, it's not so much that it seems like they ju…

On the one hand, it's still generic isekai. On the other it has a slightly unique approach.
It starts when the loner-type mc noticed that his whole class is about to be isekai'd so he tried to escape it.
This leads to the funny premise where all the goods skills are taken and all that's left are trash skills. The god pitied him and gave him all the trash skills. Obviously, as per typical isekai plot, by virtue of finding unique combos between the "trash skills", he ends up being op.
Now here's where I start finding it interesting. In most of the "entire class was transported to another world" trope, the mc gets to be completely separated from his class. Most of the time, the mc just creates his own group and we forget about his class.
They barely get air time and are usually just extr…

Just finished Loner Life in Another World and honestly, it was a weird mix of chill and frustrating. I ended up watching the whole season in one go because I was genuinely curious to see where it would go, but do not expect the usual isekai chaos. No crazy fights, no insane animation, no harem drama. It is just… quiet, ordinary, and sometimes strangely charming.
The story follows Haruka, your typical loner in class, who gets summoned to another world along with his classmates. From there it focuses more on interactions and small moments than big battles. Story-wise I would give it 6.5 out of 10. It kept me watching, but I kept thinking, come on, add some tension, some stakes!
Dialogue was surprisingly good, especially the expressions and reactions of the class rep and the armored rep gir…

There are a multitude of strange aspects to this show that bring it down from a good show to only being okay at best. I consider this to be a great example of a STANDARD Isekai, not really doing anything special or unique, but also not really getting caught up in the common issues.
The MC is not OP but he is also not strictly average or weak. He has sub-par special skills assigned to him, but luckily they can be used in sort of ass-pulley ways. They don't really play THAT big of a role in the story as things progress further, in particular the second half of the show almost completely ignores them and focuses mostly on his level.
The first half of the season is a mix of the class getting settled into their new environment along with Haruak getting roped into helping them. For the first 7…

Just another overpowered protagonist in an Isekai, nothing new here. The characters feel hollow and poorly written. The animation is also quite bad, and there’s barely any real story to speak of.
What’s most frustrating is that the main character wants to live completely alone, as the title suggests. But the setting doesn't support that idea at all. If you want to justify a character choosing isolation, the other characters should at least be annoying or unpleasant. Instead, everyone around him is incredibly kind and supportive. So why would someone still want to live alone in such a friendly environment?

The Hitoribocchi no Isekai Kouryaku anime is not an adaptation of the light novel. It follows the manga version, which is already a trimmed-down, more digestible take on the original. So yes, expect things to be even more condensed here than condensed milk.
Scenes move fast. Some characters might feel undercooked. But if you can accept that—and go in expecting a manga-lite adaptation—you’ll find a surprisingly solid isekai with standout PvE/P combat and a unique lead.
The anime does a decent job covering the key moments from the first ~60 chapters of the manga. While some scenes and details are omitted, restructured, or simplified, the important beats are there. Expect minor story changes, tightened dialogue, and the occasional glossing over of character nuance but overall, the narrative…

I can see why a lot of people online are not fans of this. For someone coming in blind, it's a tough watch. That being said, I came into this having read the manga far passed the point that episode 12 ends. I had a grin on my face the whole time seeing how close a lot of this show came to the story I read in the manga. It's not meant to be a serious story for the most part, though some story lines are darker than others. Instead, expect a goofy trip with a few too many (relatively) tame dirty jokes. The manga is something I'll revisit when I need a laugh, and this show really captured the feel of its paperback counterpart. Absolutely loved it, and really wish a second season was realistic.

TLDR and recommendations - You can do so much better. If you like a loner having to deal with his class in a real way, watch Yahari Ore no Seishun Love Comedy wa Machigatteiru. If you want a whole class that's involved, try Naruto or My Hero Academia. If you like simple skills being taken to the limit, try Kekkaishi or Charlotte. I hope you enjoy at least one of them.
You and I both probably saw the summary and thought "Oh, sending an entire class to another world sounds like a fun and interesting dynamic! I wonder what they can do here that other isekais can't? And the main character gets leftover skills! What kind of interesting stuff he'll have to figure out?"
Both of these questions end badly I assure you. Let's start with the more egregious of the two. The class. I'll keep the secon…

1. The Title Promises Solitude, but the Story Delivers Dependency
The title Hitoribocchi no Isekai Kouryaku ("Lonely Attack on a Different World" in English) suggests a protagonist who thrives independently, overcoming challenges alone. However, the story quickly betrays this premise:
Haruto (MC) is rarely "alone": Despite his "lonely" skill (which forces him to fight solo for power boosts), he constantly relies on others—whether for emotional support, strategy, or even combat assistance.
Contradictory mechanics: His "solo" ability is undermined by the narrative’s insistence on surrounding him with allies who solve problems for him, making his "lonely" trait feel like a gimmick rather than a core theme.
This dissonance between title and execution frustrates readers who expected a true s…

"here's an anime idea, let's take an isekai and... okay thats all let's create it"
This show can be described as boring and probably mediocre, let's break it down
Although the show has tags like "ecchi", "harem", "romance", "comedy" and doesnt even provide you anything
eechi tag : literally nowhere to be seen
harem tag : the girls dont even like him
romance tag : aside from that copycat of the girl in solo leveling who travels with the mc in the dungeon, the romance doesnt even exist
comedy: the only time that i laughed is when i was the time when i saw the cgi beasts. aside from that, jokes are unfunny and consist of a chibi head popping on one of the side of the frame and says something to comment on a dialogue that someone just said or just being loud
MC : a guy who is friendless got…

I almost dropped this anime, but I was exhausted and just wanted something simple, lighthearted, and easy to follow—and that’s exactly what this anime delivers.
The MC is an extreme introvert, but not socially anxious—two traits that don’t always go hand in hand. Many frustrating situations could have been avoided if he had more communication experience, but even more could have been prevented if he and the people around him just used basic logic. His maxed-out Luck stat is supposed to justify the plot armor, but a lot of things still don’t make sense.
This anime feels like the result of a somewhat creative writer with a bad habit of speaking before thinking—except in this case, they wrote a script and were too lazy to revise it. There’s no real story, and the plot is basically summed…

Really great anime, the beginning scratches a little at the itch for the kind of anime where the MC builds stuff like he's playing Minecraft/civilization.
Gets a little annoying for a small bit in the middle when the MC just wants to go do his own thing but people keep telling him to stay put cause it's 'too dangerous' despite also dignifying he's op af and can likely win no matter what, worst offender being Class Rep...
The last part of the show kinda changes course out of nowhere, but it builds the MC's first relationship I actually felt invested in.
Angelica is best girl!

A whole class isekai-ed type of anime, with the MC being a "loner" type... or so it would seem.
I will get straight to the point, this anime is dumb, and not the dumb fun type. It does go onto the comedic route, but it fails. Everything about it screamed to me like this is a 12-year old's written wet dream of an isekai... And after finishing the anime and reading online about what happens in the light novels and web novels after the story (and some stuff that was skipped), I was right on the money. The anime doesn't show anything or reaches the point where stuff really gets off the rails, but I highly encourage you to read what happens after finishing the anime... it will put some stuff in perspective.
The plot again makes the decision to instantly transform some of the classmates into p…

Now this anime was a breath of fresh air because it knows exactly what it is. The story is not overly complex and it does spend an exuberant amount of time trying to pretend its something its not. It is your generic isekai where the MC knows it a generic isekai. He even realizes he got the raw end of the deal and got stuck with all the useless skills! Funny how in a generic isekai those "useless" skills make him one of the strongest characters in the show... What a great watch! It was fun from start to finish even if the class rep pissed me off. Like hey ladies he saved you multiple times stop treating him like crap!!!! Oh and Angelica? Talk about a boss. Apparently the WN is spicy compared to the manga and anime? Let me know...

Finished the series in one seating and honestly the class rep character really really REALLY get on my nerves.
Haruka is a chill MC the way i see it and the plot progression is okay but mannnn class rep is really annoying and noisy.
Typical isekai plot with a bit of different setting with the whole classroom.
I've never known or read the novel and manga but these 12 episodes are easy to watch, not a single heavy plot.
Kinda curious on how Haruka's power progression continue on because it's a combination of small power/quirks and not the usual imba MC buffs.
If there is ever a second season, i will watch it just to see how they carry on the story.

A lot of people downtalk this show when actually it’s not too bad I didn’t enjoy it. It is a standard.isekai but having the whole high school class and everything thrown in it makes it unique because I can’t think of any that have the same plot.
Story wasn’t revolutionary just a guy trying to survive an isekai and protect his classmates it was still pretty good at it got better throughout as well. I didn’t feel like I was rushing towards the end and could easily watch a second season / episodes
Season two isn’t confirmed as of writing but I enjoyed it so hopefully season two could be in the wax as it hasn’t really ended on a definite ending but it does give the idea of a future season
With that being said, I enjoyed the show and it holds its own around most isekais and it’s pretty stro…

Without spoilers and without being too mean, this anime is just mid, if not bad.
The story as a whole had great potential, and I really was expecting to see something done about being a "loner," but it was just another boring isekai.
The main character had a good vibe to him. When it started, I got hooked, ngl; then it felt like the writer got lazy or bored of his own story.
Did this anime even have animation? Sometimes they would be speaking and their mouths not move? I don't understand.
The art is okay, the random CGI is bad, the music is bad... I can't find something good to say about this anime.
If you have some time to waste, I guess, sure, give it a try.
