I've been avoiding this one for years, and all I can say... I regret it so much.
First of all, we have to be so freaking grateful for actually having a full manga adapted. The story continues the absolute MID first season, honestly watching the first season made me understand why nobody recommends this story, is such a shit show with so much unnecessary drama, and honestly 2nd season is not far from there, the pacing is way to fast, relationships come out where before seemed impossible.
Even so, im not against how the story was portrayed, I know they have limited space to present it and I can confidently say they did it pretty well, all you need is to give up a little and just enjoy the ride and HO-LY is a freaking roller coaster.
Next im gonna answer the question if its a good endin…

The story is honestly so unique, and even though I don’t really write reviews, I feel like I had to say something. I really hate how some people call this romance anime trash because that’s just not true. This anime seriously messes with your feelings in the best way. The last three episodes had me feeling everything tears, happiness, excitement, all of it. The ending was perfect, no complaints. The animation looks amazing, the voice acting fits so well, and every episode keeps you emotionally invested. Having three couples in one romance makes it even better. For people hating or spreading misinformation, just stop. This anime is easily a 9.5/10.

After a somewhat underwhelming first season, 3D Kanojo: Real Girl Season 2 managed to improve in certain aspects, earning a 6/10 from me. The continuation of Hikari and Iroha’s relationship brought more emotional weight, and the character development felt slightly more refined this time around.
One of the strengths of this season was its deeper exploration of Iroha’s backstory and the challenges in their relationship. The conflicts felt more meaningful compared to the rushed resolutions in Season 1. Hikari also showed better growth as a character, becoming more confident and emotionally mature.
However, the series still suffered from pacing issues. While some moments were well-executed, others felt overly dramatic or unnecessarily dragged out. The supporting characters received more atte…

The first season was perfect, and the second season isn't different.
This a touching story. The development of protagonist, is smooth and precise. I identified myself a bit. The general Story, as said previously, is very good.
The animation is "ok". This studio have your good points and bad points. In relation, the manga, the story is the same, only with a small difference, because the anime hasn't adapted the special chapter, that extends the story.
The last chapter of manga, could be an OVA, but... in resume, this anime is good, very good. I extremely recommend. All of this is good, the story, characters and the soundtrack, opening and ending. The plot is fantastic and with surprises.

To say this was a dumpster fire would be an insult to dumpster fires. Where to begin? So, the story pickups right after the first season. No rocket science there, but then it doubles down on the nonsensical drama that happens for no good reason as it continues to emasculate men. The girls don't get away either. Their IQ seems so low, that the military would refuse them. The adults, the few that they had, could have not been more retarded. Mix that in with the dumb AF story with the standard anime must have school tropes and you realise that "Redo of healer" might have been a masterpiece. This show makes you wonder if in Japan, you can beat up nerds and girls without consequence. The voice acting...I thought these people were professionals paid to sound like the character but no! They must…

I really liked the first season of this, and the second season was even better. Throughout the second season, you finally get to see some character development within Tsutsui, and it helps out the story, The characters around Tsutsui also makes this anime much better to watch. It's a great series and will pull at your heartstrings. (I cried a few times throughout the season) Although it's ending is a bit well not rushed but more like it could have been expanded on a bit more, though it still turned out well for the anime, and I personally loved the ending.

Thank you Mao Nanami and all the ones that made this outstanding history. It will be forever in my heart.
I completely loved this masterpiece!
I would like talking about how this anime despict how the life is in all you form, this a completely SLICE OF LIFE where you sometimes fells that the main and the supports are living you YOUR real world.
I now that some episodes can be very cliche and we are talking about teenagers that lives, but the feelings is being passed throws the scenes can make you think that you indeed is living in their world.

Enjoyment: 8/10
Overall: 7/10 (For the entirety of anime)
8/10 (for second season)

This in a way touched me. It had realistic elements you would see in a real life lover relationship. First and foremost, let me just say this. Season 2 is way better than season 1. In Season one I was a bit burnt out. Characters pissed me off, animation was absolute shit. I was about to drop it if it wasn't for the comment section saying it get better. So being the pushover that I am I watched the entirety of the series. And God I have been satisfied like this in a long time. Season two gave phenomenal character development for all the characters, improved relationships in a realistic way, and hit me in the feels hard, only to g…

The second season got more 'normal' and I suspect that more people can relate to the characters in the second season as they progress towards 'normality'.
One thing I found badly done was the premise of the story and the ending. It was lame and felt rushed. But I wonder if a certain subsequent novel that became an anime was inspired by this series. Wish they had made the last episode into another season though. It's a fascinating theme to explore.
One serious problem I had was with the character of Igarashi Chika. I'm met people like that and while they seem normal, they're actually monsters inside. Too many cases of family ignoring such boys and the various types of abuse they cause within families.

I watched the first season of 3D Kanojo: Real Girl and I was left very unimpressed. I'd heard really good things about the second season and after watching it, decided I wanted to think about it before reviewing it. My short takeaway: What an improvement. I'll assume you've seen the first season for the purposes of this review.
Story & Characters: We continue our story of our odd couples as they tackle real issues in high school, while also balancing their relationships. Hikari and Iroha are obviously our main couple, but we also get to see how the interactions between other characters turn out. Itou and Ayado have different feelings to work through while Ishino, to varying levels of success, attempts to get in the eyes of the stern Takanashi. We also get to see some time devoted to Hikar…

Everybody deserves to be loved, even when they don't think they do. Honestly the protagonist of this series could be really annoyingly dense at times. He apparently takes after his father in that regard. Both of them are obsessed with the idea that there's no way they could deserve the love they receive from their respective partners. Characters coming to terms with those strong emotions is at the core of this show, and seeing them slowly transform from not being to accept those feelings to the happy ending we get is so heartwarming it's almost sickeningly sweet. I'm supposed to be a jaded cynic and this show had me balled up in tears over the sappy ending.
The message of the show is clear, true happiness is found in the bonds we make with other people and everyone deserves to feel that.…

Gotta say it was quite the ride. On the first season it was very hard to watch as the plot keeps going haywire, some part of it were great and the other not so, even reach a horrible state that force me to put the show on hold for a few months. S2 on the other hand was beautifully done. The plot progress fixed a lot of messed up from s1 and cleared some trouble in the three main couple. We got a more serious plot progression where as they highlight more of the main story conflict making the show more fun to watch. Overall I'd say watching 3d Kanojo is worth it, although season 1 might come as hard to watch, once you went thru season 1, season 2 is gonna be like the reward waiting on the end of this ride.

Never thought i would love such a clichèd anime, and given the entire journey was such a wholesome one, makes me love it even more...
3D kanojo had the basic plot story on how an otaku falls a girl (a real one) and how his life changes as he breaks out of his shell and embraces the feeling of love,
BUT! It could be wine talking right now but, I felt so heartful that i stared into the abyss thinking about my life choices. However it gave strong Wotakoi vibes but still cant shake the feeling of how close and personal the characters here feels like....
It certainly felt a bit rushed at first ngl, but it carried the character development, story line, and the moe ~ moe feelings all throughout the eps and i'm so elevated right now, i cant easily pu…

This is the very first review ive done in my time here in MAL
Season 1 was a complete ( not entirely) trainwreck or so to say. But damn, Season 2 brought a lot of improvements... the anime as a whole was enjoyable. We get to see our characters doing their things. I actually liked Tsutsui and Iroha’s relationship... they get to harden of their relationship in a timespan of 6 months. There are some funny parts and some sweet moments here and there, and those things made me enjoy Season 2. I like the background design, but it tends to give me light headaches agh. All in all, its not a bad anime!
~ man, This is the first and worst review I have written ~

OK. So. Here goes.
This is about as Mid as I can give it credit for.
Characters:
The main leads are kind of basic. The nerd who needs to break out of his shell and the quiet misunderstood girl. I get that this formula can work and work well, but it's how the characters interact through out the story that makes them memorable. Lets look at something similar like Wotakoi. You have something almost lined up like that and the characters are fantastic. Mainly because they behave in believable ways. SO many stories have some one needing to break out of a shell and can do it right. It mostly plays to the circumstance too. The best example to campare This show's lead (Hikari) to is Naoto from Don't toy with me Nagatoro. How do they compare?
Hikari:
An "Otaku" who doesn't get normie life and meet…

Phew, I managed to finished until second season and I'm glad I did it. Second season bring the most out of 3D Kanojo, the drama and conflict become more substantial and impactful, the character getting more matured, the animation become more consistent.
I am glad they fixed how the story gives you conflict, it is more rewarding (and less upsetting) and I liked it, didn't expected I am gonna teared up watching this anime. The characters become more fleshed (the jerkness of some characters kinda go away), mature, and you just kind of respect them more. I am amazed how they become more careful handling the characters development in this season.
The animation is still wonky at a times, but become more consistent and better.
I think this is a proper finale and overall improvement compared to…

This anime made me cry and gave me hope.
The first season of this show is based around the budding of the relationship of if TsunTsun and Iroha. The story, while pretty straightforward is just two people knowing the quirks of each other. This continues into season 2 but the bulk of the work gets done in S01.
S02 revolves around the other friends a but I think that is exceedingly fair. It would be boring to watch something that is based around just a few characters all the time. Especially the supporting characters become much more involved [Gotta love Ishino, she is the best support character that I have seen in a long while. She definitely won my heart.]
The main takeaway from S02 is that no-matter who you are, love with all of your heart and you will never be disappointed. I person…

If you like the underdog that punches above its weight, this might be the show for you.
I watched this series completely on a whim, expecting a lot of lonely otaku wish-fulfillment / pandering. I'll be quite honest, the start of the first season threw a lot of objectively unbelievable premises at the viewer exactly along these lines. Still, despite the predictably unbelievable start, it had some merits. Once getting past the initial unbelievable developments, the drama and romance aspects that followed were enough to keep me interested and just enough to make me curious about what would happen in the sequel.
And I'm glad I kept watching. I have to admit that where the first season of this show modestly exceeded my (very low) expectations, the second blew them out of the water. Now keep i…

Well in the second season they got it much better, characters progressed well, all except the MC but I guess that's what they were aiming for and yes it gets tedious. But the good a better sound track, artwork and story is much more fulfilling this time around. I cared more about the characters this time around. Since they got a second season their budget must have gone up too. If you dropped this mid first season or dropped it after the first season the second is worth a watch they do much better. The drama is here too so get out your hankies. xD

I originally dropped this show because I found the characters to be annoying and the MC basically kept screwing up for the same reasons to the point where it got repetitive.
Recently I decided to pick it up and discovered that the 2nd season is far stronger than the first. The main cast all gets more screen time with a lot of them becoming a lot more likeable then in the first series.
I found early on in season 1 that characters were always too nice. It's a weird complaint but it's not interesting to see a cast who are this irritatingly wholesome the only two characters I liked from the start were Ishino and Takanashi. They were mean and selfish but still good underneath. It felt like they had a lot more complexity and chemistry especially together then the MC and the other couple.
Ito…
