Just mid, actually below mid. This show is an actual sleezer of a show, it has some funny moments but nothing that really captures your attention. The characters are all shitty, the story is as boring and simple as you could get, everything about it is just ass.
The first half of the show was decent, nothing special, maybe worth watching. But then the romance elements came in and kinda just turned the show into actual dogshit. It felt very rushed and pretty much solidified this show into being garbage. It felt like they were trying to set up for a second season of this show (they aren't getting one) and maybe thats why the show felt shit near the end.
Anyways, this show is pretty shit, not worth watching unless you want some background show for sleeping so thats an up.

Villainess level 99 can best be described with two words: Horrendous CGI Horses and Otome Villainess Slop. And honestly that’s all I can say, its slop anime that’s meant to pad out a season with series that takes a fairly simple concept and just animates it as it is. The anime doesn’t tell a unique or well made story or puts extra love into the action or animation department; its overly just inoffensive. Watching this is never felt like I was actively wasting my time nor being punished from it, its was kind of just helping me pass it.
The premise fallows a person whose gets isekai into their favorite otome game as the villainess and has to avoid getting ended early by the FL and MLs, all while enjoying a nice and quiet life. All extremely by the books and can be found in 100+ web novels…

Level 99 is an otome isekai where a girl is reincarnated as the villianess, and decides to make the best of it by grinding to level 99. The other characters are like, wow, that's crazy haha. And that's the show. Not to say it's bad, but that's pretty much the whole thing.
The character development is lacking, and the plot is one-note. It's more of a cute loner girl does cute things show, and everyone around her thinks she's so weird and scary. Most of the other characters are quite rude for a majority of the show, which is to be expected from this villainess isekai subgenre, but I found annoying. Another thing to note is that the titled villainess doesn't do much villainy, or have much of an ill intent towards others, which I usually look for in these kinds of shows. She is in the "role"…

An enjoyable and cute anime with some funny moments.
Yumiella is isekai'd into an otome game she has played before as a hidden boss. She levels herself up to 99 to change her life and the story. The plot itself is really simple, and there's really no twist. It's as exactly as said.
Let's talk good first. The best thing I would say is Yumiella's deadpan personality. It makes for some truly comedic moment. Whether in face of "danger", scrutiny, or whatever else, she is a stone cold jaded gal. That said, I think her character is too inconsistent. Yumiella seems versed in understanding society, friendships, love, and underhanded plots, but they also make her stupid not to understand when someone is trying to show affection for her. Yumiella is also straight upi retarded sometimes because sh…

First of all… who even comes up with such long names for anime?! 😅 Anyway, I started this one on 4th Oct and wrapped it up by 5th Oct 2025 — yes, in a single stretch. And of course, it all begins with our old friend Truck-kun. Because why not? Classic isekai entry, right?
So yeah, this one’s an Otome Isekai with a female lead, kind of like those fairytale setups — gives off Disney princess or Barbie fantasy vibes. I’ve seen similar ones before like I’m in Love with the Villainess or Trapped in a Dating Sim (which was one of my favorites… though let’s not talk about its second season 😅).
Coming back to this anime — honestly, I liked it! It’s a short 12-episode ride, and by the end, the main villain’s gone, so maybe no season 2… but I really hope there is one. I wanna see more of Yumiell…

I may have been just watching too much slop lately, but this show was actually pretty entertaining. The premise is generic enough, but the main character and some supporting characters are entertaining enough, while keeping me interested in the plot.
The main character is quite entertaining. They have an interesting/unique personality and the humor here resonated with me enough for me to laugh out loud a few times. There are quite a few characters that act quite dumb though, and they try to explain it, but it stil feels a bit off. I guess they are teenagers, and game characters. It's just there's a group of character who doubt the main characters strength at the start, but even after being given copious proof, they never loose their snarky attitude, or "I'll get you this time" personality…

This is an amazing anime, the plot itself is very solid and the way each episode joins together seems as if natural or smooth. I really like the concept of the isekai'ing into a otome game and how Yumiella is a hard-core player of the game so she knows the ways in the game so it really seems relatable to some people today. The comedy + romance really fits well, even though the animation isn't like on par with Demon Slayer, it's still very good to me. I hope if there is a next season, it will tell us more about the kingdoms outside and maybe a level cap increase. it's a 10/10 anime.

Man, what an anime. I have mentioned that I don't even like action/fantasy anymore, but I want to at least give them a chance, and I freaking love this. Despite the 3D CGI, I really love how the story is better than a lot of isekai. This might as well be the same score as "I'm Quitting Heroing", but because of the CGI, it's a letdown.
How did I find this?
OPENING! Holy moly, Mayu's really pop off. I've been a fan of Myth and Roid since the Overlord days. I know how Mayu, the singer of that band, was leaving the band, so seeing Mayu's solo career, it feels so refreshing seeing her reach a lot of places. I'm in love.
Appealing (Why did I get into the anime?)
Just the premise.
I never told you this was, but I love a possession story, especially when the written character and the MC/possesse…

✒ 🕳Yumiella Packs a Punch🥊 °8° °excellent fun° 💯%🔍 °minor spoilers° some minor spoilers
Ehnleit Alicia opens the show. She's level-1. Accepted for her rare light magic abilities, she's the only commoner at the academy. So, Alicia is the protagonist, correct? She's the lead character in an 🖲RPG, but she isn't the lead in this 🌍. Alicia is golden in the video game, which is based on a real world in another dimension. Everybody in this game-world is unaware of that, except the raven haired, black magic wielding Dolkness Yumiella (Yumi). Ever since she recovered her memories of her past life (in which she played this game obsessively), she /does/ realize that. She's known about it since the tender age of 5. She remembers she used to be a modern girl living in modern-day Japan. Now, she'…

I was excited for this series to get an anime since I had read the LN back when J Novel club was translating it. Overall it’s a faithful adaption of the first volume expect for the ending. Little details were cut here and there and some things were combined but it was still good. They kind of can’t properly adapt the later volumes though with how they changed the ending, so it’s unlikely there will be a season 2. Personally I prefer the LN ending more because it leaves things open for the rest of the story to take place, but I do like how this ending mostly ties up everything neatly so there aren’t cliff hangers anime only people are left with. I think it really could have benefitted from a 13th episode just to help add in more depth and so the ending wasn’t rushed but using 12 episodes to…

A surprisingly good show.
Coming into this show, I had the idea that this was going to be the generic villainess story with the MC being OP and showing up the "Heroes", and while that did happen at first, there are considerable developments that stray away from the formula. And while it's definitely not amazing at it, it dives into the political aspect of being an OP noble by exploring how the different factions of the kingdom seek to gain favour. I also enjoy the MC (The villainess) herself, seeing how she interacts with noble life and how she handles social situations provides decent comedy.
The show isn't without its flaws. I found the supporting cast weak. Without getting into too much detail, the main love interest is somewhat generic and lacks interest. It also tapers off at the e…

If you're looking for something fun to watch that doesn't have too much angst (although it does have some), this may be a good anime to try. It's also a good anime for people who can't get enough of the "reincarnated as a villainess" trope that's become so popular recently. That being said, there are a few details to keep in mind while watching it.
The first of these is the animation. For some reason the animators decided to use a mix of 3D and 2D animation for this anime. When the 3D animation (generally used for non-humans) is used in a scene with 2D animation (human characters or landscapes), the animation styles clash. The anime lost a star on my rating for this reason.
That being said, the storyline made up for the poorer quality of animation. While it didn't have too much that was…

Normally, I would make fun of awful cgi in low budget anime.
But the way they cut corners in this anime made me root for the studio even more. They made it work with what little they had.
Especially for the monsters. For example, they had that one skeleton model and duplicated it into a whole army.
They had one close-up shot of decently animated skeleton "roaring". And they reused the same footage multiple times throughout the show. They couldn't even try to make the 3d models blend with background or 2d characters. The 2d and 3d elements having completely different frame rates was hilarious to watch.
While the 3d models are awful, they did their best with 2d animation for the characters. Outside of action scenes, the characters' small movements are well-animated. I said they did their bes…

Watchable and somewhat enjoyable.
Typical otome isekai with typical overpowered tropes, it follows a feminine isekai structure even if there are some masculine isekai elements (unreasonable and OP main character, etc.).
The main character is reincarnated in a game world as a hidden boss villainess, other characters will be hostile towards her until they suddenly change their minds as the story progresses. A slippery slope to be honest, softening the story in a lightning fast manner is just a symptom of a rushed adaptation.
This brings me to the biggest problem of the series, the story starts at a normal pace but then it just skips years of time just to get to end point of defeating the demon lord, an exponential rush of an otherwise averagely paced storytelling. The last two episodes espec…

Your standard villainess isekai slop, but the MC, who is the cutest little dorky autist out there, just power levels out of her inevitable fate rather than using her womanly wiles to change her fate like I was expecting. The show is lacks any tension, making up for it by escalating the comedic antics of the MC throughout the show, like slave driving the students to level up faster, healing through the most grotesque means possible, and fumbling through standard conversation that gets misinterpreted constantly. The romance element of the show was also interesting, with the love interest actually having a character beyond being a nice guy, and watching them consistently miscommunicate is a joke that I don't get tired of.
The show is an enjoyable binge, not deep or tense, but with so many f…

Level 99 Villainess is very generic with the exception of the antics, interactions & internal dialogue of the stoic, kuudere, socially inept, gamer brain main character Yumiella. While her character has its faults, she significantly carries the show and therefor if you aren’t entertained by the aforementioned, this show will likely fall flat & become a pile of nothing.
Everything that the show offers outside of the main character is shallow, generic, rapid & formulaic to the point there’s nothing else to latch onto if she doesn’t interest you. Anyone who is not the main character is severely underdeveloped, these side characters either regress or receive personal growth that feels jarring when we the viewer last saw them in a complete opposite state & mentality. One could argue that the s…

Villainess Level 99 had and idea, a good one too... but around the half way point it got ditched to follow the well traveled generic road instead.
Our "villainess" is the usual /I got Isekaied into an Otome game and I'm the villainess/. As the title suggests she's the hidden boss of the game so very much post game content rather than the final boss... why would an Otome have that?!?
The hook here is that she's indifferent. She's not trying to change the route, be the number one villainess, hack the game...etc. Her focus is literally just leveling up and being strong, That's it. The Otome game can play in the background for all she cares with it's cardboard cutout characters.
At first this is interesting as the tropes of the genre are thrown to the side as "boring" and our MC simply doe…

So, this is an isekai where the protagonist gets thrown into a game, something like a text-based dating sim, but with a magical medieval setting. The standout feature is that the MC plays the antagonist in the game’s original story, but she’s not about to stick to the script. Thanks to her chill personality and meta-knowledge of the game world, she really stands out compared to the usual tropes in similar anime.
Despite the genre, the romance arcs aren’t super cringey, and a solid chunk of time is spent on the actual plot. Fun fact: the short light novel this is based on is already finished, and the first season, which dropped this year, feels like a complete story. Even if it doesn’t get a continuation, there’s no loose ends or unfinished business, which is a huge win.
On the flip sid…

Started off good, all my favorite tropes, misunderstood villainess is a game where they’re trying to fix the plot and then they redeem themselves etc etc… but then got boring. Pretty shallow level writing, not much character development
It’s a very cliche trope (which I like) but I didn’t really get attached to any of the characters. Even the lead kinda bored me. Art was fine , but what was the point.
If you want a casual kind of filler show, this would be good, but if ur looking for something exciting, try something else
How much do I need to write jeez

This is just a chill slice of life/comedy-ish drama. Very hit or miss.
Good things: Yumi's fun to watch, the magic is cool (nothing special but pretty flashy), animation does it's job.
Overall, it has some wholesome themes (though very tropey) and decent execution.
The fight scenes are...okay. Like...if you enjoyed Saiki and Saitama one-shotting enemies you'd enjoy this too. There's not much else in terms of action though.
I mean, honestly this is like the many many overpowered reincarnation animes just that this one is female-led and without a harem. So yeah.
I did like Yumi and Alicia's relationship, she seems to have the most organic reaction to Yumi. Yumi and Patrick's cute too. Alicia and her trio of admirers less so, mainly because the 3 boys are reduced to brainless animatron…
