Chained Soldier

Chained Soldier

Introduction

As his school days draw to an end, Yuuki Wakura worries about his future. While lamenting the prospect of living an ordinary life, he is suddenly drawn into the world of Mato: an alternate dimension filled with dangerous monsters called Shuuki. Over the years since the existence of Mato was first confirmed, incidents of people accidentally wandering into the other world have become commonplace. To combat the threat of the Shuuki and rescue victims like Yuuki, the all-female Demon Defense Force was established. Its members have been blessed with the power of "Peaches"—Mato fruits that grant supernatural abilities only to women. Though Yuuki's situation is dire, he is saved in the nick of time by Kyouka Uzen, the chief of the Demon Defense Force's seventh unit. Despite Kyouka's impeccable skills in battle, she has long been held back by her Peach-granted ability, Slave. Slave allows Kyouka to put a living being under her control and draw out its strength, but the Shuuki that she had enslaved until now had all proven to be exceedingly weak. When Yuuki and Kyouka become surrounded by a horde of Shuuki, Kyouka resorts to something she has never tried before: using her ability on a man. To her surprise, Yuuki's slave form is much more powerful than she could have imagined. Believing the young man to be the key to unlocking her true potential, Kyouka invites Yuuki to join the Demon Defense Force—but not as a regular member. [Written by MAL Rewrite]

Mato Seihei no Slave is a series that leaves you with mixed feelings, balancing a genuinely compelling narrative with some glaring, unavoidable quirks. On the positive side, the story is surprisingly strong. While it might not be for everyone, it has a gripping hook that makes it incredibly easy to get invested. What truly stands out, however, is the character utilization. In most anime, the line between the main cast and disposable side characters is painfully obvious, but here, the ensemble actually matters. The majority of the characters get enough dedicated screen time and development to feel like real, essential parts of the world rather than just background filler. However, the series definitely has its drawbacks. The core concept of the protagonist receiving an intimate "reward" f…

Going into this I definitely wasn’t expecting to get yet another remix of Quintessential Quintuplets. Due to the massive success of that series that formula is fairly popular in romcom series these days, and while I’m not opposed to it in general it can easily make for a restrictive and familiar viewing experience if they don’t make the gimmick interesting enough. Mabotai does better than most, choosing to mix in action elements and crank the ecchi levels up a notch from its contemporaries, but at the end of the day it can’t quite escape that feeling of being a derivative work rather than properly cementing its own identity. About half of the show’s runtime is dedicated to character interaction and this is where the basis of my comparison to those kinds of series comes from. Yuuki begins…

The plot is honestly pretty solid, the characters are enjoyable, distinct, and creative. Show has a lot of its own identity and doesn't just rely on generic settings and tropes. Pacing is nice, and they have a balanced ratio of comedy-action-emotional scenes. If you're okay with ecchi? I recommend it. If you're *looking* for ecchi? I definitely recommend it. If you're averse to ecchi? best avoid. But the one thing that makes this stand-out to me? It's the only modern anime I've seen willing to use fanservice like they did back in the 2000s/2010s. It feels like I'm watching Highschool DxD or Infinite Stratos again. I personally feel (and I bet a lot of you do too) that a lot of modern "ecchi" suffers because they're too afraid to lean into their genre. Most of the time these days it just…

I just finished Chained Soldier it really impressed me the fighting was great animation suprised me it was great I didn't expect much for a ecchi or aka gooner anime but it suprised me it was peak! I was gonna watch this back in 2024 when it was airing but that is besides the point never too late to watch this I highly reccomend you watch it if you like anime like highschool dxd this is very similiar to it the plot is just a little less but still there the plot is on a similiar level of demon slayer in my opinion!

My review of Mato Seihei no Slave can be summed up pretty easily: fast entertainment with some very questionable choices. The main character basically gets enslaved and forced to fight monsters so the commander can achieve her personal goals. In other words, he’s not really a character… he’s a resource—an asset with legs serving his “master.” And it raises an interesting question: if a better alternative showed up to achieve those goals, what would happen to him? Nothing good. Of course, the show won’t go there, but it’s pretty obvious he’d be discarded without a second thought. One of the biggest issues is the protagonist himself. He’s incredibly passive. It doesn’t matter who he’s with—commander, sub-commander, or some random soldier—he just adapts and submits. There’s no internal conf…

If you love old school harem anime you will absolutely love this one! Just when I thought they don't make 'em like this anymore, it turns out they sure do. From the rock OP all the way to the battle scenes and abstract ecchi comedy it had me full of nostalgia. The fantasy setting is also completely free of any video game mechanics or reincarnation style isekai! Also yeah if it isn't obvious its femdom ALTHOUGH it is definitely not limited to that and gender roles are explored in different ways. The premise is basically that another world (Mato) appeared and edible peaches from that world granted superpowers to women (but not men). Women used these powers to fight off demons (called Shuuki) invading from Mato, and of course because this is an 18+ Harem anime their abilities happen to be fe…

The Slave Want His Reward Chained Soldier is about girls that just want one thing, the slave main character, but is he big enough for that all? Is this a fetish show, yes, is it a dunm fit show, yes, is it also entertaining, absolutely yes! this is femdom in anime form. where women are the powerful one with power, and men are stock as house husbands, but I am all in for this funny absurdity. the uniforms, how they talk to the main character, how it slowly becomes a harem, this it's so fetish like, but in the funniest way. But then we got good anime fights with interesting powers, and entertaining villain characters that are funny to see. Female character design is pretty and sexy, and the story is a dumb excuse for stuff to happen. the female characters feel powerful, which you woul…

Good morning, good afternoon, good evening everyone, I'm here to share my thoughts on Mato Seihei No Slave. I hope you enjoy it. Mato Seihei No Slave is a manga series writting by Takahiro (known for the resounding success of Akame Ga Kill from 2014). The manga currently has 173 chapters and is a series in the genres of ecchi, harem, comedy, action, and a little romance. The story follows young Yuuki Wakura, an ordinary high school student who didn't have many skills, but he compensated as a domestic servant. One day, Yuuki ends up in the Wild World, where there are demons called Shuuki who attack humans, The Demon Extermination Task Force fights and exorcises demons so that there may be more peace in the wilderness. The protagonist is then invited by Kyouka Uzen to become her slave, and…

Mato Seihei no Slave: I can say it's worth watching. The animation and CGI were high quality. The theme is monsters dismembering limbs. It was on par with Goblin Slayer. Speaking of the characters, the main character is a bit perverted, but not as much as the characters in DxD anime. Fanservice was used in moderation. They use sexuality as a tool, avoiding placing it at the center of the anime. It's better than most second-rate anime. It's surprising that it has a story. I don't usually follow such anime. Fan edits played a big part in my watching it. - Mato Seihei no Slave: Anime izlemeye değer olduğunu söyleyebilirim. Animasyonları & cgı`ı kaliteliydi. konusu olan canavarlar uzuv parçalanmaları. goblin slayer kalitesindeydi. Karakterler hakkında konuşucak olursam. Ana kararker az sapi…

Well, what can you say about Chained Soldier? The anime has more than its fair share of fan service, so much so that it's annoying. The story is very simple and not particularly complex or good. The characters, and especially the interaction with the main character, aren't even that bad, but unfortunately it's typical of a harem where everyone falls for him after less than three or four episodes. The antagonists had a cool build-up, but then became really shallow and poorly told; it doesn't matter what happens to them. On the positive side, I can say that the anime gets funny every now and then, and everything revolves around the MC's sister.

This is a hilarious story, because it is simply a healthy relationship masquerading as being edgy. Seriously, any girl you ask who has an interest in you will be more than happy to walk on you and step on your nuts while laughing the whole time, especially when you are young. Oh wow, you really helped me all day, so I shall reward you with a kiss. Or, we will bathe together and enjoy checking each other out. Haha, that is actually a super typical, healthy relationship. Who knew a person could be happily forced to address another person's desires. Hehe.

This hentai disguised as an anime isn’t a masterpiece, but it’s actually kind of fun. I found it pretty shallow up until around the halfway point—I was thinking, “another empty world full of girls stripping for pure fan service”—but when the story started to take shape, I got interested. Sure, it didn’t develop a ton of stuff, but it was progress. Now the positives: the protagonist’s transformations were really cool—I’d love to see what his transformation would look like if Tenka mounted on him. All the female characters are perfect—but that’s obvious, that’s the anime’s appeal, right? Now the negatives: like I said, the world feels very shallow. And to be honest, I didn’t understand anything about how the ‘Mato’ works or why only women have powers—not to mention, I found the powers a bi…

I think the most refreshing thing about this series is that its lead is not some loser schmuck getting wish fulfillment. The premise definitely feeds into the kind of femdom vibe of the series overall with the protagonist being skilled at housework and boys generally being expected to support their wives who might fight against the demons. Another highlight is how the more serious parts of the story seem to be handled with some care. I found myself genuinely interested at the internal politics of the defense forces, and some of the secrets beneath the surface. At the end, I wanted to see how things turn out for the characters and whether or not they can successfully handle the challenges they were dealt at the finale. It's not a masterpiece by any means, but it's charming how they transfor…

Well, this was quite the ride if i do say so myself. The girls who straddled this anime's MC would say the same . Jokes aside, this anime was actually surprisingly good. And what i mean by that is the plot. Usually these sorta fanservice anime have a paper-thin plot. This one however has an actually intresting plot. The animation is allright, except for the CGI(obviously). And the fanservice is rather weak as well. The way powers work and all is also very nice, with all of them having drawbacks. With an exception here and there though. So yeah, if you came around excited mostly for the fanservice... It's pretty scarce but it's decent when it does happen, so in that regard you might get dissapointed. But instead you'll be welcomed by a solid world foundation. A thing that i doubt anyone wh…

Way better than expected. Do not be fooled by the low average score. There are some topics that may turn people off, but there are so many turn ons about this show its worth trying the 3 episode rule. Feels like Akame ga Kill crossed with Quintessential Quintuplets. 1. Lots of nudity and ecchi - done in a creative and funny way. 2. Fun action with interesting powers - grounded and suspenseful. 3. Submissive main character - but actually not totally boring or spineless, the show literally tells you he will be a (heroic) slave so be prepared. His inner desires will surprise you every episode. 4. Simple and engaging story - doesn't go into giant monologues and complicated information dumps while keeping you genuinely curious about the world and its characters. Eagerly awaiting season 2.

What is truly disappointing about this show is I really had high expectations for it. The premise seemed very interesting and the kind of original as well, and even seem to have some decent production value behind it. Now that I have actually watched it, I am sad to say I was slowly disappointed. Not to sit here and complain all day I will sum it up by saying pretty much every character in the show is completely irredeemable and extremely annoying. The MC is probably the only character who is kind of okay, however he has absolutely no spine and never grows one. He acts all embarrassed during any scenes for the "rewards" or otherwise indecent moments. However, during the duration of the show he never becomes accustomed to it and continues to act surprised at every opportunity without beco…

this review contains words that may not be suitable for some people, you are warned... well well, Harem + Echii= this anime... I really don't like this genre, so I started watching it with a contrary to my inner desires. the first scene was well done, it was like old samurai movies, when all of the village is burned, and it is in black and white, and we see the main threat massacaring everyone in the village, in a very brutal way. this scene is the best scene in the whole show, it is directed well, has good animation and it really delivers on selling you the main story point, about the villains and the main threat, so I give it a point. but after that it was a cringe-fest of just the MC being miserable and acts like he has never seen a girl in his life, being one of the worst main charact…

From curiosity, because Bookwalker has this manga on discount sale, to checked out the rating on MAL, and finally saw that this manga has anime, and also an announcement about the 2nd season, then speedrunning the 1st season. Yeah, I'm addicted. What? I'm just a mere man, I have fun consuming this media ok. Don't judge me. First, let's talk about the story. I know some of you might have the judge's eyes and say, "You just want to watch an H, right?", and to that, I say, maybe? But at the same time, the things that happen do not really go to a very yabai territory. I know the reward thing is like the most unnecessary thing, but to me, this is just to make things not too intense. I get that it's not for everybody so, it's okay if you don't like it. You can just move on. But other than that…

Now listen, As a manga reader I understand why the anime to some was a disappointment. But when you look at it as an adaptation with the goal to get the series more popular, I think it did just fine. Now when it comes to CGI, and cutting out some scenes I agree that was one of the worst parts about the adaptation, but at the same time not too much was cut out to where I would call the anime unwatchable, nor was the animation so bad that I would give this anime a low rating in the first place.Overall the story was still just as good as I remembered it being from the manga, the fanservice scenes were still done justice, yuki as a main character is still just as heroic and cute while being badass just as he was like in the manga, and overall I think this adaptation gets a lot of flack when it…

I am a big fan of the ecchi genre. If there’s something this beautiful genre has shown me, it’s that it can compete with any other genre and shine with its great stories. That’s why I’m very demanding with it. Chained Soldier started very ambitiously. An ecchi anime with a deep story and mysteries to unravel. What could go wrong? The problem wasn’t the story or the fan service. The problem was the harem. Without a doubt, one of the worst I’ve seen in my life. How can a harem go wrong? Let me explain: There are two types of harems. The most common is where the girls fall in love with the guy because he is chivalrous, has good feelings, and pays attention to them. The guy is usually a pathetic type with luck who never concretizes anything with any girl out of shame (the dream come true f…
