This is just straight up revenge porn. This show is awful and anyone who thinks otherwise is a liar, to themselves and everyone they love.
The characters have little to no personality, especially after Keyaru does "his thing".
The story is memorable but for all the wrong reasons causing me to want to clean my eyes with bleach in order to forget this horrid experience.
The animation quality itself is also so mid and half of this show is unwarranted sex scenes that my family had to encounter as I unknowingly watched this show in my living room.
Overall, I give this show a 1/10, although I'd give it a 0/10 if I could. It has no redeemable qualities, pure shock value, and budget animation.

Once the shock of the first or second episode wears off, because of how explicit and sick everything is, you realize that the plot is super flat.
There's no real tension, MC always wins, there's no character growth or a script that's worth it.
It's basically some dude in his mother's basement's fantasy of revenge and making everyone suffer, an excuse of a story to make you uncomfortable and that's it.
I assure everyone who's trying to watch this, don't feel bad for dropping it. It's really flat, and believe me, you're not missing out on any narrative masterpiece.

When you make a main character as tortured as this one so wildly hateable it shows either a creator that is bad at writing characters, a creator who is a sick freak, or both. Redo of healer is in that both category. Aside from generally being horribly difficult to watch and the topic matter abhorrent; the characters are also just generally dense and unlikeable, and their motivations confusing.
The art is fine for what it is as well as the voice acting which is the only reason my score is even this high. If I rated this show on moral or artistic merits alone, It would be one of the lowest rated anime on my entire profile.

Redo of Healer is a high-quality revenge story. Some people dislike it just because it has a lot of ecchi, but it is actually excellent.

The story is high quality. Even though there is a lot of ecchi, that doesn't make an anime bad. If you think like me or if you enjoy ecchi, you should watch it. This anime truly revitalizes the isekaiesque fantasy anime. It brings something new to the already full table and manages to carve its own niche with the great ideas it brings to the table. Keiyaru as a protagonist is unique and actually a relatable guy for once. This show is not for everybody, so I wouldn't recommend watching it unless you understand concepts like gore, cruelty and so on.
But that is also why I find it to be so enjoyable. It's like The Shield Hero, but on steroids. I do not care about the 18 rated scenes, but man this story of revenge is sweet.
Honestly, I do want to have a second season with our beloved Keyaru. And for the people not recommending this, well, I can understand why, but at the same time this anime is not really for your casual anime watcher. Keyaru does not forgive and does not forget. And frankly, it's perfectly understandable why he did what he did, but at the same time he's not a cruel character (at least, not towards the decent characters throughout the show).
