This is my first review on MAL and I'm reviewing BECAUSE OF THIS ANIME
I really don't know what to say about this
Its good for a awhile then it gets all ecchi harem romance shi to the point where the mc rapes the women because he found them "beautiful" and to apparently calm them? If u don't mind what i have mentioned then try the anime, it's the usual isekai but with the things i mentioned.
Not recommend to your average anime watcher.
Okayish for someone who doesn't mind these stuff.
Recommend for i guess harem lovers🙏
I personally liked it besides the rape and like fckn sleeping with 20 women of different kind but yea its the usual isekai slop
Also its VERY similar to our slime anime

Honestly, reading the little text on what the anime was about made me interested, first two episodes made me think it was gonna be an amazing show, that differs from all the other isekais. Well I was wrong, in the beginning the main character starts of as a gentleman who protects the captives from being SA but then later on when he becomes strong he starts AS other captives. From episode 2 this anime it’s only about him killing beasts to get stronger and in the middle of it getting laid with everyone, with or without their consent. I can’t believe a second season is in the making when this anime is promoting this kind of behavior. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.

Answers the question of "What if could kill and bang everything?" 4/10
tL:DR; Power-fantasy kingdom-builder fueled by testosterone and poor choices. Seriously, this could have been so much fun. It's like someone literally said "Man, Reincarnated as a Slime is fun, but why isn't he hooking up with his entire kingdom?"
The Review:
The format is interesting - we get a clear, daily progression they're making in the world. Species are leveling and evolving as everyone increases in power under the MC's rule. Aaaand then we start getting to the dumb stuff. In the third episode, we start with some cool adventures in ancient ruins, exploring the outlying area around their base camp. And then he is almost killed by a Dryad seducing him... but he seduces her instead? Then the elves need help, get…

I watched this anime recently between 13th to 15th November 2025, and it’s another isekai–shonen blend with the usual action, adventure, and fantasy mix — but with a fresh twist. And yeah, just to mention — I watched it right after Goblin Slayer, so for a moment, it actually felt like I’d switched sides… from hating goblins to rooting for one 😅 (well, kind of).
Without giving away any spoilers — the story starts with our main character dying and then being reincarnated as a goblin in a fantasy world. From what I understood, goblins in this world grow up fast but have a short lifespan, around 25–30 years or so. Our MC, now called Gobrou, carries a special ability from his previous life (which you’ll have to watch to find out), and that completely changes the usual “weak goblin” story.

Re:Monster isn't a masterpiece, but it's good and worth watching. It managed to entertain me. The premise is quite interesting, the animation isn't terrible, it's good enough not to detract from the experience, the overall narrative is good, and the development of the protagonist and other important characters is well-explored; some characters were indeed left without much development, but no truly relevant character was neglected. I would say that this anime, even with its flaws, manages to be better than many generic isekai series currently airing. I'd say it's being treated unfairly, as people are being too harsh on it, since there are many worse anime that don't receive as much negative criticism as this one.

The main character starting out as this super powerful special guy before the isekai incident kinda ruins the point of making it an iskeai to begin with, unless it is done well wich in this case it is not.
The early episodes is just exposition dumping and the author trying to justify the protagonist's powers despite being a level 1 goblin or whatever.
The rest of the episodes are just introducing female characters whose sole purpose is to orbit the main character, pointless fight-scenes, and "aura farming" as the new-weebs say it.
Still can't believe this trash is getting a season 2
Watch this if you like solo leveling I guess.

If you are a veteran Isekai Power Fantasy anime enjoyer, you will most likely enjoy this anime.
Its not crazy good, like (Jobless reincarnation, or slime) but it is enjoyable.
Namely putting this review here because I put off watching this since the reviews were bad, but I thoroughly enjoyed it.
The animation is not spectacular but its not horrible. It is pretty fast paced, but I kinda enjoyed the pacing. The main character unlocks skills and etc, so if you like that sort of thing, it is here in this anime. It is a similar feel to the slime isekai, but not as good. Still enjoyable though.
But definitely worth giving a go if you are out of isekai/power fantasy anime to watch.
And this review would have ended on the first sentence I wrote, but MAL has been strict on word count and etc.…

I have to agree with alot of the other reviews regarding this anime. Promise in the first two episodes to horribly go downhill soon after.
The first two episodes I actually enjoyed. Guy been reborn in a fantasy world as a Goblin with memories and abilities of his past life. Instead of the usual Isekai trope of "where am I? How do I get back?" Gobrou, our protagonist, embraces this second chance and uses his intelligence and abilities to excel in this world. He aligns with the biggest Goblin in his pack and uses his ability to steal others abilities (upon eating them) to get stronger. I honestly enjoyed seeing him get stronger in the first two episodes, taking control of the pack from the elder Goblins and installing his own code of "no longer kidnapping human women to rape and impregnate"…

This anime is the definition of the meme "had us in the first half, not gonna lie." I mean, it starts off pretty strongly with a very strong main character and a premise that's actually interesting, unlike most isekais out there. But it quickly becomes extremely stupid as it turns into a generic harem isekai power fantasy where they make the main character way too strong, way too fast removing all challenge and expectation from the progression of the anime.
Then you add the harem on top of it and it just becomes another generic isekai harem fantasy for an author that probably couldn't get laid in real life and had to try to write it or draw it out in manga form. This has been done so many times at this point that it really is frustrating to see good potential manga and anime and stories…

Re\Monster – A Sloppy Take on an Interesting Concept
Re\Monster had everything it needed to be a thrilling dark fantasy isekai, but what it produced was a cringingly middling experience marred by sloppy animation, awkward pacing, and a complete lack of polish.
The Good (Barely)
Fair is the start, though: the central premise was compelling: a guy reborn as a goblin in a cruel survival-oriented world, developing and becoming more powerful by consuming foes. The RPG-esque mechanics, evolutionary system, and morally ambiguous main character had an interesting potential not often visited this method within the isekai genre. But that potential didn't survive long.
Animation – Sloppy and Lifeless
This is quite easily the show's greatest flaw. The animation looks cheap, with stilted character…

Gonna join the dogpile on this one. Don't bother unless you're extremely bored. I think it has a few interesting ideas but goes no where with them fast. The plot is ultimately minimal and like a lot of this sort of content, it doesn't hint at anything greater in the world or story until the very end and even that it just drops. If you told me this was part of a hentai so we don't see anything because all the st uff was cut out I would almost believe you.
tlk;dr don't bother. Has the depth of a puddle and squanders interesting ideas.

This anime moves way too fast, which leaves little room for relationship development, world-building, or even explaining how the world actually works—the one the MC got reincarnated into. The main character also doesn’t really use any knowledge from his previous life, and for most of the season, he just lives in a cave. That’s just one example of the poor or straight-up illogical writing.
Everything the MC does goes perfectly. Every insanely strong monster he faces? He wins in a 1v1 with barely any struggle. Every girl he meets? Instantly into him—even though he’s a monster. It’s hard to take any of it seriously. The art style is mediocre, though it’s not painful to look at.
Would I recommend this anime? If you’re not looking for anything deeper than a puddle, then sure—he gets a harem,…

I usually don’t recommend anime, and to be honest, this is the first one that made me want to write a review—mainly because of the rating it’s been getting.
At first, I thought the low score was because of manga purists, since people often get triggered when an anime strays even a bit from the original manga. But no—it turns out a lot of the complaints are about the main character having multiple women.
Now, let me say: I also found that part unnecessary and even unrealistic. Some of the characters just wouldn’t be interested in a relationship with him given their backgrounds and personalities. Still, beyond that, I found the way the anime tells the story to be very interesting. It progresses day by day, and the protagonist is not a beta or indecisive type—he gets straight to the point.…

# Re:Gret
You can think of Re-Monster as a speed-running and very cheap "Tensei shitara Slime Datta Ken" clone. I almost suspect that the title alone is a gross and unelegant wink to its senior, especially since some events in this anime seems downright copied from its illustrous predecessor. But while I really love stories that involved monsters roleplaying the main characters (an overlord, the slime previously mentionned, a spider and whatnot), this one is deceitful just by how bad it is in its whole.
It's not so bad actually to completely dismissed it (OK... that's debatable) but at the very least this is simply too fast and cheap to even able to enjoy the evolution of the growing unbeatable goblin (which doesn't even stay a goblin for long, so calling it evolution is a bit far-stretche…

This show could have been some quality isekai slop for people who like the generic power fantasy. It suffers from the same issues of bland characters and oversexualization you would see in any of these shows, but the action is well done. It also doesn't really go anywhere with the plot and has some very strange stuff that feels like the author satisfying a pregnancy fetish. All of this could be forgiven as quirks of the genre, except for one glaring issue:
The main character is literally a r*pist and this is presented as nothing at best or a joke at worst. It's absolutely disgusting and makes the show entirely unforgivable. How can you be expected to root for a protagonist that's so awful? There's nothing graphic, but the implications alone say everything I need to know about the writers.

First, this is complete garbage for only the hungriest of trash goblins.
This looks interesting at first glance but when you actually watch it there isn't any substance to it. A guy re orn as a monster that kills and eats his prey to evolve? Sure. But once you watch it the episodes literally don't amount to anything more than someone writing in a journal of their adventures with the novelistic skill of saying "This happened so I did this and that was a huge success so I did this. But then, something happened I never would have expected and that went great so me and my friends all evolved and then more great things happened!"
There is literally no room for character development and by the end of it everyone evolved so many times without you getting to see actual character interactions you…

It was... Alright.
Initially it was quite interesting, and gave good hopes that there'd be some great story. Turns out, that was a lie.
I was hoping for more in depth story, adventuring, world-building, etc. Instead, most of the series was spent in a cave. Its a largely fighting, and battle orientated anime.
It largely stuck to the whole "building a harem" trope, which personally, I find lame and tiresome.
It also has, in my opinion, terrible pacing of time. Some things just happen at random intervals, days passing by in mere seconds to days that will last entire episodes.
There was some hinting near the end that may credit towards future world-building being more in depth, but that's a real 50/50.
Overall, I think its an alright watch, if you're looking for something simple. That or if…

harem OP isekai slop with the added bonus of everything feeling morally questionable at best. and not in a funny or quirky way or in any way that would make it fun to watch with friends while intoxicated. its just. nasty
this took an interesting premise that i enjoyed in other isekai ive watched and then COMPLETELY RUINED it. every aspect of this anime is just covered in an uncomfortable layer of slimy degeneracy for no apparent reason.
the main character is a hypocrite with half of what he says and does and has pretty much 0 personality otherwise or any sort of growth or anything redeeming. and yes, he is supposed to be a monster but its incredibly hard to care about anything that happens or feel at all emotionally invested in something when you dont actually like any of the characters…

I am only writing this because of how many bad reviews there are. Anyway, this was amazing. There is no holding back a true anime, honestly, I hate Tensei shitara Slime Datta Ken and a growing majority of anime in this genre due to how filtered they are or how dumb they are take Tensei shitara Slime Datta Ken for example if I watched it when I first started watching anime I probably would've never watched another because it seemed like an over exaggerated (forgive me) cartoon because anime is about going beyond limits and be more mature this had the gore and other mature aspects but kept a sense of light-heartedness sure it had some plot holes but nothing big and it didn't get overloaded with light-heartedness or stupidity like a lot of isekais lately (looking at you "I parry everything")…

The most inconsistent anime i've ever watch How they narated this was so lazy, they just make the mc yapping abt the whole plot
They really love to info dumping but they use none of them to make the world building better, its sucks
The power scale? Horrible
The animation? Its not that bad, but not good either, they're lazy to animate fight scene, even worst, they cut most of it
To many sudden things happen and they're didn't even bother to explain it, bruh you just info dumping us before and now you're to lazy to explain
The pace? So freakin fast like a flash, feels like when you watch someone makes video abt explaining an hour movie to one minute only
The character development sucks, i invested to none
How they cut a scene was horrible, when iam boutta sad abt something, THEY IMMEDIATE C…
